I wore this to my sister graduation it was so comfortable even with the heat and I loved the surprise pockets on the dress. Is definitely a dress I would wear again for another formal occasion.

This dress fit like it was made for me. I am a petite person so finding dresses, especially for work, is always a challenge. This dress fit great and photographed really well. The only con was that the liner at the bottom of the dress would show but it wasn't super noticeable. I would recommend for shorter/ petite women.

My bust is 100cm and waist 78cm. The size 8 fit perfectly. Though I enjoyed wearing this dress, I would not rent it again. The color and style are pretty, but the lining kept showing out the bottom and it is a pinch short for a sitting desk job.

The color and style are perfect and timeless. I tend to wear a 4 and wore a 2 in the case, and if I had a 0 I think I would have preferred that. Also, it has pockets!!

This dress was so comfortable and adorable. Wore it with a RTR Theory Jacket that isn't pictured. Nice and light. Only challenge was it was a bit short when you sit down, so not ideal for work but I still loved it.

Let's be real, Theory knows what she's doing. I was surprised by how comfortable the dress was, it had a little bit of stretch so I didn't have to wear a minimizer bra. You can wear this dress so many different ways, I will definitely be renting it again. I got so many compliments. People kept asking to touch the dress, surprised by how soft it was.

I love love love this dress. I am generally a medium in theory and went with the 8 - it fit but I could have gotten away with a 6 if I had wanted. I styled it with a white cotton button down and mules for a springy look for alumni meetings in NYC. It transitioned seamlessly into an after work gallery opening and dinner at Soho House with friends. I almost bought it but decided I wanted to try the 6 in another color before committing. It's perfect for travel as the fabric does not wrinkle.

Very relaxed fit, runs a little big. Color is very cute and perfect for spring. Find it a little too simple to wear on its own but appropriate accessories spice it up.

Classic Theory dress. Looks great and beautiful fabric. Mine needed to be ironed. Wouldn't buy this color as I wouldn't wear that, but it was perfect to rent and add a different color to my work rotation.

Very pretty dress - loved the color and quality! I wore the size 2 for a bridal shower and it ran very large. I had to pin it in the back to get it to have some shape and fit me properly. I'd recommend sizing down!

I rented this for work. It's a basic but cute Theory style that seems to be quite popular... I own 2 in different colors/fabrics and have rented another wool one like this in black/navy. The style is a little on the shorter side, so I've found it can be difficult to pair with a jacket unless the jacket itself is short. The light blue is perfect for spring! I wore on its own at work and with a leather jacket outside. It wrinkled by the end of the day, but I think that's expected for this material. (I haven't seen wool suiting that doesn't)

This dress fit so perfectly, was fitted but hid my "problem" areas. The color is perfect for any springtime event, I'm fair skinned but didn't feel washed out by the color. The lining seemed like it was longer than the dress so it stuck out a little, and unless you had it flat you could see the wrinkle of the lining under the dress. The dress also has pockets but I can't imagine using them as you can see the outline of whatever you have in them.

This dress is so classic and can be dressed up with heels or down with white sneakers. Needs ironed/laundered after a couple of wears. Love it!

Theory seems to always hit it out of the park for me. I have worn this dress in many colors and they all are great dresses for work. Fit is nice as it is not too short or fitted for work but still flattering on my small frame.

one of my favorite aspects of the dress were the pockets! i was able to take what i needed and not have to carry a purse. the dress also goes with a ton of different shoes and sweaters.

The fabric is almost technical, which made this dress comfortable and fairly flattering. It makes a great light-weight dress that can be worn in a variety of situations. I wore it out to dinner once and to work twice. If you have long legs, it might be too short for work.
