Runs true to size and is very nice for work. Fabric is stretchy but also breathable, so I was able to wear to work in the summer. Very flattering cut, would rent again!

I am 5'6 - 150 - 28 in waist This dress is very professional and reminds me of a classic sophisticated style, if paired correctly. I really like the pleated portion of the dress and how flattering the dress is on my body. I think if it wasn't cold out I would have opted for no tights and a nude or pale pink pump/heel. I love the detail of the pale pink trim and find it adorable and "girly". Would recommend for all. I wore a Ted Baker London red knit dress a few months ago and got tons of compliments. This one is cute, comfy and looks sharp for work. Paired with a pair of neutral heels and rose gold earrings. I usually worry about knit dresses being too sheer or stretched out. This one is great! Perfect shape. Definitely another winner from Ted Baker London!

This dress is an easy wear. It defines the waist nicely and the fabric is comfortable.

It was fine- nice color. Didn't love the fit it kind of bunched around the zipper in the back.

I wear a lot of black and dark neutrals so having a pop of pink was a fun way to mix things up. Comfortable work dress but didn't do anything to my figure to make me feel special.

Pros - you can go straight from the office to an office party and fit right in.

This style usually looks good on me, but this one was a miss. The waist was too high on my long-torso body, which just made the whole look seem "scrunched". The bottom was unflattering too and made me look wider.

It was very comfortable! The material was a bit thick so I would not recommend it for a summer event. The color was good for me, with fairer skin, but believe it would be good for most coloring. The event I wore it to was very professional and it fit the occasion. I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a "flirty" choice.

This is such a cute and unique dress. The material is heavy and works well in cold weather. I wore it with sheer grey tights and booties. My only struggle was the pleats had been pressed together very tightly, which made it hang weird at first but I was able to steam them and spread them out a bit.

Rented this with my unlimited for temple. Perfect combination of fun knit and conservative style. I am a 0/2 and went with the 1 - it worked although I probably could have gone up a size too and been slightly more comfortable. Husband loved it.

I ordered this for work however found that for my office it had to be worn on a more casual day. The waist has very small laser cut holes, which is not great for the office. Overall a pretty color and very comfortable.

Such a great dress. Wasn't cleaned properly.

The dress fit nicely, and the length was about two inches above the knee. I wore it with light pink mules to match the pink in the waist area and sleeves. I felt very feminine in it. I wore it for a medical conference and I will keep it to wear again in the office.

Beautiful material and very flattering -- but the dress does run a bit large while at the same time sitting high up on my waist, making it more of an empire than natural waist fit.

I was confused by the sizing and chose the 3 based on other reviews but it was way too big. I also didn't like the fabric - it felt very starchy and hard. I expected it to be more flowy. Didn't wear.
