Theory pants never disappoint. They are so well made-- thicker material that still breathes and they fall in a comfortable point on the waist. Typically run slightly small, so I size up from an 8 to a 10.

I wore these twice because I loved how they made my legs look so nice and long. They are very comfortable, with a good bit of stretch/flexibility. I wore with heeled booties that are about 2 inches high, and that was perfect with the length of these pants. Definitely recommend!

I'm more pear shaped and the cropped slacks that are in style now make me look very stocky. These pants paired with some heels make my legs look long and are very flattering. I will most likely be buying these!

I rented this suit for a conference and it was gorgeous. The hem fell out of one of the pant legs and I had to do some quick fixing and ironing to make it work, but it was still a winner. I could have done a 6 in the pants, but the 8 was comfy and great for sitting all day.

These fit great in the seat, waist, and thighs, but were super long on me at 5'3. However , they were easily worn with my 3 inch heels for work with some fashion tape for a 4-inch hem.

Love the color. Little short for me, being 6'1" but wore with a small sandal heel and looked decent. Wished I could have taken out the hem and it would have been perfect. True to fit!

I’m not a fan of low waist pants generally, but these fit just right at the waist. Only thing is that they’re super long, even with heels, but nothing a little bit of fashion tape couldn’t fix! I loved the look and the color is very classy and goes with everything.

If you have an athletic build, it will be tight on the booty.

Even with heels, these pants would have been too long :( Be prepared to use hem tape AND wear heels. I would have sized down to a 2 and a petite size if possible

These fit perfectly but were too short so I couldn't wear them. Sad because I got the jacket too and it fits perfectly

Loved these pants the fit and color is amazing! Great for tall girls (my inseam is 33in). Only complaint is they wrinkle a LOT from sitting down, which most people do at work so just we aware if that bothers you.

Pants were ok for work. Long would be a ton better. I'm a 10-12 and needed every bit of the 12 in these. These are slightly longer than the navy Theory RTR pants which are def too short for me.

The thighs and butt were definitely snug, length was great with heels.

Stunning match with the coordinating blazer -- a statement suit great for fall/winter. Pants were too wide in the leg. I am typically a size 4, but would have preferred a 2 Long in these pants as I was swimming in them.

From the looks of the photos I thought these pants were more high-waisted, but they definitely are not. I ordered a size up and they still were extremely tight, although I was able to button them. I ended up not wearing them at all because I would have been uncomfortable all day. The color and material are very nice though! If you don't have a curvy rear end and thighs, these would probably look great on you!

I love that it is wrinkle free material. I love the length however, the material was not that great.

Pretty color, but size was too small for me to wear with my curvy hips. I couldn't wear them because they were way too tight across the hips. Not sure a size 12 would have helped as the waist would likely be too large.

Fit fine. Did not expect those extra large elephant legs as it did not seem so on the catalog.

The fabric weight, color, and cut of these pants is fantastic. The 6R ran slightly large so I'm hoping some day the 4 is available to try. I'm 5'2" and had to wear 4" heels to accomodate the length.

Great work pants! Long for regular and worked fine, but would want long next time. Would rent again.

These pants were so comfortable! Fit true to size (I was a little concerned because I have a muscular lower half and have trouble finding flattering pants) and have a flattering fit. Will be renting again.

I wore this suit for an interview and received a lot of compliments. It made me feel confident and stylish. The color is great and the material is comfortable. The pants are a little long but worked well with high heels. I would love to own this!

Found this in the RTR store, tags still on, and fell in love. Wore it twice to work, once with a white blouse and once with a peachy blouse that has some maroon designs on it. It's such a flattering cut and as a tall girl I'm always looking for pants that don't look cropped on me--these are perfect for that. They also didn't lose their shape throughout the day, they didn't feel too loose even when I wore them for the second day. The only drawback is the material isn't as soft as some other dress pants I've worn, but overall I will definitely be renting these again.
