This is a good dress for work, but I added a camisole bra to reduce the exposed cleavage. Good fabric for day and the bold print is great. Waist band runs a little bit small for my athletic frame.

I think I got more compliments on this dress than any other RTR. I wore to work before going to an event so I thought it was a little dressy for my office. I have a small waist and curvy hips and butt and this was so flattering. I'm small on top and it was low cut but not terrible. Gorgeous print! A great rental overall!

I wore this for a big work meeting and I have never gotten so many compliments in my life. It is a big almost too much statement piece so I am glad I rented because I wouldn't wear it that much if I owned it. The dress hugs the curves and was super vavoom. Enough stretch to be comfortable all day. Just spectacular!

If Ted Baker has worked for you before this dress definitely will! I loved the cut of the dress and it’s modesty.

I'm not sure how this would do use on someone 510 or shorter but on my Amazon friends it'll fit like a dream. I could have worn a size smaller and it fit a little more snug but just know that Ted Baker is built for curves boobs, and butts. I added my own belt because It was just too big. The fabric is pretty thick almost scuba material-and the print is stunning

Belt is a bit tight and reminded me to do some abs once in a while. Still felt amazing in this dress though!

I'm giving it a 4 star because the zipper bends in a weird way on you derrière area., bunches up weird. It was little too long for my height, 5"1. Other wise the cut in the front is ok for work. Nice thick fabric the belt accentuates your waistline

I rented this dress for a regional meeting for work that I hosted. It was very comfortable and I received lots of compliments! I have a big bust (DDD) and it covered up everything so I never felt unprofessional. The only reason I rated it 4 stars and not 5 is because the fabric looked pretty used. It may be time to retire this specific dress I had but a newer version would have been perfect! Also, I would order a size down as mine fit me fine but if I had a smaller chest I could have went down to a size 2.

I'm a big Ted Baker fan usually, but this dress fit me kinda funky. Had I planned better, I would have packed another dress for this out-of-town wedding. The chest area fit too tight and made my small bust look smashed, and the hips also fit too tight. For reference, my measurements are 34-25-37 and I'm 5-5.

I'm not sure how the sizing is since it goes up to size 5. I typically wear a 6 is US sizing in dresses. The 2R fit great. I didn't think the belt and waist were too tight at all. This dress really hugs and accentuates your curves. I felt like a million bucks!

This dress is everything. Great print, and gives you the most amazing hourglass figure. A little low, but if you're not too busty it's fine for work. It came to my Knee (5'8) so the length makes it conservative while being sexy. Showstopper.

I loved this dress! I loved the belt the floral pattern it fit perfectly in the three regular I'm usually a four or six. On my 54 frame it was a little bit long but with a pair of high heels it was great. Will definitely rent again.

The belt in the waist is a little tight. But overall the dress has a good stretch to it. The v-cut neck line is a little low so I wore a black cami underneath.

Gorgeous sheath dress from Ted Baker. I always love this brand and this dress does not disappoint. I rented this for Valentine's Day and received loads and loads of compliments. I usually wear a size 8 dress and the 4R fit perfectly on my hourglass figure. It is a longer dress and it hit me mid-calf (I'm 5'9"). If you are shorter, it might be a bit long for you. Overall, I highly recommend this floral sheath for a date night or to stand out at the office.

This is belted in a weird place. Too low to be empire - too high to hit at the waist and it is too large through the waist and the hips, though it fits through the bust. I think a dress like this needs to be pretty fitted in order to look stylish and not matronly and this one comes off as matronly, saved only by the print. I don't think a smaller size would have helped - the belting is just all wrong.

This really didn't fit right. The neckline was just "off" and the crease that's supposed to be on both sides wasn't even. Also, the rose gold zipper was gaudy. Didn't wear.

Way too small. Did not zip up. I am usually a 0, but should have gotten a size 2.

lovely dress but sizing was off

I wear a consistent size 6 and ordered a size 4R as suggested by the site. It was so big that there was no way to wear it. It looked like a beautiful dress and when I called to exchange, the RTR person told me to order a size 2R -- that's a big difference so obviously the sizing on the website is wrong.
