This was an easy dress, and comfy. Wore for Thanksgiving day, dressing up a little without being uncomfortable. Forgiving dress for us with a little extra curves.

Wore comfortably to wore. Has some stretch and a tighter waist.

This was super cute, I love the color and the sleeve length was perfect. The skirt is a little short, but works great with tights. I have wide hips and a bit of a butt so the 0 was a little snug and made the back stick out a little so I switched it for a size up and it was better. Definitely recommend this, I liked it more than I expected.

Ted Baker has always been my go-to for reliable, work appropriate dresses. Whether it’s an office dress, presentation stage dress or cocktail work event dress - never fails me. Rented this dress twice - for an important meeting and for a stage presentation. Love it!

Lovely silhouette; hem 4-5 inches above the knee; exposed zipper in the back; arm length a couple inches past the wrist if you have longer arms-

Fit great! Looks best with a belt to accentuate the waist.

I wore to a holiday luncheon and felt very put together but also comfortable. The top fabric of the dress is thick and stretchy which I loved since I hate when a zip up dress has no give. I liked that it was short in length since it made a conservative dress a little sexier. The sleeve length was perfect on me but I can see them being too short on someone taller.

Definitely needs to add a belt. Mid section is very wide. Runs larger. It’s a great length, has some warmth to it with the thicker fabric

Darling free for work. I added a black belt and wore with tights and heeled booties. I wear a small and the 4 was great. Perfect for pear shape- very fitted on top and forgiving on bottom. Skirt pattern has a slight vertical stripe to it which is nicely elongating.

I didn’t want to give this back! Perfect for the fall. Perfect fit. Feels incredible. Need spanx even though it’s a-line.

Ok granted I should have gotten the S instead of the XS, however I was not expecting to see so much leg. I guess if you’re on the taller side (I’m 5’9”), this may not be suitable for work, even with tights.

Loved this dress for work! The length was great. Wore it to work one day and to a work event. It’s fairly stretchy too!

I really loved the style but I didn’t feel like it was that flattering, especially around the waist. I felt like adding the belt was crucial, but maybe it would have worked without if I went up a size. It was also a little short for my taste, though it worked fine for me with dark tights and boots.

LOVED the fit, wish I would have taken photos in it, I recorded some business videos in it, but only the top half shows. The length is perfect for corporate setting, and love how it looks perfectly pressed and not wrinkly!

Loved it! Easy to just throw on with a pair of tights and some cute earrings and loafers and go. Also very comfortable and easy to move around in, which is a big plus for me as I am up and about a lot for my job. I mostly wore to work, but can be easily dressed down with a denim jacket and/or combat boots, etc.

One stop shop for a polished work dress. I think it runs short and I'm only 5'3. I wore with black opaque tights so I think I could get away with the shorter length, but would be inappropriate for work with bare legs.

Perfect for work and after work events. Very comfortable and fairly good quality - I love Ted Baker dresses. The zipper down the whole back is a bit noticeable for those who are paying attention, but I’d imagine most folks don’t mind.

I find this dress a little goth, but I always get so many compliments at work when wear it! Great fit, nice thick stretchy fabric that makes it comfortable and flattering.

I disagree with many other reviews about this dress running large. I sized down, and wish that I hadn’t because the size 4 would have fit perfectly. I made the 2 work, though, and loved wearing it. The top is stretchy yet structured.
