This dress is CUTE and the neckline and print feel very workwear casual, however it's short and doesn't cover much when you sit down. The material has a little stretch & it's fully lined!

This would have been the absolute perfect dress but you could see the slip material stick out underneath.

I loved this dress I didn’t wanna give it back haha. The lining kept peeking out from under the hem and was a bit annoying to keep adjusting. Other than that the dress itself is so great for casual occasions

This dress is really cute but I would recommend a size up if you are wearing somewhere you'll be sitting for a while. The slip underneath pops up when you sit and it really rides up your legs. The material is really comfortable and forgiving though! Almost stretchy

I ate a big meal and had regrets about that in this dress because it did nothing to hide it. The lining is a bit longer than the dress so it stuck out which should happen. I liked this dress and I'm glad to have rented it but I don't know if I would rent it again.

Cute dress. Only issue was the lining. You'll see in the photo, there is extra fabric that causes it to show under the dress. I kept having to pull it up and the dress down. Very visible when sitting

The fabric and fit are great. Good option for petites. The only thing that was a little weird is that the lining showed when I sat down. Not a big problem for me in a rental, but would keep me from buying it.

The fabric is thick and lays nicely. I love the cut and fit. I couldn't wear the dress because it was too short for me. I am 5,10" with most of my height in my legs.

Wow, everyone is right. Theory does run a bit small (I can often swing a 2 but even the 4 was tight in the chest. I have a huge ribcage, though.) Having absolutely no ass, the bottom half of the dress wasn’t tight, but it was short!! The lining did show when I sat but could be fixed with a tug. Not the most breathable material but I do love the pattern. I feel like when everything is straight this dress is gorgeous and flattering but you’ve got to maintain Perfect Posture when you sit or get out of a car!!

I loved this dress so much I bought it! I am Pear shaped and this dress was incredibly flattering, with plenty of stretch that it was still comfortable. Can’t wait to wear it with a long sleeve body suit and booties for the fall. Also looks great with white sneakers, sandals or wedges. Can’t recommend enough!

Loved this wore it for a day walking around nyc, material has stretch and is flattering. If you have a bigger booty it definitely rides up so be aware but it's a cute short dress!

The dress fits me like a glove. It is WAY too short for work, but great for a play/night getting drinks at a nice bar.

This dress is it! I wish every mini dress fit me like this one. The only think I wished for a tad better for me is the neckline. I was able to dress this up with heels and dress it down with a jean jacket and sneakers. Very versatile.

This dress fit like a dream! Not too short, thick fabric, very forgiving pattern. Could be borderline too short for a workplace dress, but I thought it worked well.

Okay so I didn't think I'd love this dress as much as I do...it's the cutest dress for lunch with friends, outdoor events, etc. The fabric feels stretchier/business-y and super expensive, but this dress is definitely too short for the office. If you rent, definitely think "cute dress for brunch", not "corporate board room"

I loved the way this looked, but the 14 ran too small - it zipped, but was too clingy and short to wear anywhere. A bummer!

This was a size too small but great fabric and fit. Size up!

This fit extremely well on my chest and flatteringly nipped at my waist which is generally hard for me to find in shift dresses with my large chest. I probably could've gone down a size if not for my chest, but that is typical for me. Based on other reviews saying it was short I was hoping to wear it for everyday casual wear to school, but I guess with my shorter torso it was kind of an awkward length between flattering casual wear and appropriate workwear (about 3 in above the knee for me). It's also a little bit out of my style comfort zone and so I struggled to incorporate it, but if this is your style it's really cute and flattering.

The inner lining peaked out the bottom but added a long sleeve collared shirt underneath and loved it
