The Dress arrived on time and no hassle. Dress fit like a glove. Lots of complements.

it was a bit small in the bust area but besides that it fit well. There isn't much stretch to the material. All in all it is a very elegant dress.

I absolutely loved this dress! I wore it for my sorority's formal, and it exceeded my expectations. I am small-chested but have a wide ribcage, and I was worried that the top would be too large. Luckily, I had nothing to be worried about. It was very flattering, and it had a inner bustier that zipped up, making sure the top stayed in place tightly, and it flowed down nicely over my larger hips. I was very comfortable the entire night and did not want to give it back! I had also selected the 4R, which fit everywhere but around my ribs, and the 6R was perfect. As far as length, they were both about the same. I wore shoes with only about a 2" heel and and my toes barely peeked out, I thought it was a perfect length as it wasn't dragging the floor. I rented the Badgley Mischka Decadent Deco Necklace as well, and it looked really beautiful. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased.

I ordered this dress in the 6 and 8. After i ordered it I was afraid they would be to small after reading some of the reviews. I recieved the gown right on time and everyone at Rent The Runway was very helpful and nice. The 6 & 8 fit fine, but the 8 had been tampered with. It had come apart it seemed at the seeming on the front and was alot shorter than the 6. The 6 fit like a glove. Will rent again!

This dress definitely runs small, it's very tight through the bodice. I am only 5'6 (5'10 with the heels I wore) but I needed a size long for sure. My only complaint is that the metal wiring in the bodice broke through the fabric at the top and sort of dug into me. Overall though, gorgeous sophisticated looking dress. I received many compliments.

The negative about this dress is me being 5'10". I rented the 8L thinking that it would run long, but I was wrong. When I was flat footed the dress was about 2" short, so with heels there was no way it was gonna look ok. My friend and I did a last minute trip to target and bought a long navy slip and saved the day. As far as the size 8 fitting, I believe that fit true to size! I will definitely rent dresses again, just not any "long" sizes.

This dress definitely runs short. I'm 5'-3" and had to wear the Long size because the Regular was unavailable. I've never been a long anything in my life, but in heels the length was actually just about right. I'd order up for your back up size; I got into the 0 but just barely. The major downside to this dress was that the boning was poking through the bodice lining and stabbed me all night long. I'm not sure if this is particular to the one I received or if all of them have this problem, but it was definitely uncomfortable. That said, I really liked this dress and got lots of compliments wearing it!

this dress was beautiful on! the built in corset made it a bit hard to move at times but was not unbearable.

This was a really beautiful dress! I love the color and the cut but the shape wasn't all that flattering on me personally. RtR called me a few days before my rental and told me the size I had ordered (2R) was no longer available, which was rubbish. The 4 worked out all right but it was definitely a bit big and the waistline isn't very defined so it made me look a bit less slim than I might have otherwise. Also, one side of the top was a little warped. But careful with the interior ribbing when you zip up or you may find it poking you, which could be uncomfortable. The dress was definitely long on me, but I'm very short so that wasn't surprising. I'm a bit over 5'1" and I don't like wearing tall heels. I wore 2 1/2" heels and I definitely could have used a few more inches of height to keep from stepping on the dress. Despite these problems, the dress really is very beautiful. The color is much prettier in person, an indigo rather than the gray you see in the picture.It looked nice on me overall and I would recommend it for a formal occasion, though it might work out a bit better for a less petite person.

This dress was absolutely gorgeous! Its perfect for someone with a small bust. Be careful if you wear this to go dancing because the top half of the dress is somewhat snug, and there was a piece that kept stabbing me! This dress is absolutely beautiful, but be careful how you stand in pictures because sometimes it can make you look a bit pregnant!

I rented this dress for my high school prom, and I ordered a 4 and a 6. I guess I normally wear a 6, but the 4 definitely fit more closely. The dress was lovely, but my one problem with it was that the bust's boning was poking through in places, which was annoying. It made the bust a little awkward, but I'm not sure too many people noticed. Other than that, it was great.

This was my first rental and I was not disappointed. The dress is very flowing and moved beautifully whenever I walked. Based on previous reviews, I was nervous that the bustier would be too stiff for movement but it was surprisingly not as restricting as I thought it would be. There are clear adhesion strips lining the bust so it prevented the top from slipping off. The 0R was a sufficient length (including when wearing heels) even though I ordered 0L as a backup size. Although the gown skirt and waist fitted me well, the bust does run a bit small so it was a snug but not uncomfortable fit. I''m not a stylist but if you are busty, I think ordering a size up might be a good idea.

The dress I originally ordered did not fit so they rush shipped me this one. It was even more beautiful than I expected and it fit perfectly.i got compliments all night. Great product and wonderful service,I don't think I will ever buy a dress again..

Was very pleased with this dress.The fabric is soft and flows well. The bodice is fitted and gives a nice shape. I am 5'9 and 112 lbs and the 0 long was perfect in fit and length. The dress doesn't look cheap at all. I'm wearing it to a nice gala and will feel confident. Highly recommend.

Luckily I went a size up in my back-up because it was a little small in the bust (I am super large in that area). Also, I had to have the zipper replaced because the pull had fallen off. But after $20, the seamstress had it ready to go and it looked great!

If you wear this one, plan on renting or buying a statement necklace or earrings

The dress was beautiful! And RTR was a pleasure to use! The dress fit well, but was a little large in the bust (that's just because my bust is small). The only weird thing was that the 8R that I also got was shorter than the 6R. The 8R was the perfect length, but a little to large for me. Thankfully I had high enough heels.

Runs small rented two dresses and luckily, because this one didn't fit. I think I would have needed the 6L to zip all the way up.

Agree with other reviewers. Beautiful gown, material was flowy and expensive looking. Problem was bust fit. I am 34D/36C and usually wear a size 6. I could barely zip the size 6 and was gushing out of the top, not in an attractive way. I ordered the R length and with modest 3" heels it was the perfect length. Had to return it but would recommend it for smaller chested ladies.

I ordered this gown as my first choice, but ended up not wearing it. The bodice was very tight (I'm far from busty) and the lower portion made me look like I was about 6 months pregnant (I'm not expecting). The way the fabric draped just wasn't flattering. I was sad it didn't work out for me because the fabric is gorgeous and comfortable. If you're short and worried about the length, don't be. The 0 Short was the perfect length in my 3 inch heels and I'm 5'2". I wish it would have worked out, but the backup dress was perfect. RTR is great!

This dress was extremely small in the bust. It has an extra bust liner that folds in. Good fit everywhere except the bust. I was thankful I had ordered another dress

I had ordered this dress in a 10R and 8R just in case there was a problem with the dress... thank god I did. When I tried on the 10 it fit great every where except the bust. It was tight but not completely uncomfortable however with the corset top one of the plastic boning was trying to push through the dress which made the sweetheart top roll on one side. Tried it on the day the dress arrived got it zipped up perfectly with a couple of snags (really small zipper for such sheer fabric it kept trying to get caught) On the night of the party put it on only for the zipper to pop off making it unwearable since the zipper wouldn't re-thread itself. Luckily I was able to squeeze into the 8 which had the same problems with the zipper sticking. Wouldn't recommend without renting a second dress just in case.

Rented it for a black tie event and ended up belting it. Loved it

I rented this dress for a ball that my husband's Navy Dental Battalion was holding. I absolutely loved it and felt gorgeous. It fit like a glove on top and flowed on the bottom! I am obsessed with this dress!!!
