Super cute and classy

This has a flowing shape that pairs well with pleather pants or leggings. Leave out or tuck in. Pattern is subtle, as is elbow detail. Feels like linen and easy to wrinkle. This top grows on you.

It looked potentially boring, but the drape and the sleeve details add a lot of interest. Material is quite thick, better for early fall. Would be great for work. Boxy cut, so I preferred it tucked or semi-tucked.

I wasn't sure about this top but decided to get it anyway. I ended up loving it! Very comfortable and perfect for a day at work. I usually wear a medium but I probably could have went with a small. Does wrinkle easily but still a great top.

I saw all the negative reviews about this shirt, and I would probably agree if I had planned to wear it with jeans, but with a tighter high waisted skirt it was awesome. Will definitely be renting again.

Got this for a wedding weekend welcome dinner and loved it so much I wore it to work the following week, too! Love the pindots, and the special sleeves. Got lots of compliments -- including from my difficult-to-please mom!

This blouse was perfect for a work conference. Can be easily paired with anything to dress it up or down - I wore it with trousers and a silk navy skirt. The sleeves made it extra interesting.

This was such a comfortable blouse, and the cutout in the arms were such a cute design touch. I'm almost 7 months pregnant, and it covered my whole belly, though I suspect I'd wear this even when I'm not pregnant. It's simple & can be styled up or down.

loved this the sleeves were a bit odd as there was an additional loop in them that was odd and didn't know what to do with..otherwise I loved this but it did run a bit big too so don't size up.

I wore this a couple of times for work. The detail at the elbow is very subtle in person and the cut gives this top a slightly oversized look. Not Free People oversized, but loose and flowy. I took off one star as the fabric is showing its age - it's a bit lighter than the image. It was still a great rental for ready for work ease.

Cute and comfy nothing exceptional but I loved it for a few casual meals out!

I sized up on this shirt based on recommendations and reviews but wish I had stuck with the medium, the large fit more like a tunic. Fun style and details.

This is a really comfortable top in a soft rayon like fabric. The sleeve detail is fantastic and leveled the top up a couple notches in terms of style. I did struggle pairing it with other items. It isn't quite black and it isn't quite blue so I had to be a bit more open minded. I'd have kept this wonderful top but it wrinkles too easily for my lifestyle.

What I thought was a rip in the back of the sleeve was actually a detail that matched the other arm but for reasons that escape me. Stick my bony elbow out of it??? Needless to say It wasn't flattering so I never wore it

Way too big, I didn't wear it. Not flattering.

Did not like the sleeves - wide elastic things just looked odd on me. Fot big. Sleeves were very full and big.

I have really wide shoulders and this was too large for mine.

loved this top. it was slouchy, I totally could've sized down, but the sleeves went to my elbows which was a dream bc who over 30 wants our upper arms showing right?! LOLz. found it on sale elsewhere online for WAY cheaper than the RTR discount and bought it! RTR needs to step up their game big time with the for sale stuff---always google it and 9/10 you'll find it so much cheaper!

Lovely balance of formality for work while being ultra comfy. I have a wide chest/shoulders and this was very flattering.

Very comfortable. Sleek, arms are a lot of fun.
