Loved this dress, but knit material is very constricting! I'm a true 4 and the size small was way to tight to comfortably wear. Will reorder in a medium. Skirt is gorgeous!

I wore this to a winter baptism lunch. This dress was super comfy, despite being well into my 3rd trimester. The material is stretchy but thick so you feel supported. The fit and flare shape is super flattering and I definitely thought about buying this to keep. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Went one size bigger at 20 weeks and it was perfect. Will be perfect again without the bump too - it shapes your body and the he material is very well made. You'll be so glad you rented this: great for the office, date or event.

This dress while heavy oddly is light and I'm saying this in the middle of a Miami, and hot girl, summer. While i think the turtle neck highlights my already fat face i love the way it fits and feels. Even though it's black it shows all bumps and curves and also has no give i struggled to pull it down. Would suggest for a fall look bc material is breathable light and heavy at the same time.

Loved this dress. Definitely is very tight especially in the arms when you first put it on but as other reviews said it loosens up throughout the day and just becomes comfy and form fitting. Very nice thick material and so elegant.

Fits snugly but with thick fabric that is fairly forgiving. Turtleneck and midi length but doesn't look old fashioned, the ruffle at bottom and sheer detail on sleeves keep it fun.

Great stretch, beautiful fabric, love the tea length (I'm 5'10"). Sleeves are a little tight but it's ok. Overall worth it.

Tight fit but still appropriate for a work party given the style of the dress. Also suitable for petites - was the perfect length for a cold winter night. Fabric is textured and matte , which reduces the formality of the length. Love this piece.

I needed something a notch dressier than your everyday work outfit and something that wouldn't be wrinkly to take out of a travel bag and put directly on and this did not disappoint. Professional and sexy for a creative office - it's very fitted (I went with the S instead of XS to keep it from looking too painted-on) but also very covered up. The quality is outstanding - very thick material that keeps its form/doesn't stretch out, several different knit patterns which are beautiful close-up, and the cut of the hemline is fantastic in how it swings around when you walk. Could literally be crumpled up in a tote bag and would look great when you put it on. Slightly itchy especially in the sleeve area (bothered the inside of my elbow a bit by the end of the day). Will show lines and bumps underneath a bit so tights or shapewear are recommended. Turtleneck is quite long/high but it can be fit more normally than the scuba-like look on the model in the picture would suggest.

This dress fit perfectly . The only issue was that the sleeves could be alittle awkward and tight because of the lace . Otherwise, this dress was amazing . I'm 5'9" and it was tea length . The material was very stretchy through the body . I felt great

I loved this dress! The different lengths at the bottom, the turtleneck, I felt so classy and elegant! It's definitely form fitting, so I would recommend putting it on at least once or twice to loosen it up a bit. It is a stretchy material, but since it is pretty thick, its a little tough getting it on the first time. After I got it on it felt fine! I probably could've sized up and got a large if I wanted it to be a little easier. Since the sleeves are somewhat of a lace-like material, they don't have as much give as the dress does. Nonetheless, the 2nd time I put it on, it went on much smoother and wasn't a hassle. You'll feel amazing in this piece!

sexy yet elegant

Wore this dress to work. My office dress code is business formal so this was a nice alternative to a suit. It felt easy to wear with black boots and gold jewelry. It was extremely comfortable which is something I think is difficult to find in terms of work attire. I received several compliments as well. This piece can also be dressed up with some more blingy jewelry and pumps. Highly recommend.

This is a definite close fit, and warm, and in my case both were welcome. The event was in a cold climate with snow on the ground, and it's fairly typical to be chilly in dresses in this climate. The tight fit has stretch and give, so this dress was like wearing couture shapewear. The long lines in the dress were great for making me appear taller instead of looking like a short person wearing a tall person's dress. Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Wore this to work then a holiday party and it was fabulous! I normally am a size small but sized up based on reccomendations from other reviews. It fit perfectly and was not too tight in the arms (though would definately reccomend doing hair and makeup after putting this on). Wore with nude heels and statement earrings

Very form fitting with a beautiful flattering flare at the bottom. Material held its shape nicely. Order a size up as it runs a bit small. Arms and waistline are very fitted. I may buy it! It is amazing on.

I am so sad that I didn't get a shot of myself in this dress. It's SO sophisticated and gorgeous. Thick material means you won't be cold (there was a huge snowstorm the night I wore this). Pair with some kicky earrings as the dress is very simple (in the best way). Just a note that the sleeves have almost zero give.

Runs a little small and must put on before you put on makeup or fix your hair as it pulls over your head. Need to wear a Spanx-type body suit under the dress. Difficulty when having to use the restroom! (sent picture separately to RTR)

This is one of the highest quality, highest style outfits I have ever worn! Its very form-fitting, which made me happy I had requested a medium as the backup, because usually I'm a small. The lines are just beautiful. If the retail price wasn't so high I would try to find it and buy it, very very special!!!

This dress is a knockout! I rented fior Paris trip. I never ended up wearing it because we ordered room service one bight after a ling day at Louvre instead if keeping a reservation. I was truly disappointed I didnt get to wear it. It fits like a glove...very body con dress with enough stretch to move. Thick, rich knit. Another winner from RTR that I eould rent again or buy! This dress is definitely snug and form-fitting, but it's surprisingly comfortable thanks to the weave of the bodice fabric. I felt very confident in it, as it's tight yet flattering. I highly recommend it!

Wore this for a work holiday party. Perfect for winter event with the turtleneck and thick fabric. Runs small so ended up wearing in L. It did loosen some throughout the evening and was very comfortable. Paired with gold heels and the Alexis Bittar gold feather earrings. Classic, elegant and sexy all in one. May rent again!

Beautiful, sleek and sophisticated. You may dislocate a shoulder getting this thing on but it's totally worth it. No zipper or buttons and the head hole is tight. Do your hair and put your make-up on AFTER. I usually wear XS/S, and I wore the M. I dont know how I could possibly pull on a smaller size... Jet black textured material over the whole dress minus the sleeves, almost waffle-like pattern, but not (I couldnt see this in the pics). Length was just above the ankle.

If you have thicker arms, think twice

Wore this to an awards show, sit-down dinner for work. Hugs the curves, flattering on full figures, sheer sleeves give it some sex appeal, love the thick fabric that helps to smooth everything out. Went for a minimal look, paired it with J Crew suede pumps, diamond earrings, and a colorful bag.

I rented this as my back up dress for a semi formal gala. I love this designer and the dress is beautiful. I did find the fabric didn't have much give, especially the sleeves. I also found the neck somewhat constricting. Might try a size larger if I order it as a back up next time? Something to keep in mind: there's no zipper in the back or anything and the neck is tight, so it kind of messes with your make up and hair when you put it on. Unless maybe you put the dress on first and wear a sheet over it while you do your make up. I ended up wearing the other dress I rented because it was more comfortable.

Arm holes were a bit snug. Prevented the dress from sitting on the shoulders as well as I would have liked. A larger size may have helped but the M fit well everywhere else. This dress was very elegant and flattering to an hourglass figure.
