Cute but Tight
Loved this dress, kinda mod vibe, looks better in person. I wish I had sized up, it's pretty snug. I typically wear 4/6 in dresses and got a 6 - 8 would have been better.

This is a great work dress overall.
Giving it 4 stars because it was a raw hem which was weird and the bust wasn’t as fitted as I hoped it would be. Still wore it multiple times and a very flattering fit! Considered purchasing.

Perfect Conference Look!
Wore this theory dress to a conference in Germany. It looks like a sweater tucked into a skirt but it's actually an easy side zipper dress! One thing - the zipper on the side does bunch and get annoying but it's minor. It's a flattering look and easy to throw on for a work event when it's chilly out.

Very flattering work dress
Dress is tight and flattering. It is a little short for work, would have been better with tights. But overall very cute work dress

Lovely and classy
Dress truly looks like a skirt and top. I wish size 0 was in stock, as the 2 was slightly big on me and zipper bunched. I still loved it and found many occasions to wear it! Looks super cute with belt as well.

Surprisingly Flattering
Based on the reviews I was worried after ordering if I should have sized up more. To my surprise, it fit perfectly and is extremely flattering for my body type. I usually wear an 8 in dresses bc of chest size and broad shoulders but they are often too big in the hips. This is perfect. The stretchy top with a narrow "skirt" made it flattering overall. It wasn't too short either. The only thing I didn't like was the hem on the skirt. It is left raw and close up it looks like you cut your skirt to be shorter.

Power dress, but weird seam!
I adored this dress, perhaps a touch tighter than a 4 in a theory shift. My only concern was that the seam where the hidden zipper lies was a bit wonky and stuck out a little bit!

Nice work piece
Easy to throw on and go. My only complaint is that the skirt material was thin and not hemmed at the bottom.

Runs two sizes small on me
I sized up one and still couldn't get the side zipper up. The top part is thin, ribbed, stretchy, knit. The bottom has an unfinished hem, pockets in back, scuba-like thinnish fabric. May be good for petites.

Cute but not work appropriate
Was hoping to wear this to work but the skirt was very short and fitted. Maybe if I had sized up but even then not sure it's work appropriate.

Tighter than expected but surprisingly flattering LBD
I was surprised with this piece - I thought the skirt piece would be too big or hang to low, but I was wrong. The skirt fit snug on my waist and hips (despite narrow frame) and sweater up top fit really nicely. I styled with an oversized blazer on top and tights, though could've worn without tights. Doesn't ride up either! Would recommend.

This ran super large, shoulders stuck out in an unflattering way, and the skirt material was unpleasant.

Perfect!
This fit exactly as pictured. I wanted something simple, modern and clean. The sweater part is warm and the skirt part is not lined and a little cooler. Might actually purchase as a staple go-to work item in my closet.

Too long for my torso!
Adorable dress and great fit other than the fact that the top portion was too long for my torso. I am 5'2" but do have a pretty short torso for my height but it made the zipper bulge significantly to have the skirt sit properly on my hips.

Super cute and classy, but short girls beware!
The skirt on this dress is perfection! I loved the top too, but the fit was off for me. I'm about 5'2" and hourglass, and everything fit except for the length of the top. The zipper on the side made it easy to get the dress on and off, but also bunched up due to lack of torso length. Just something to keep in mind!

Cute work outfit
I listened to the reviews and sized up, I do not think it would've fit otherwise. Normally a size 10, got a size 12 and it fit perfectly. The zipper does stick out a little bit so that may bother some but you can easily cover with a jacket. I wore without a jacket and I don't think it was noticeable to anyone but me. The ends were frayed so that did make it look less professional/clean.

Great concept, imperfect execution
I love the idea of a dress that looks like skirt and top, with the top conveniently staying in place all day! It fits well and looks nice, but the bottom seams are not finished (the dress ends "cut-off" style) which makes it look somewhat cheap. Also it came with a "bump" in the fabric at the shoulders (from being stretched out from the hanger it came on). I would love the dress a lot if it wasn't for those two issues.

Looks great, but a little annoying
This was a fun little dress! It wasn't my favorite, just because I felt the need to pull it down often, but overall I really enjoyed it. Got a lot of compliments. The side zipper also bunched a bit, but wasn't always noticeable.

Very nice dress, but runs small around the hips
I loved this dress, but the size 6 didn't fit well around the hips/buttocks - it crawled up 4 inches when walking only three steps. I rented a size larger than the size (4) I wear with Theory wool trousers, but the fitting was just not for my body type. Can recommend it to women with smaller hips/buttocks, because it's a very cool and nice fabric quality dress.

Could not wear.
Cute dress, however, much too small. It was disappointing b/c I normally wear a size 10 in Theory (which is what I ordered), but I couldn't even come close to getting this dress over my shoulders. It could have been designed with more zippers to accommodate more body shapes. Best if you're petite and not curvy. I'm fairly straight and narrow body type, but I do have broad shoulders and and a bit of a full bust.

Looks great on the hanger, not great in practice
Got this dress to wear to work, loved the style, and the materials, but the zipper didn't lay right when I tried it in, and the skirt was quite tight. I'm an hourglass shape and it wasn't great for that shape. Great for a long torso. Super cute, but definitely size up.
