This dress has a few dozen reviews so I'm just going to try and add some clarity with mine. Simply put, I think the only reason this dress isn't a unanimous homerun is a matter of personal style preference. Will a wearer of any age, complexion and body-type be able to pull it off? Absolutely. So the only reason it's not universally loved is because it's not everyone's cup of tea. If you want to try a boho statement dress that will get you compliments from strangers, rent this dress.

Rented this for a birthday dinner. It was simply amazing. Size 4 fit like a glove. It was a tad long (I'm only 5'3") but with wedges a it was perfect. It was comfortable and super stylish. Received tons of compliments. A side note there is a belt included but I didn't wear it.

I didn't love the sleeve flouncy detail (can't see In the photo) but the print on this dress is beautiful and it's very easy and comfortable to wear. I didn't wear a bra, plenty of coverage. Overall made me feel pretty and festive for my birthday dinner.

This like all Temperly London was beautifuly made and a unique pattern. It was a little large, so size down if you want it to be more body conscious. It was incredibly comfortable

Absolutely stunning Temperley London dress. Perfect for a warm, breezy summer day. The print is STUNNING! The photos of it in the model don't do it justice. I ordered a 10R (US Size 6) and it was HUGE. Definitely go down a size as this dress runs very large. Will definitely rent again in a smaller size. 5 stars!

This is a f*cking dress!!! This is beautifully made and exceptionally constructed. There are subtle spines in the back that keep the back up and make it look light and airy. The arms are not tight at all. I ordered up because tempers runs small but this would've got closer to my size. There is no give in the waist though so if you're unsure size up and belt it. It's a float style and would be easy to adjust. You will need to belt it regardless though.

Great for vacation! Exotic pattern and light fabric. I loved off the shoulder detail with halter. One of the best maxi dresses rented so far.

This dress would be perfect with a few modifications. First, it's about an inch and a half to 2 inches too long. Secondly, the elastic waist band is about an inch or so too large. And, lastly, the bust runs very large as well. Somehow I made this work but it was an awful lot of fabric everywhere.

Pros: comfortable fit and great length. Wore it with 3.5" heels without the dress being too short. Beautiful, light fabric and perfect for a hot summer day. Would rent again. Cons: none. 💛

Not the most flattering dress you'll ever wear but not everything has to be. It was fun for the occasion. The length and tie around the neck made me feel glamourous.

I ended up going with a different dress for my event. This one fit true to size and was comfy but I thought it looked a little overwhelming on me thanks to all the fabric and colors and pattern; a classic case of the dress wearing you instead of the other way around. I also wish the leg slit was higher; it's barely noticeable. Overall though if this is your style I say go for it!

Loved everything about this dress. The fabric is light and float and the pattern and colors are vibrant. There is elastic at the top of the dress that made the halter redundant for keeping the dress in place. I wore it once with halter tie and the second time I tied the halter in a bow and tucked it in the dress (also looked fine hanging in front of dress). Would rent again and would recommend.

Fun, lovely cut, and colors. I wore it on the weekend for family time, it can be dressed up and worn to a party.

This was my second try and sizing down made for a great fit. Loved the style && flow of the dress. The tie is a bit flimsy and just wouldn't keep from rolling up. Otherwise a great dress.

Wore this for GOT watch party ( fire and ice). So comfortable. Most of the time arms are too tight to fit well, the arms were comfortable and waist was also roomy. If it weren't so expensive, I would keep!

Wow, this dress was incredible! It was so beautiful in person. The material was just as beautiful as the print! It did run large but a wore a belt to cinch up the waist. Received a ton of compliments!

Was a little big but I belted it and I think it ended up looking nice. I would say the quality felt a little low considering the retail price of the item but it was pretty for dinner in Napa.

Amazing pattern but runs large for the brand. I typically have to size up in Temperly and this time I should have sized down. Flowy throughout but there is some boning in the sides of the bodice. So sad I didn't get to wear it out, literally sat in my living room wearing the dress I loved it so much.

I would have loved to have worn this dress, but it was dragging on the floor even paired with my tallest heels!

This would have been a great dress in June but I only found it on the site recently. I was hoping to wear it before Labor Day but never made it. Its a great fit and very fun! It's loud but definitely elegant. I do think the necktie and waist-tie combo is a little much (I wore without the belt and considered tying the neck strap in a bow). Length is good for tall gals who like flats or low heels!

I wore a padded strapless bra, I'm a 38B and unfortunately, the dress kept sliding off my shoulders and chest exposing my bra. I didn't get to wear it out of the house.

Dress runs large, especially in the chest. The top of this dress fell down around my waist. Even with the strap tied around my neck, the were about 4 extra inches of loose fabric around the top.

This is a beautiful dress and I've been eyeing it for a while. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and only my pre-pregnancy size was available (which often fits), but I couldn't get the zipper to close. If you're pregnant and considering this dress, I recommend sizing up at least 2 sizes.

Unfortunately I couldn't wipers this stylish dress because the dress arrived with a busted invisible zipper. It was disappointing because quality control missed checking this before sending to me. Super stylish and trendy.

Size down. I might try it again in a size smaller. It would be great for resort wear dinner out.
