Unusual skirt/pant with thick textured fabric
I liked the concept of the really wide leg pant that looks like a "tea length" (on me at 5'5") skirt. The look of a skirt with the ease of pants (probably good if you preset on a panel or are at an outdoor event that could be windy etc. to avoid wardrobe malfunction. The fit was a little bit and I'd probably size down to 2 next time, but I would rent again. The fabric is substantive with a pebbled sheen that is unique and makes it a bit more dressy. Wore it with another RTR piece (Equipment blouse).

Fit to size, great material. The skort feature adds the extra oomph to make it special.

Chic
Really wasn’t sure about the texture of the fabric on these when I received them, as I had pictured them being a thick flat sort of satin and instead they have a thinner jacquard feeling to them that is sort of speckled. That said, they are super elegant and perfect for work in the fall. A great combination of the ease of a wide-legged pant with the formality of a long skirt - minus the frumpiness that a long skirt has the potential to bring. Slightly avant-garde but also really classic-tailored. In terms of fit they run a bit on the larger side. I usually wear a 0 in dresses and tops but a 2 (or even 4) in pants, and while the 2 fit okay I think the 0 would have fit a bit better and just been a little snugger and less low-slung.

Really fun to wear!
This culottes/skort combo was really fun to wear and walk around in. I ended up getting 3 wears out of them – all day to the Whitney, to a movie/dance party, and to a murder mystery party. It's a bit hard to tell they're pants since they look like a long black skirt when you're standing still but they're super interesting in motion. I also paired it with a crop T and sneakers. May rent again

Nice skirt pants for a party!
I have a big waist so I needed the size 12. It buttons at the waist so you will need the correct size or a safety pin. Quality dressy material & goes with anything! Comfy and pretty.

LOVED these pants. They look fantastic on. Like a skirt but really lux satin pants.
It has a satiny finish and pockets. Very luxurious. I loved wearing it to work and think it could go right into the evening. Keeping it for the week to go with another top!

Work day and then drinks with friends.
Kind of weird fit around the waist but once I got used to it, it was fine. Definitely for taller women!

An interesting experiment
In general, I liked this formal-skort-thing. The fabric was quite heavy and it was very comfortable when standing and sitting. The downside was that it has a LOT of material, and when rushing to catch the bus or hustling to a meeting, it felt a bit cumbersome.

Really great combination of cool and conservative but a touch awkward to wear.
From the back, it's a pair of capri pants, from the front a panel turns it into a skirt. I wore it to a board meeting (I'm a CTO) and it was just the right note. My only gripe was that the front panel was integrated with the right pant leg, which made it a bit awkward to cross legs. Oh and hang on to it when you open the top closure or it cascades to the floor in a heap. A bit awkward in the restroom.

Fashion and comfort
Super cute and fashionable and surprisingly warm and comfortable to wear all day. Only downside is wrinkles: I could only wear once before sending back. Will rent again!

Long on petite girls
Love the idea of this as the comfort of pants when running around the city beats the concern of even the strongest of winds. At 5'2" these were less of a coulotte length (as intended) and looked a bit frumpy. Sadly couldn't wear.

Very shiny
Loved the design but it was too shiny and the fabric had a dotted pattern that made it feel old.

Definitely different
The material is rather heavy and shiny, and they walk a bit funny since they are a combo skirt and pant. It would look better with a tight-fitting top on my pear shape.

Just wasn't great for this pear shaped gal. Waist was big and front flap moved oddly when moving. Pretty heavy fabric.

Odd Design
These were not what I expected. Nice heavy fabric, but skirted portion attached to the leg in a manner that did not allow free movement. Did not care for the way they laid when standing or while walking at all.

Unflattering pants
These pants offer the illusion that you are wearing a skirt. The "skirt", however, is at a dowdy, unflattering length. The material is also rather strange.
