Loved this dress! The fit and weight of the fabric was perfect. Yes, it does wrinkle some from sitting, but I didn’t find that to be too noticeable or bothersome.

This theory dress has always been one of my go-to rentals before I got pregnant. It is so versatile and layers well with jackets. Throughout my pregnancy, I have just slowly ordered larger sizes. I am 36 weeks pregnant, so I ordered a generous size in this. It fit great with room to grow. I did mark this as running small, as it does run small overall. For reference, I am 5'10".

I loved this dress for work and felt it was comfortable and flattering. The main issue i had with the dress is how wrinkly it got from sitting down. I’m the wrinkle police so this likely bothered me more than it would others. I’m not sure i would rent again for that reason.

This dress is a beautiful winter white dress. I recommend Spanx for a slimmer looking fit. I wore this a couple times.

This dress has nice subtle detail. I found it a tad big but def didn't stop me from wearing. I added a red trench coat for a pop of color.

Fit is weird. Material is thin, and easy to wrinkle.

Didn't wear. I really really wanted to like this dress. The fabric was so unforgiving that any wrinkle or fold in the liner below was completely visible, in addition to any part of your body that is not 1000% smooth. I was wearing shapewear and you can clearly see an outline of my belly button. Would not have been comfortable leaving my house in this.

I rented this for work. The style is cute and forgiving. I'm usually a 2 or 4 and I went with a 2 in this style because there is plenty of room in the hips. I also liked the color a lot and felt very elegant/mature. My primary complaint is that the material wrinkled too easily.

Great dress and fabric. Unique cut. Washed me out a bit but looked nice with a blazer.

I usually wear an 8 in Theory tops but a 12 in their suit pants and skirts because the fit is typically quite narrow in the hips. I needed a business appropriate white dress while 30 weeks pregnant and was pleasantly surprised this dress worked out in a size 10. The fabric is not particularly stretchy but cut on bottom flares out so that it fits a bit like a sheath dress with the belly. Definitely would need to go up another size if my bump was any bigger.

Was good for work and it was nice that it didn’t hug the body in the middle of the summer humidity, but not special or memorable.

Fabric is heavy, so it hangs nicely but is too heavy for actual hot or muggy summer weather. Nice lines and simple. Larger than I expected.

I might try this in a smaller size. It's beautiful and the material seemed comfortable. Large on top, fit just right on the tummy, a little big on the waist. Probably better on an hour glass figure.

Long, unflattering

Unwearable because RTR sewed a black security tag in the seam of the front of the dress lining that shows through when you try to wear it. AVOID this one..

I did not like the way this looked or fit

Felt very just out of college, which I'm not- in other words- didn't feel like a good work piece- too demure. Very conservative, which could be good , but in this case was just meh

Nothing particularly special about this one. Was long enough to be work appropriate (but only just barely).

It was nice quality and fit. I just don't look great in drop waist styles.

The dress is very cute and great for work. However, while the description says the length is 33", it's actually 35-36". It may not make a difference for most people, but it does for short girls like me.
