This dress is nice. It's lined and it's beautiful. It is made for someone 5'5" or taller. I'm 5'3" and the fabric bunched in the upper back. Also, the pleating on one side is beautiful but it creates a "break" or a wrinkle in the fabric as seen in the picture. It creates a lump where one doesn't exist.

Usually a 6/8 -- 8 was way too large, 6 was still too big (even in the shoulders, and I've got solid shoulder) but the length was right. Way too loose in the waist.

The pleated side makes it a little EXTRA. Super cute ... perfect for work.

True to size. I wore this with brown leather flats and a belt for a casual work dress look. This dress is of a fabric that could be worn with pearls and heels for a formal business work look.

Theory never disappoints. This dress is professional and appropriate, and the pleating at the side makes it fun/interesting. I am usually between a 2 and a 4 in Theory and the 2 was slightly large on me. If I rented again I would think about getting the 0. Would recommend for my business professional dress code with a cardigan or cropped jacket.

I picked this dress without much thought and was glad I did! It's even cuter in person, I think! Really easy to wear, perfect for the workplace! I am usually between a size 2 and 4--I went with a 4 for this one and probably could have done a 2, but the 4 still fits nicely!

Nice crepe material that doesn't wrinkle and flows well. Pleats are unique and give the LBD a little extra something special. Fits slightly large/boxy.

Arrived with the original tags :) I rented this for work & sized up because my size wasn't available. It is definitely too big, but so cute! I'm going to try to wear it anyway - then exchange for a smaller size.

The pleats make a black work dress feel so much more special without detracting from the professionalism. Looks great with a long black blazer to add some structure.

Such a fun and flattering dress. The chiffon inset makes it a little dressy for work but I wore it anyway. I recommend sizing down Theory is usually true to size or even small but not with this dress.

Really easy go to dress for work. Theory is always really flattering and classic. Lightweight enough for summer. Only thing was the pleats on the more firm part of the dress look a little odd when you're walking and don't fall as well

This definitely runs large. I sized down one. It is a good work dress. The pleating makes it a little more interesting than just a basic black dress.
