The sleeves were fun on basic black. Wore for work.

The fabric on this shirt was amazing and it looked great for work and a date night. For a classic piece, I couldn’t wait to wear it.

Dramatic sleeves, fitted blouse, but with the thick material it stays classy and not pirate. I wore this to a work conference.

I wasn’t too sure about this too when I got it, but it fit looked super cute. It fits a little tight in chest if your busty. The one downside to this top was that when the sleeves are button you can’t move your arms well. I still kept them button as I thought it looked better.

This had enough little details to make it something different but nothing stand out special to get compliments about. I had to unbutton the sleeves a little so they could get up my arm when I raised them. It was cute tucked in or untucked. It says it's navy but you would really have to squint in some bright lights to see any navy in it, it's def more black.

Love this blouse! Structured and well tailored. I've kept it for 2 swaps so far and still loving it. Perfect for the fall. Work then dinner! Looks great with flared pants or a midi skirt.

I love a statement sleeve, but I had a hard time with this blouse. It's high quality and unique but the cuff of the sleeve and the ties on the collar left me perplexed. Fun to try though!

This is a fun top but one of the ones I'd never buy myself, so renting is perfect!

Fortunately this blouse was amazing - truly unsure why any poster would write that this blouse is complex - far from it super comfy & easy to wear. The bonus is the beauty ballooned sleeves - highly recommend a French tuck & let the ties fall naturally. I received so many compliments at my event. I normally wear a medium due to being nerdy - hence the 10 (sounds huge) I assure you it fits like a roomy medium. For more petite ladies the length is perfect!

dark navy can be worn in the fall or winter really pretty

This top can be worn tucked in or hanging over your pants/jeans/skirt. It can be buttoned to the top or unbuttoned to show a necklace. The sleeves are trendy and the necktie adds a bit of style. I wore this top on a trip in Europe and it was ideal for day or night.

This shirt is my absolute favorite RTR shirt yet. The fabric is amazing and has a bit of stretch, which makes wearing it so easy. I found it to be TTS. Definitely a classic worth repeating.

Typically about a 4 and wore the suggested 8 and it fit perfectly. Loved that I would wear this with navy pants for work or jeans. Can dress up or down. Would rent again and possibly buy.

The pictures don't do justice to the details on this shirt. The fabric is fabulous - weighty but comforable. It looks fantastic with casual jeans for a night out or pants for work. Really loved it. Cuffs are tight around the wrist - FYI.

I wore this to a lunch date at a chic cafe tucked into some vintage denim and a heel. The material was thick and structured which helped the silhouette look bit more sophisticated while still being feminine.

Styling is important with this blouse- the sleeves are VERY puffy, but the top, shoulders and body is slim and the fabric has a stretch. Can look a bit like "Amish woman meets NYC" but with the right pops of color looked stylish. Packs well

Loved it, size 14 was too big, but I think I would only go to a size 12. Love fabric + design.

The shirt has buttons. Buttons were too tight and gapped at the bust (have a large bust, not unusual). However the rest of the shirt was huge, so it was both too small and too big at the same time. Looked like a garbage bag with a tapered sleeve on me
