Everything I'd expect from Theory. Gorgeous, true navy colored thick crepe fabric. I probably could have gone up a size because the fabric has no stretch and no zipper side closure.

Cute conservative top; perfect for work. The waist of the shirt is slightly narrow, but not enough for you to go up a size. I rented a size xs based on RTR's recommendation, but I usually wear a size small. The xs fit perfectly fine and I'm glad I got it, but a small would've worked fine too. Pictured with a pair of A.L.C. navy blue pants--also from RTR. For reference I'm 5'7 and 132lbs.

This is a nice, professional top for spring and summer. The draping of the neckline is elegant. The bottom of the top is a bit fitted, which I thought was slightly awkward. If I want to rent this one again, I'll see if a medium looks better on the bottom. **update**--I sized up to a medium and it fits much better. Yes, the top tends to slide around and expose bra straps-nothing some fashion tape can't fix. Bought it!!

I got this to teach some part time classes, and it was perfect! (Never mind that I am awful at taking selfies.) it has a nice drape to it, and you could easily dress it up or down. I love tops that give just a little something "extra" to a business-casual outfit, and this shirt was perfect. I wore a small, which fit nicely. But if you want more of a drape look, size up once.

The fabric, the drape, the simplicity. Perfection. I think I'll buy this one.

This is a beautiful top, I wore it under a blazer and it provided for a nice neckline. If it was warm and not the polar vortex outside, it would be wonderful to wear without a blazer to really be able to see the beautiful tailoring of the top. I think it runs a little snug in the stomach area. It is not too long.

Practical layer to go with suits -- high quality.

Would have kept and worn again if I hadn't gotten deodorant streaks on it when taking it off

My bra straps still showed, the boat neck was a little too large. Otherwise, this shirt is very comfortable and versatile.

Perfect fit, comfortable, and flattering

I thought the fit was great- very much what everyone else was saying about it. My shoulders are a bit narrow, so I found that this was a very wide boatneck, and almost an off-the-shoulder top. I didn't feel comfortable teaching my 4-hour class on Zoom while wearing it, but I would have been fine for a shorter duration meeting. This is a lovely garment, and as long as you're in a situation where an almost-bare shoulder is ok, I would highly recommend.

I really liked this top. The fit was great, not too tight, not too loose. I paired it with gray pants and nude flats.

This top fit perfectly and was super classy and comfortable. I work a job that requires physical exertion while looking professional and this fit both categories. So many compliments. Would buy it if it were less expensive.

Loved this top but I wore it off the shoulder rather than center. It made it a bit more fun and sexy. Loved it this way. When the top was centered I found the neck too open and too much fabric.

Color and material is great, but the neckline was weird and didn't stay put. Not sure what kind of bra to wear with this to make it sit better... Also a necklace doesn't work because of the cowl neck.

I didn't wear this as the neck line wasn't flattering on me. It fit well and I could see it looking great on the right person, but that person wasn't me.

The bust area wasn't too tight and the waist was tailored, very flattering.

This shirt is gorgeous, but it runs way small. I am between a small and medium normally. I sized up but the medium is still too small. I could have worn it, but it was definitely too fitted. I would definitely rent again in a large.

Shirt was great quality, great color, great fabric (but not super stretchy). The neckline was fantastic and classic. But it was too tight around my midsection and was too short for my long torso. I was looking for something a little more flowy than skin tight.
