having read the reviews, i rented them in the L anyway since the M was unavailable. the other reviews are correct: these run quite large, have virtually no elastic in the waistband, & you're probably at risk of them falling down if you try to do any real activity in them. writing this during january in NYC, while temps are in the teens–i ordered these specifically for WFH to layer over leggings. i rolled up the waist a few times & for my purposes they worked great! comfy & warm.

These run easily 2 sizes too big. I'm determined to wear everything in order at least once and I rolled and pinned the waist. I would say the waist was easily 3 inches too big. Wish they had a drawstring!

I'm usually an 8 in bottoms and the M was too big at waist (and I have a thick waist). Good for tall. Cool shape. Looked good with matching top which is TTS.

The waist was a tiny bit big but I loved wearing this with the matching top. The cinched bottoms are stylish and easy to pair with sneakers or even dress up -- I wore these with some heeled boots a few times too!

Love the harem shape of these sweats! Warm but not heavy, comfortable but interesting. Took a star off because they are super oversized... I had a tough time keeping them on my waist! I recommend ordering down a size or two.

I didn’t love the set. The fit was a little bit off: the length was like shown on the model but the opening around the ankles was too big so it wasn’t flattering. The waist fit just right but the elastic was rolled which was a bit annoying as I could not fix it. It felt a bit cheap because of that. I only wore it at home. Won’t rent again.

I am by no means a rail, so imagine my surprise when I ordered an XXS, and they couldn't even stay up for half a second.

These are the best sweats bc they are tapered and look 10x more stylish than basic sweatpants yet they are just as comfy. Can wear casual w jeans or sneakers and quickly can dress up with heels. Love them!

I wore these a handful of times around my apartment. The waistband was no issue for me as some of the other review mentioned. They stayed on and we're cute for lounging but I did not wear them out of the apartment. The ankle length is a bit weird but I did appreciate that they were tapered at the ends. They are warm and cozy but nothing special.

I would've gone down a size had they been available, but tried in a large and they are definitely big. But fun and random and cozy. Would I wear them out of my house? No. By the end of the day, they were so loose, I put my cell phone in my pocket and the pants fell to my ankles hahaha

The elastic waist band was old, crispy, and completely dead which made the pants unwearable. I was totally bummed because they fit perfectly in all other aspects.

I sized "down". I'm usually a Med/Large and went with a Med. I was less than impressed. HUGE waist, and not much hip room. I wore them to bed and for cleaning around the house. They kept falling down while I was cleaning. Could never have worn them to work like I wanted to.

Cute but they were way heavier material than I thought they would be as they were suggested for warm weather. They also run large so size down as there is not a drawstring to adjust them.

These pants are awesome! I love the fresh take on"sweatpants" that can be so easily dressed up for any occasion. Please note these pants run very large and the waistband, while elastic is not very tight! In the right size, you will NOT be disappointed.

These pants are huge and stretch when wearing. Size down! Comfy and cute for the first 5 min. Then it practically started falling down!

Did they even use a fit model to design this?! It was easily 2-3 sizes too big. Also, the retail price seems WAY overpriced for what it is.

I am a size 12/14 in pants. I ordered these in the XL/US 12 size. I was nervous they were going to be too tight but they were HUGE about 2, maybe even 3 sizes too big- so big that they wouldn't stay up and I couldn't even wear them around the house. They did have a nice structure and weight to them, but I would start with 2 sizes down and go from there!

The XXS is way, way too short. Do reference, I’m 5’5 and these weren’t only crop, they barely came past my knees. Definitely look like little girl sizing, not women’s.

I'm normally a size 2 and rented the XXS based on other reviewers' advice to size down--and they literally fell to my ankles! No chance of them staying up. Also very cropped in a weird and unflattering way. I love Tibi but these were a big miss.

I rented an XXS and they fit like an XL - they fell off me. They also weren't that soft. Would not recommend.

The waist was stretched out and the pants themselves were very large. I am usually a small but could not even keep these pants up. Would not rent.

There is no drawstring. The larges literally could have fit two of me. I am normally a large/medium. I would have ordered a small in these, maybe even a XS!

I don't think there is a size small enough where these would fit in the waist and I'm a solid size 8
