I get it, I have a booty ... but I sized up after renting the burgundy Theory pant & still they are so tight in thigh/hips. Sad, feels wasteful of my rental spot when something doesn't work out!

While the length was ever so slightly shorter than expected the pants were of great quality, fit true to size and wore very well.

This is a great suit piece. I rented it for an outdoor event in DC, where although not hot, it was sunny all day and quite warm. I was comfortable and did not find the fabric stifling. The pants fit beautifully and were extremely comfortable. They hit the waist at "mid rise" position, which is perfect for me. They were a perfect length for 3" heels. I would rent again.

Comfy! Love theory for work. The material says wool, so I thought they'd be heavy for the cold weather we're having, but nope. They're the typical material I've experienced with other theory work pants. Although, I love the stretch and how it hugs my hips. These are so comfy. I wish they were more discounted or I'd buy them.

These are the perfect length for my 5'4" height with 4" heels. They fit perfectly in the waist. usually I find pants are either too small in the waist but fit my hips or are too large in the hips and fit my waist. These are perfect, especially for work!

These trousers have just enough flair without having too much volume. The fit mid rise, and are just a tad snug. They'll be perfect for work!

Usually I would wear a 10L. The 12R was very short for me- wore 2 inch heels and it really just looked ok when it could have looked fabulous

I wanted to wear these as they are a great weight and style for work. They were too big for me though in the waist and legs, and too long to wear with flats.

These were very short. I'm 5'8" and these barely touched the top of my foot in flats. I returned without wearing them. They are good quality and fit great in every other way.

Pants were ok but too short for me

I get it. RTR has to hit some sweet spot in terms of length, but it always seems that I, at 5'4", must wear 2"+ heels in order that they don't drag on the floor. Bit of a nuisance.

These looked fine on, very fitted for me. However I didn't wear them because the wool was itchy and scratchy. Not comfortable

Love theory and these pants!! They are great quality and super cute fit not stuffy work pants! Only wish they were a bit longer, I am 5'6" and definitely couldn't wear my tall heels but loved them anyways!

I really enjoyed the fit of these pants, I'm 5'6 and with a pair of heels they were a good length. The fabric does wrinkle quite easily which was a bit disappointing and the material was on the thinner side which is nice for the summer.

I loved these pants, however, I prefer a high waist pant and these were mid-rise at best. Other than the rise the fit and quality were great

Great fit. Only complaint is they are VERY long. However, I am 5'3" so.... par for the course. Rented for a second time and the length of these were PERFECT. Not sure why the length is so drastically different this time...

Runs a bit small, I ordered a 6 because I wanted them a bit loose and that was great because they were a bit snug (but still fit) . Jacket ran small as well.

This is not wool for sure. It felt a bit silky/satiny to me and extremely light material. It has a flare at the bottom but the reason I give 4 stars is the length/inseam. I dont consider myself tall at 5'7" but the inseam was a tad short and not like it's pictured. Meh, I probably wont rent again.

The fit was true to size. These were a bit more lightweight than I expected. More of a spring weight but I enjoyed them!
