This dress has great details and beautiful lines. My favorite was when the flight attendant on my flight asked me why I was dressed like a flight attendant. Love that!!

Such a great dress. Not as formal in person as I gathered from the photos. Extremely comfortable and a fabulous work dress. I am a 6 in j crew and pretty much everything across the board, so I chose size 3 and it fit like an 8. I will definitely rent again in the smaller size (and probably buy).

Wore this to an evening work event. I am between a 4 and 6 and this was true to size in that it fit perfect in some spots and a little big on other. A size down would have probably been too tight. It is totally old style classic charm - with just a tiny bit of edge from the front slit which is not at all too high. Loved it. Beautiful material and shape.

I love this dress, but it runs small! It's beautifully lined, has a nice texture to the black, and has a gold zipper up the back. But, it runs small and has no stretch! I am managing to wear it at work, because it's too cute to not wear, but will size up next time.

The first comment at my holiday party was "Wow, you look elegant!" that compliment set the tone for the night. I felt fantastic. It fits perfectly with zero room for error. I am a size 0 with a 32B bust, 25 waist and a 35.5/36 hip. anything else and I would've needed to size up. I the dress is tight in the natural waist. It loosened up a tiny bit (my rental was brand new) as the night wore on, but don't count on that. If you're not the perfect fit on a size, then size up.

Great fit and excellent material

The dress is beautiful and well made. The only problem is it's too big. I waited too long to exchange it so I wasn't able to wear it.

I ended up being right in between the two sizes that I ordered. I opted for the smaller size only because the bigger version just didn't hang right. Overall classy dress. I wore it to a mid week work event.

This dress was absolutely stunning!! I love it!! I'm usually an 8 and a 4 was even a bit large in the lower half. However the neckline was very flattering! I will rent again!

This dress has a flattering cut and the peplum made want to try a black dress for work. The material had a neat texture, but you couldn't tell. Also the ribbon around the bodice gave it a little bit of a tight feeling.

I rented this for a work event, but unfortunately wasn't able to wear it. I am pear-shaped and while the bottom fit well, the top portion was too large, particularly around the bust and armpits.

Really disappointed that I went with the reviews that said this was large and to size down. I am normally a zero or 2 and the 0 was the recommended size. The waist was extremely tight and since the ribbon has no give it really pinched. I loved the look - the dress is stunning and I will try again in a bigger size.

This dress is a great silhouette for work and well made. I went with my recommended size, a 3, and it was huge. Way too big overall but especially through the waist and skirt. I didn't feel comfortable wearing. Would rent again but size down at least one maybe two sizes.

This dress is very thick material and very well structured. However, it is meant to fit a Barbie. The top was baggy and the waist and hips were very narrow and difficult to zip. The cut is for an extremely short torso (and I have a short torso) the peplum skirting was in an awkward placement above the waist and not flattering whatsoever. Perhaps best for a true petite hourglass or athletic build.

Perfect fit for a 5'2" heavy top/curvy 124 lbs

Loved this dress. It was very flattering and comfortable to wear. Accentuated my small waist and still fit over my larger hips. I wore it for a work training and received many compliments on how it was classy and fashionable at the same time.

I wore this lovely dress to work and a work event in the evening. I felt great all day as the material felt luxurious and part of the dress is lined with silk. The dress was tailored and the fit was perfect for my curvy body. The slit in front added a bit of sexiness but was not too much. I would definitely rent this again.

Very flattering, but it runs small compared to other Ted Baker dresses that I own. No stretch. I usually wear a Size 1 in Ted Baker's size, but I had to rent a Size 3 to be comfortable.

I went with the Rtr recommended sizing which I didn't realize was a 2 and it fit perfect! So it runs large for me. I'm a size 4 on brands like express, j crew, Rebecca Taylor . And a size 6 in Black Halo , so to be a size 2 in this dress really threw me off but it was perfect. Silky fabric inside, heavy beautiful zipper and patterned fabric throughout. This is the definition of quality.

Wore for an interview with a British company, so it thought Ted was very fitting. Assumption correct! Very professional looking, I made it a bit edgy with hardware heavy black wedges. Perfection!
