I loved this dress. It fit perfectly!

Length was good with and without tights. Drop was very very well done here.

I knew Ted Baker sizes are a bit small.... the arms were tight but not unbearable. Otherwise office appropriate dress

A feminine take on formal wear. Wear anywhere. Could be a bit “old” so make sure not to layer heavy jewelry.

This dress was so comfortable to wear to work (it has pockets!). It was a little bit loose but I think a size down may have been too short so I was ok with the size overall. I got a lot of compliments on it!

This dress is comfortable and stylish. Not as flattering as others but it's perfect for work and very classy.

Looks flattering from the front...but beware. I sized down and the buttons were screaming for relief! Even with the smaller size, the waist is a large tent from the side.

This dress had so much potential but just didn’t quite work. I am normally a size small/ 4, so I initially tried this dress in a small. While the arms and torso part fit me very well, the skirt part was ridiculously large and poufy and not at all flattering. I next tried it an XS (pictured here) and while the skirt part fit better, the shoulders are so tight I’m scared I will pop a button. Unfortunately, I think it needs to go back unworn.

Great option if you want a LBD but another shift dress

It's great quality but the medium didn't give me any shape. I'd size down

I could have sized down but it was a great dress that could be elevated with heels or more causal with boots

Really small on the top and big on the bottom. Never wore it as I feared the buttons would open.

Overall bug. I went with the recommended size and it was just big everywhere. I wanted it to work because it’s lovely.

Shocking for Ted. Great for the corporate girl is who have more of a box shape.

Top boxy. Waist hit in funny spot.
