Based on reviews, I sized down (I'm normally a healthy 2, got the 0) even though I was pregnant. Given that fact I probably didn't need to size down, it would have been a bit looser and more shift like had I kept to my regular size, but the 0 worked even with my 23-week belly (and of def size down not pregnant). It was long enough, didn't compress my boobs at all (32C at least at the moment, 130+lb), and overall I got tons of compliments on this dress. It was definitely a RTR win!

The fit is so flattering and the slit bell sleeves add an element of fun!

Rented this for an important meeting. Dressed it down with a high ponytail and black pumps. Ended up wearing it again for a cocktail party by dressing up the shoes. Fit great.

I rented this for work and adored the dress. It paired well with a statement necklace and a textured tight. As you'll see in my photo there are slits at the end of the sleeves, which I wasn't a fan of. But everything else I loved. I saw reviews said to size down so I did and am glad I listened..my normal size would've been too frumpy.

I normally wear a 4 in Theory but I ordered a 2 because the 4 wasn't available. Luckily the 2 fit like a glove, so maybe the dress runs a tad big, or at least there was a bit of a-line so the hips weren't a problem. Sleeves were really long though. Overall, I thought it was pretty cute. I liked the neckline

To be fair, I wore this right before Halloween, but I felt like it kind of had gothic vibes. It's not super exciting, just a black dress with split sleeves, but I guess it's fine for what it is.

I wore to a work conference. Got compliments on the sleeve slits especially. It is a plain black dress for when you want to fit any dress code but feels expensive and unique because of the fit, fabric, and details.

Loved this dress for a funeral. It could be great for work too. The sleeves are cute and you could wear silver or gold jewelry to make the outfit pop.

The arms on this dress were WAY too long, while somehow also being very tight at the top. Dress fit true to size otherwise, but the neckline is super conservative and with the shoulders pulling it, just didn’t work for me. Top of dress is fit for a small chest and skinny long arms. Did not wear.

I wore this dress to a work convention, and got more compliments than I have in a long time. It's professional, classy, and a great fit. One of my favorite dresses!

Absolutely loved it! It's a plain black dress but elegant and polished. It's very conservative and you will definitely need to add some "color" with a necklace or something if not it looks too black. Very professional and perfect for a polished office look.

It definitely runs large like everyone says. It was perfect for post-holiday, which is why I didn't size down after reading the reviews, but any other time would definitely size down.

Sleeves made this work intended dress not wearable/too long in sleeves and oddly huge bell.

This dress ran too big, the sleeves were baggy up top and the waist was loose. If it had been more form fitting, this dress might have been cute.

The hips and waist were very small. Very tight fitting. I didn't wear.
