This was such an easy workday win. Lightweight and breathable but still gives coverage, with a relaxed fit that doesn’t cling. The waist tie lets you customize the shape (I cinched it just enough for definition), and the length works perfectly with boots. Super comfortable for a full day on your feet while still looking pulled together. Sleeves fit true to size and didn’t feel restrictive. Great option if you want something effortless, feminine, and practical for work.

Great for work

This dress almost looks matronly on the hanger, but once I put it on, it worked. The print is gorgeous and it feels like a quality piece. And pockets! 💜 Bonus-it was NWT when I got it.

A little bit 1940s chic granny but easy to wear with no wrinkles. Would pack well.

So easy and slightly loose fitting. The pattern was amazing and perfect for spring. Love the light weight fabric and how it fell on my body. Easy to dress for day then do a quick shoe change for date night.

Petite friendly!

It looked like a Mu mu dress when I first put it on but once I cinched it, it looked gorgeous! A little long in the arms and length but worth it!

Beautiful fabric and pattern. Has pockets! The dress is slightly over sized and the pockets make the hips stick out slightly but maybe that’s because it was a little too big and I tied the sash tighter. Very light weight satin material

This was a winner for me. Though on the hanger, without the belt, my husband thought it was a tablecloth. But once on, it was an easy wear and I liked the pattern. Worked well with high boots. Thin-ish material, I wore a coat over it to and from the office.

The dress itself is oversized but the tie belt helps pull it together. Even a size up looked great on me.

It was pretty but I didn't love it. A small may have been better. The medium was a lot of dress. If I weren't tall it would not have worked.

Nice dress but too much fabric for petites. I frequently have to size up for my large-ish chest but definitely did not need to do that. Def do not need to size up. Maybe consider sizing down.

Fit great

This is a beautiful dress. The material is gorgeous and felt wonderful. Lots of compliments all day. I loved wearing a pop of pink underneath to bring out the flowers. It was a nice February rental! The large was perfect.

Add your own belt to make it fit/ look less like a robe

I think of Ted baker as a brand that fits a little small, this was the opposite. Got compliments and enjoyed it though.

Without the belt this would swallow you whole and leave no shape. It does have pockets which is nice, but overall this piece just didn’t do it for me.

I cinched it tight, but it was still a bit bigger on me than I would have preferred.

Pattern is really pretty and it’s comfortable but it was pretty loose. I had to keep retying the waist so it looked like I had some shape.

Felt like a robe-dress merger, not bad and beautiful pattern, but not perfect. It’s a light fabric and can work in fall and winter.

Another really ice Ted Baker floral. It's meant to be a little loose, but it was a little big, so size down if you're unsure.

I've really been struggling with finding things to wear to the office that not only work on my postpartum body, but are adaptable for breastfeeding, hide the lumpy nursing bra, and wouldn't readily show any leakage or a breast pump spill. I need buttons in the front, pattern, and easy fabrics. This dress was all of those things. Comfortable, effortless. It ran slightly large, so I think it would've worked as a maternity dress, too.

This was so breezy and comfortable yet looked super put together. I would rent it again.

Fits larger. Size down

I wore this for Easter and we had an unseasonable moly cold day so ended up layering tights and a shirt underneath! The sleeves have roll up cuffs with buttons , which were a must for me because without cuffing them, it just looked big and clumsy. Thanks to the reviewers who pointed this out!

nice dress, ran a bit big so a lot of fabric especially around the chest

I got this extra big because I know Ted Baker usually fits small and I know I wanted this to be oversized. I had a lot of fun wearing it and it gave me lots of freedom of movement.

Great fit. Lovely for baby shower or work.
