This blazer is exactly what I was looking for! It was a bit snug through my shoulders (but I have very broad shoulders so that's typical) but not uncomfortable. I wore this for 2 days at a conference - the navy is dark enough that I wore it with black pants and you really couldn't tell a difference. I will probably buy this if it ever comes up for sale - so great!

Great open style blazer for work. This photo isn't a good one and I had a more fitted off-white shirt to wear under it, but had to go with what I had clean in the moment- would've looked better with a slimmer shirt under- but this work for everyday office wear

This is not your everyday blazer. It's different yet formal so you stand out like you're stylish! A little long for my tiny arms but I'm a little person.

I was a little worried the fit would be too big but it fit perfectly and was very tailored and sleek!

This is a great suit piece. I rented it for an outdoor event in DC, where although not hot, it was sunny all day and quite warm. I was comfortable and did not find the fabric stifling. The jacket is meant to be open I think, and does not close. The back feature, a peplum-like shape, makes the jacket an original. The jacket was comfortable, although I probably could have sized down on this item. I would rent again.

This blazer fit like it was made for me! It's much sleeker than my pic appears (thanks for nothing work bathroom mirror!) and fits true to size. There is no clasp or button. The sleeves were the perfect length so might be a tad long if you're short. The color is very dark, almost black. There is a bit of stretch to it, and I had plenty of room to move. You won't regret renting this!

Not the most current silhouette for blazers but if you're looking for something more traditional this is a go-to

Ended up wearing this navy blazer with a white shirt for my work head shot. It's typical Theory work wear (well made, simple lines, nothing overly fashionable). I'm usually size 8 (34B) and wore 8 in this; it was a trim but correct fit.

Nice, sleek overall profile to this blazer. Arms were surprisingly snug. I could only wear a very thin blouse or sleeveless top underneath.

I was so close to buying this blazer. At least I know I like Theory and about what size I am. The navy is super dark, almost black. The size 4 was good but slightly tight in the shoulder/back (like a lot of form fitting blazers, I've found). Very flattering.

Rented this for work. Goes great with jeans. Quality is perfect. Light and no wrinkles when traveling

Obsessed. Didn't want to send back. Great blazer that actually fits a petite without being too boxy or looking like you're wearing your dad's clothes. Added polish to an outfit with jeans and flats. Absolutely renting again.

Work staple from Theory-- cut is classy but also sexy. I wasn't as big a fan of how the blazer bells out in the back a bit (it's pleated) since it makes for a larger side silhouette but doesn't affect the style or quality of the item-- just personal preference.

I am very slim and petite, and usually in a blazer I look like a child playing dress-up. I was intrigued by this because of its simplicity - not even single or double breasted, no buttons, no extraneous details, but still very professional looking. The product photo didn't excite me, but I rented it thinking it would be a boring but serviceable addition to my order. This blazer is AWESOME! For petite ladies, you'll know that Theory is bomb. I'm usually a XXSP or 00P in middle of the road brands like Ann Taylor or Loft, but in Theory a 0 is a true 0 that works great for petites. This is so versatile, and I've worn it with slim trousers and heels for work and with skinny jeans and boots and a tee underneath for casual fridays. I am only upset because I think I have to buy it, and I don't really want to spend the money.... but I think this piece is worth it. Very very dark navy color.

Super comfortable jacket, fabric and fit never felt heavy or constrained. Only negative is arms were too long, I folded cuffs. I would rent again in petite if available.

Nothing special. It runs small, I'm often a 4 or 6 and this felt a little too small at the front in an 8. The vents in the back made it stick out a little funny. Arms were SUPER long.

This dark navy is cute and I wanted to wear it but it just didn't work for me. The size 6 fit overall, but the arms were a bit tight and the otherwise beautiful ruffle tailoring on the back stuck out too far for my taste. If you are rather thin (arms and derrière) this blazer is probably going to look great on you (and maybe even give you a bit of "back").
