Loved this dress. It was very comfortable and fit like a glove. The zipper was a bit stiff, but nothing to complain about.

The fit was true to size, and was super comfy! The only thing was the zipper was a little tough around the belt area but most dresses are! Loved this dress! Thanks RTR!

This dress was unbelievably flattering. The cut is sophisticated, slightly conservative yet sexy. The top fit like a glove and the flowy skirt made dinner and dancing a breeze. The black with the navy skirt was a detail that I loved. Perfect with my robins egg blue pumps.

Fit was perfect, the lining does ride up a bit but it wasn't too annoying.

Fully lined, very comfortable. You can raise your arms for dancing without pulling up the whole dress with it. This is a great dress. Note that the photo shows me trying it on: I live alone so you see my camera, and you see no make up, uncombed hair, no stockings and wrong bra. But you get the point.

This dress runs a bit on the smaller side, especially in the chest area. I would suggest sizing up for bigger bust/wider hips. Overall I loved it! Perfect for a cocktail party!

Wore this dress for a black tie wedding on New Year's Eve. I usually wear a size 6 and I wore a 6 in this dress. Pros: Super comfortable, was able to eat with no worry of getting a pooch, wore a regular bra, forgiving in the hip/butt area, great length - sexy yet appropriate, was able to dance the night away. Cons: tough to zip due to the seams in the waist sash - I definitely needed help to get in and out, the lining/underskirt rides up a bit sometimes when getting into and out of cars (to be expected). But this was the perfect LBD - the fabric was beautiful and it was in perfect condition. Highly recommended!!

Normally wear a 6 so thought the dress ran small. The size 8 fit perfectly though. Was surprised by the wrap around look in front. Hadn't noticed this in the picture so when sitting had to be cautious not to reveal too much leg. Fabric was very nice.

I loved the dress! I rented a 6 and an 8, thinking I would wear the 6. I ended up wearing the size 8, it was tight around the waist. I am 5'6", 140 lbs, 34D.

Not forgiving on the waist so if you have wide waist you'll have a "squeezed" look.

I'm usually between a 2 and a 4 so I went up and rented the size 4 and 6. The 6 was a little baggy but the 4 looked more flattering so I just powered through the fitted waste and only had to wear it for 4 hours. A little uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Based on reviews, I ordered a 4 and a 6 in this dress (I usually wear a 4). I ended up wearing the 4 as the 6 was too bulky in the skirt area. The top was definitely snug, but it's made of slightly stretchy material so it still fit fine. I think you want the top to be snug so it balances the poof/draping of the skirt. The only negatives for me were that the lining can ride up a bit after sitting down and the slit in the skirt (it's more of a wrap skirt) can be pretty high when you are sitting down and you show a lot of leg. But overall, I really liked the dress and thought it was a great option if you are looking for a stylish LBD.

The fit was great. However, like in previous reviews that said the zipper sticks was unfortunately true. I loved this gown, it fit me nicely but the zipper got stuck where there is a little extra material. I was super sad to send it back without being able to wear it.

Unfortunately, the dress did not work with for me. I bounce between a 6 and an 8 however the 6 was not available to rent. I probably could have gotten away with a 4 because of how large the dress fit on me. The skirt and the fabric is beautiful however as a 5'1 woman, the end of the dress hit the bottom of my shins. Also, because the dress was so loose, the zipper on the back of the dress kept getting caught on my "chignon" and I had to ultimately wear my hair down. In short (no pun intended), this dress is not for a short person. For you taller gals, I suggest going down a usual size.

I loved the idea of this dress but didn't love it on as much as I loved it in pictures. It runs a bit small so I sized up and was happy - it was very comfortable. I am short so the length was a little heavy on me, coupled with the bunchiness around the waist. I loved that it had pockets and it is a flattering neckline, but all of the pieces together didn't add up to a flattering dress on me.

This dress is definitely made for tall and hip-less people. The 8 fit, but the tulip skirt super accentuated my hip area. If you look at the picture, the hip area is poofy on the model. If you are an hourglass or pear, this area looks even bigger. There is no give in the fabric, so if you are going to order this dress, definitely check the measurements.

I am usually right in between an 8 and 10. This dress was not available in a 10, so I ordered the 8 and hoped for the best. The fit was fine, but the cut just did not work for me. I am pretty long waisted and the waist of this dress hit me at the bottom of my rib cage instead of at my natural waist. This made the pouffy part of the dress (intended to lay over the hips) hit at my natural waist - making look larger than I am. I had to return it without wearing it, but RTR made that process easy and painless. I look forward to renting again. However, I will say this dress is VERY well constructed and material on the skirt feels wonderful. If I weren't so long waisted it would have been a home run.
