Stretchy and beautiful -- if you have to wear a plain black shirt, get the one with shoulder pads. It's a fave 2 or 3 time rental for me at this point, I need to buy it!

This top has a super silky feel, and also a great fit!! I love how it fits me! It is really nice for date night, or work. I can even wear it for a fun night with jeans.

I wore this with so many things: wide-leg jeans and high waist work pants. It's perfect for casual to work. So flattering.

Nothing super spectacular about this top, it's just a staple piece. It's very forgiving and stretchy. You can tuck it in, or not. Pull the sleeves up (and they stay), or not. I wore it with the DVF Lyla Skirt and it was perfect.

Nice trendy basic due to the exaggerated shoulder pads. Very thin and silky, and it’s ruched at the sides to give a sleek close fit without being crazy tight. Looks great tucked into jeans for a polished casual look.

Love the fabric and the cut. The sharp angled shoulder pads put me off a bit though. I still wore it for work but it made the look much more dramatic than I would have liked. Fit inside though and can be dressed up.

This is interesting. The shoulder pads make it very bold. I wore it to work, but its a little see through, probably better for a party. Love Tibi and would wear over and over.

I expected them but the material is slightly see-through so you could see the weird shape of the pads. And any bra will probably show through regardless of color. Darn it. I had high hopes for this top!

I didn't catch the shoulder pad part of this top. I have very square shoulders and this does not work for me. However i love the top. Wish the pads were removable. Nice material. Great fit.

I guess shoulder pads are back? As a full-framed woman this was just plain ugly. Fit was ok - a little too large for my taste, but it fit around the middle.

It is a bit see thru in bright light but really liked it

I personally loved this top. I wore it multiple times and considered buying it. It's so flattering and versatile, I wore it for work and for going out. The shoulder pads are quite prominent, so not for everyone, but the top is quite fitting so I thought the silhouette worked really well. I will absolutely rent this one again.

I love this top. It is an exaggerated shoulder, so if you prefer a more classic silhouette, they may be too much for you. I wore this top multiple times and now wish I hadn't returned it:) it's a lightweight and comfortable material. HOW I WORE THEM: • I paired it with wider leg, raw edge, vintage jeans and boots. Loved the polished, structured top with jeans that have a "well worn" look. • With baggy cargo pants - love the structured top with a more voluminous bottom. • With pencil skirt and belt. Love the exaggerated shoulders with a classic piece. I can't wait to rent again.

this plain black top had cute rouching and was a really comfortable and attractive silky synthetic - the shoulder pads were a little larger than I would have liked but I wore it twice. I wanted to like it more than I did. Ran slightly large.
