I liked wearing this dress to work! It wasn't my favorite rental ever, but I would wear it again. I didn't see if it came with a belt. It definitely wasn't attached but maybe I missed it in the bag. I didn't even realize it was supposed to have one though until just now when I saw the picture again. The sleeve cuffs were a little tight on the wrist I wear my watch on. It wasn't a make-or-break thing, just a little annoying. It has no stretch but is flowy enough to fit my pear shaped body fine!

I wore my regular size and it fit but was tight and wouldn't be comfortable for all day. But it's a very pretty dress and I enjoyed wearing it. Got a lot of compliments. It is very short and I'm 5'1'' so might not be the best fit for someone taller.

Love love this dress. Made me feel so confident. The material is very rich and does not crumple at all. I wore it for brunch with my friends and it suited a nice classy place too. You can alternatively even wear it at work and not feel out of place.

I rented this dress for a work party. The style is fantastic. I am usually a size 4 US. The UK size 3 was a little loose on me, but worked with the belt to cinch in the waist. Would definitely rent again!

Wore this dress for a long day of work meetings and got loads of compliments the entire day. Very flattering dress for hourglass figure. Love the pockets. Medium weight fabric was comfortable for June but would be warm enough for fall/winter with tights. Dress was perfect length that hit just above the knee on my short legs but might be a too bit short for work if you're taller.

Loved this for work, ran a little large (US 8 and got the 4), but the sleeves were awkwardly tight and it restricted arm movement a bit. Not a deal breaker by any means but keep in mind if you don't have tiny wrists lol

Gorgeous dress! Great for a work setting, with fun details such as the floral embroidery and sleeve shape. Belt flap was too long so I had to awkwardly tuck it. But overall great!

If I could give this dress a 10 out of five stars I would. It is True to size and adorable. I rented it to wear to a business women's conference. Almost every person I passed commented on my dress. I felt great and even considered buying it. This is a fave. Will rent again!

I've had my eye on this dress for a while so I was really excited to see it available before an important work meeting. When it arrived, I was so pleased, the detail is even more gorgeous in person. It also has pockets!!! I would definitely recommend this, I feel extra confident and like I'm emitting boss babe vibes in it!

This was a great dress for a wedding. I'm almost 5'8 and I'd say anyone taller than me would probably have a hard time with the length -- sleeves also felt almost too short. Loved the belt and the floral pattern. :) Lots of compliments!

The material is comfortable, style was flattering and gave me a great silhouette. The flower pattern was a great touch to make it more than just a little black dress.

This dress is so beautiful. The embroidery is so lux looking. The waist is the tightest bit with little stretch so fit to that part. Sleeves are long enough but the wrist holes are also small. I didn't want to send it back!

This dress fit really well, as someone who is a 0 but with normal lady curves this dress is still a good and appropriate length. The belt was a little long but I got creative with the way I tied it. The sleeves were a little tight but nothing awful. I would rent this again if I needed to.

If I could give this dress more than 5 stars, I would. I have never gotten so many complements in my life. I even got complements when i wore it to a memorial service. Fit is both flattering and comfortable. Stitching detail is stunning. And POCKETS. The only minor drawback is what to do with the floppy belt end. I just tucked it under. Easy peasy.

Loved this dress so much! It was comfortable and the belt (which is rolled up in a pocket of the shipping bag) makes it so flattering and fits every body. I'd be willing to buy this one. (I usually wear a size 6 and the 3 was perfection.)

Loved this dress. I'm usually a 2 or a 4 and opted for the 2 and it fit perfectly. Clothing is usually tight in the chest and arm for me but this was a perfect fit! Note: the belt comes in a speedster bag!

This dress is beautiful!!! The embroidery is gorgeous and the fabric is thick and very "high-end" - I got this to wear to work but since it was so short (hit right on my upper thigh) I decided to wear tights with it. I originally thought this was a black dress and under certain lightning it does look black but when you go outside in the sun its a very dark navy blue. This dress does run very small and there is absolutely no give to it whatsoever! So my recommendation would be to size up! The only con is that the cuffs are very tight and limit mobility of the arms because the sleeves aren't full length (despite what the picture shows on the model) they kind of hit a weird spot on the arm - other than that I loved this dress! And it has pockets which is also a plus :-)

Structured dress. I lift. The zipper was unforgiving. I wore it and it was beautiful and it has pockets!! Love a dress with pockets. But if you lift or have a large chest, size up!!

I took the advice of others and went down a size and it fit perfectly. Very dark navy, reads black. Cute, kind of basic. Thicker fabric so doesn't wrinkle.

I really liked this dress when I put it on. It fit perfectly. The two problems were 1. no one could put this dress on alone. Not only did my husband have to zip the back but my son had to button the cuffs. 2. I have thin wrists yet the cuffs were snug. As soon as they moved up even a little bit, they caused red marks on my arms. I wouldn't rent this again.

Great for an elevated daytime look. It's pretty conservative and probably best for fall or winter look. Will rent again for sure!

It was a bit shorter than expected, it was ok to wear with thick tights at work but it would've been too short without them (I'm only 5'4), wore size 0). That said, the fabric, style and embroidery were wonderful! Just wanted it was 1" longer ....

Love this dress! It is stunning! This was my backup dress and I wore it to brunch the next day. It was a tad tight in the waist, but I have a wide waist.

US size 6 usually works. Wore the UK 3. Perfect fit, so flattering and long sleeves were great for fall. Received lots of compliments!

I usually wear an 8 but got both the 8 and 10 (3 and 4) and ended up wearing the 4; it is a little tight for bustier ladies which is why I had to size up. It was the perfect length for a work event, but I'm short. It hit just above the knee. It's a beautiful dress and I got a lot of compliments. Best suited for cooler climes or indoor a/c.

This dress looks great and fits really well. Super classy. My big gripe is that mine was missing the belt! So I had to wear it without and you can see the little thread belt loops. Bummer that I had to wait so long for this to finally become available then when I got it, it was not complete.
