The quality and fabric of this dress is gorgeous. It flows beautifully when you walk. The belt loosens throughout the day which isn't a big deal but it does happen. I felt lovely all day!

Wore it in the hot and humid Florida August weather. I love the details of the dress and it is so unique while being a classic spring/summer dress for work. I am short, so the dress was a little longer than the picture, but it didn't take away from how beautiful it was. Received SO many compliments.

Wore this for my engagement shoot in palm beach. Quality fabric and just the right amount of conservative coverage. Would definitely rent again - I would size down - I normally wear a 4 and this was a little big. I'm 5'9

I received so many compliments on this dress, everyone from the FedEx lady to folks on Instagram. The fit was a little big and I kept having to cinch the d-ring belt, but other than that it was perfect!

So much fun! I thought this might be too long on me (I'm 5'2) but it worked well with low heels.

I love the color and pattern. The fit was good though a little long on my 5'1" frame so it's midi length on me. The fabric is smooth and cooling. The belt does come loose easily so I had to knit it at the buckle to keep it from slipping.

Peep my shoulders in the photo - this dress was huge. Thankfully I was able to cinch the waist with the belt to give it some shape and as long as I kept my arms near my side it wasn't incredibly obvious but definitely won't be renting this again!

What a unique dress! The vertical piping near the waist is sculptural, the drop waist gives variety, and the belt adds some 80s vibe. Overall a great work dress that I could wear again and again. Definitely for taller ladies, and for sure size down. I wore the 2, which I never do. Size down at least one size, maybe two. Also my version had the belt sewn on (RTR has been doing this occasionally) so I could not switch belts, which I had planned to.

This is such a pretty dress, it's a bit long for my 5'1 height but it was great for my fuller chest. Very comfortable, very pretty. Wore this out to dinner with my husband.

This dress looked cute belted, but i can’t say i understand the shape - super low dropped waist with weird, soft boning around the hips. It’s as if it’s an oversized waist corset that rides around your lower hip area. You can’t even tell when it’s belted, though, so I really don’t see the point. The long pointy collar is very cute, though, and I loved the cut of the sleeve.

Fit: overall large for me, but sizing down would have made the bust gap. I had to cuff the sleeves and it was a long midi length on me. It definitely needed the belt to draw in the waist, but the belt frequently came loose because the fabric is too narrow to hold in the D-rings. You may not be able to tell from pics, but this has soft boning in the bodice that makes it so beautiful! I got lots of compliments and felt so chic.

This ran really, really large on me. Every single part of it. But, once it came in, it gave me Dorothy vibes so I decided to transform it into my Halloween costume with the kids. It worked perfectly for that! The belt went almost twice around my waist, haha. I guess all's well that ends well.

This was such a pleasant surprise and it has become my favorite rental so far!!! Rented for work and now I want to buy it. I used a small bit of fabric tape between the buttons, but it fit me perfectly in the bust. Love love. So many compliments from strangers.

The color is great the waistline is WIDE!!! The dress has a built in belt that saves the waistline. I would go for a medium next time.

When I first put it on, I didn't think it would work at all. But rolling the sleeves and tightening the belt makes all the difference. The belt does slip like others have said but if you tie it well, it holds all day. Super comfy, looked great and the fabric was the perfect weight for spring/summer.

I loved wearing this dress; only con was that it ran large and the belt kept slipping all day. I wore with sneakers for ferry ride and exploring Martha's Vineyard. Felt classy and comfortable all day. Will probably rent again before end of summer!

I put this dress on and realized I could have gone down to a 0 easily. It was roomy in the waist although the belt helped. On that note, the belt sort of irritated me. The fabric slips easily from a D-ring belt so I was constantly tightening it all day. Overall a nice dress but not my fave.

The skirt had a really great flare/twirl, and the belt cinches the waist. Can be dressed up or down. My only problem was that the belt cannot be removed, so you cannot customized the look.

Loved this dress, a little long if you're on the petite cusp (I'm 5'4), but a stunning dress with a lot of room if you're between sizes (adjustable belt, ease in cut).
