Yes, it's weird and bubbles out at the bottom, but I really liked this one. It was a little snug on me underneath, but the outer layer is very loose, with an elastic band at the bottom. It was short, so I wore with tights to work. It's not for everyone, but for whatever reason I thought it worked on me.

This dress sizing runs small-an XL is a 10 but fit like a 10 so I put true to size. There is elastic at the bottom which I actually loved because it gave the dress a different shape. It's a slip on with adjustable straps. Very comfortable and good for summer.

Rented this for the 4th of July and it ended up being a favorite of my fiancée. The top ran large across the bust, but adjustable straps helped. I didn't mind because we were outside in the heat and I wanted it to hang away from me a little more. It definitely tapers in at the bottom for a bubble effect so that has a much closer fit. Could have gone with a medium in the top, but glad I had the large for a hot day at the bottom. The liner is slimmer, as well. Actually hugged my backside nicely! Bubble shape wasn't too juvenile and flattered my curves surprisingly well. Wish I had a better picture to show the color, very flattering red.

This dress was cute, I wish it had adjustable straps though. At the ruffle it is an elastic so it kind of bubbles a bit. But it's great back to a jean jacket and some sneakers

This dress was really cute for a normal casual day. I loved how it was nice and flowwy, which made it much more comfortable. The only thing that was a weird was how it bows out a little near the boobs and hangs a little weird on the sides. I liked the elastic band at the bottom, under the butt, it helps weigh it down a little more so it didn't blow up in the wind or feel too short. Overall it was super comfy!

If it weren't for the elastic bit at the bottom this would easily be a staple of the summer.

Pretty but didn't realize the bottom banding detail is elastic, so it gives the rest of the dress a bubble or rounded shape, rather than laying straight and flat. Not flattering silhouette.

I am a size 8-10, but for some reason the app suggested an XL size so it was oversized for me but I still liked it.

Very cute summer dress. Was thinking I would wear it to work with a jean jacket. Ultimately did not wear it as I have a long torso and it was a bit short. I didn't love the way it cinched at the bottom either, not terribly flattering.

This dress was a little disproportionate for me. It was slightly tighter around the butt and legs, but much looser around my chest. It looked great in person, but was not very flattering in pictures.

This dress has a strange elastic waistband at the bottom of the dress. It added a strange bubble when wearing it. Super cute pattern and shape other than the elastic waistband.

The bottom hem of the dress is elastic, which created a poofy look. Does hang straight down like the photo suggests.

Bottom ruffles have elastic which hugs your legs - makes the fit a bit weird.

I thought this was going to be an airy, flowy, summer dress for a casual day but that was not the case. It's a strange material and the underneath lining is very clingy. The hemline is elastic so it clings to your body and the top part billows out.

The color and polka dots are so cute, but the band at the bottom makes the dress such an odd shape, I couldn't even wear it out.

Just not a flattering dress in so many ways.

This dress fits really weird. It's way too big around the torso area then gathers tightly around the thighs.

I think a bigger bust is required for this style of dress. The straps are longer and the side seams arch outward giving it more of a pear shape. Did not look flattering on my athletic style body.

Also, the ruffle ring at the end is elastic and it comes in a little at the bottom and makes the rest of the dress balloon out a bit. Its just weird and not cute.

The hem of this dress is cinched with elastic causing it to look like a bubble. It's completely different than the photo. Bizarre....

I read all the comments about the weird balloon shape but decided to try it anyway (I am fairly short so sometimes a ruffle at the bottom hits me at the perfect place). The ruffle hit perfectly but there's weird elastic there that as others have mentioned make it Balloon out. It was just too weird to wear!

The bottom of the dress was almost elastic therefore very odd fit.

The top half and material of this dress would be SO cute if not for an unfortunate elastic hem around the ruffle. Had the elastic been a loose flowing hem, this dress would have been wearable. The elastic cinches at the legs in an unflattering height creating a mushroom like effect for curvier girls. Passsssssssss
