Liked the fit and asymmetrical styling of this denim dress so much I bought it. Just the right amount of oversized without being boxy. Buttons can be done up in two ways for variety of looks.

Loved the buttons detail and the baggy fit. There are also two options for the buttons in case you want it to be more form-fitting.

I wore this dress to work, running errands, and to a casual daytime birthday party. Compliments galore- even from strangers on the street! It is an oversized look but I love styling that with oversized jewelry and chunky heals. You can also choose to button different for each wear because of the second set of buttons.

This dress is just simply gorgeous, true to size.

Not exactly flattering but easy to wear and stylish.

I liked this dress but there was a lot of fabric despite sizing down. I suspect that is how the dress is supposed to be but I found it to be too much. It was fun to wear around town though.

This is outside of my normal style but I decided to go for it anyway. It felt really large on my smaller frame. I ended up wearing it for errands and then again for travel which is was very comfy for!

Got the 8 because that was available and felt it was way too big. Didn’t love it, very formless. Fine for casual stuff.

But so oversized in a way that was not the usual Tibi chic. Comfortable and the asymmetrical buttons were interesting but sadly not enough.

This was the perfect dress to wear on a flight to San Francisco on a cool breezy day. I was able to pair it with sneakers and it was super comfortable. At night, I wore it over another dress as a duster coat. Yes, it runs big, but don’t get it too small, it’s meant to be oversized. Also, the buttons on the very side are only for show - they’re not at a diagonal so they don’t work with the buttons (it would also be too tight). I might rent again in the future for the fall!

I am thinking about buying this dress forever (I'm a terrible renter!). It's very comfortable, but the design elements like the asymmetrical buttons; large pocket; and fabulous fabric give it a high-fashion feel.

Beautifully constructed. Casual but with enough flair and interesting details to elevate it above the ordinary. I kept it for a couple of months until the weather got too warm. It’s on my rent-again list. I’m thinking it would also work as a light coat in the fall.

I dressed it up with heeled boots, and I also dressed it down with new balance sneakers as well as Doc Martens.

It's a little bigger but being 7 months pregnant it worked out perfectly. If I wasn't pregnant I would size down.

So so cute. I usually wear a 6 but should have sizes down to the 2.

This is my third time renting this dress. Currently postpartum and is amazing for nursing access while feeling out together. Also rented while pregnant and pre pregnancy. Pairs easily with sneakers, sandals or boots. Definitely won’t give you shape but that’s true for Tibi in general.

Dress up or down very versatile

As others have suggested I’d recommend sizing down. I’m usually a S and the XS fit well but it’s definitely an oversized look so if you’re looking for something fitted this isn’t the dress for you. Super comfortable dress for everyday and got lots of compliments on it. Definitely a unique piece.

Only wore this once, as it was fairly big for my frame, but still cute! Good for winter with boots and a cute coat. The off center look was a little different for me, but I liked it overall.

Fun item, definitely oversized so doesn't give you a ton of shape. The buttons are really cool and can be cinched! I liked it for a rental.

This is a really cool dress. It's not particularly flattering but I warmed up to it the longer I wore it. There are buttons on the side of the dress too that you can use to make the dress tighter.

This wasn’t the most flattering, but still got compliments on it. Easy to wear and accommodated my belly at 35+ weeks pregnant.
