I loved the color, fit, and style of this dress. I'm busty and it was a little tight in the chest area, but I was overall happy with the fit. I can see how it may run a little short on taller girls, but it was perfect for 5'0" me!

Perfect for a day at the office! As per usual, Theory runs small, and I always size up one or even two sizes. This dress was so different.

This dress was good for work. I feel like theory generally runs large but can occasional run very small so I sized up. I did not need to - I'm an 8 and the 8 would have probably been the right size. Sleeves were also a little itchy Bc they're not lined but overall fine

I got this for work and it was beyond comfortable!! I got a ton of compliments on it as well. Light weight and it fit perfectly. Not tight and didn't ride up. I am very happy with this dress, I will rent it again for sure!

This is definitely TTS. I'm usually a 2, and found the 4 to be a size too big. This is very simple, classic, and work-appropriate. Conservative and easy to pair with pretty much any color palette. This was a nice fit for a petite - the length was appropriate and flattering.

I should know better than to rent any sheath dresses because they don't work for my body type (pear/hourglass), but this one looked slightly A-line, so I tried it and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, it was too big/loose in the shoulders/top (38B) but snug in the hips (38"). It's a great, professional work dress that can be accessorized with a scarf, belt, or strand(s) of pearls to make it more interesting. I loved the quality of the material, and it even has a bit of stretch, but it clung to my hips and gathered instead of flowing over them in a flattering way. I couldn't size up bc the top was already too big. I highly recommend this dress for a skinny gal who works at a law firm. Also, I'm only 5' tall and it was above my knees so I'd wear it w/ black tights if you're over 5'3.

Fit really well. A little boxy, but still structured enough to be flattering. A little short, I wore it with tights.

I like the style but ended up not wearing it because I could not close the back. It was very tight. I could not go up a size because the shoulders would be too big and the length too long. Oh well.

The fabric is thin and it was tight enough to see the outline of my belly button so I didn't wear it. I normally wear a 10 so I had hoped this would fit in a size 12. If it had been thicker fabric or a darker color, I might have gotten away with wearing it but I couldn't.

Agree with other reviewers that the sleeves are slightly itchy because there's no lining on the sleeves (There is for the rest of the dress), but it was fine honestly. The 4 fit well - I'm usually between a 2 and 4 in most brands. Great for work and the hemline wasn't too short on me! I wore it without tights and it was fine.
