This fit perfectly. Shoulder pads weren't too much, wasn't too long, and looked super fashion forward for the conference I attended. I paired it with the matching shorts and an RTR blouse by Ann Mashburn.

So many compliments. This jacket is amazing and it has pockets. Size up however if you want more room to move your shoulders this is fabulous I'll rent it again for sure at an event I have coming in a month!

Loved it but you're definitely going to need an undershirt if you're wearing this for professional reasons. Wore this with jeans and also with the set. Perfect for both! Love the bright colors and the short sleeve. Thick but not too thick. Can be breathable. Perfect for summer professional.

Nice piece love the short sleeves but never felt right in it. Too snug at the chest to button. I did wear it to work but not with that shirt or pants and I couldn't wait to take it off.

Quality was great and I got lots of compliments the 2 times I wore this. It runs on the larger side a little and while it’s meant for summer, it’s a bit warm and not a light jacket.

When I first picked this up, I was worried that it would be heavy, but I put it on and it was very light, I wore it to work over a tank on a hot summer day and it was perfect

I know short sleeved blazer seems off but the fit the color and with the shorts was really cute.little low but was able to adjust nicely could have pinned it or used tape but wore camisole so no flashing.rec the set!
