Great pants. Perfect office attire. These fit great and were very flattering.

Fit like a glove

Loved. It fit perfectly and it is so well tailored. For someone like me with a more athletic build it gave the illusion of a waist which was great. If I ever see it on a huge sale you bet I'll buy it!

This is a very thin material (almost like crêpe, paper meets polyester) I order one size larger than my normal size and it was perfect

This suit is great when you want something in a neutral color that isn’t just khaki. The seersucker pattern gives some visual interest and can be enhanced with a bright top. The pants have good stretch. They were too short for a cold winter day, and are a true ankle on my 5’4”. They are also slightly see through so wear neutral underwear.

The seersucker material is lightweight and perfect for going to work in the summer. I like more mid or high rise and this is a little too low rise for me. I wore it with a neutral camel colored top

Cropped seersucker looked great for a summer work day. Material causes some bunching when going from stand to sit but nothing terrible. Would rent again.

I’m between a size 14/16 in pants and sized up to the 16. The waist fit well in the 16. The pants are light weight, great for warm weather, and fitted to the leg. Overall, they were okay. My issue is that the fabric is so thin that it isn’t very forgiving and it shows underwear. I wore a nude colored thong and you could still make out the line of it in the back so I had to keep my shirt untucked. In fact, the fabric was so thin, it even showed the lines of some of the lining inside.

Gave a plant tour to prospective renters and was glad to have this very light weight and summer-y suit. Waist didn't fit me quite right but I would still probably rent again.

A little stretch A little thin, so it will show any bumps or lumps. I sized up, after ordering another Theory in size 6, too snug. These were even smaller. Could I pull it off yes. But it didn’t give me the confidence I needed to wear such an outfit. Keep in mind, I have hips and a bootie, straight legged non curvy ladies will easily look and feel amazing - kid rise waist

These seersucker pants are great for summertime! The waist was a little large for me but overall I really liked them. They arrived very wrinkled so I did have to steam them. I also ordered the matching jacket and the combination made for a very professional, summery suit.

Crisp, tailored and cool. This flattering suit is a must rent in warmer weather. Pants were a little snug in bottom, right undies a must or will see a line, and a belt would help for me for best fit.

They were good for a work event. A bit on the casual side, but fit really well.

When you can see the color of my underwear, it’s going to be a hard no. Unless you’re wearing nude underwear, shape wear, or going commando-I would not rent…or maybe you’re into that 😅

Easy to wear material. Does not wrinkle easily. Fit comfortably, note this is not structured material it’s like a spandex scrunch shirt that stretches out as soon as you put it on and feels like leggings.

The pants were nice and packed really well. It lightweight enough to wear in 98 degree weather as well so that was great. It is a little see-through so I had to wear nude underwear, but not a big deal.

Fitted pants can be hit or miss. These are cute but i should have gone a size up.

The seer-sucker material is paper thing and you can see all of your underwear lines!

Loved the feel and fit other than they were a little snug around my calves.
