V comfortable ! Fits great - nice style -easy to wear and match!

I loved this top. The fabric is substantial but drapes nicely, and the cutout detail at the neckline with the tie makes it modern and interesting. I paired it with the Vince cross-front culottes (also from RTR) for a perfect summer work outfit. I'm usually a size 10 in Tibi tops but sized down to an 8 in this one. The size 8 fit perfectly, a 10 would have been too big in the bust for me.

This is a fun top, definitely different from the typical office button down. It does fit loose/boxy but looks nice with tailored pants.

I love the unique fashion-forward details. The material has some stretch to it. But the arm holes felt a little large.

I wish I had taken the advice of other reviews and sized down because this runs quite large and definitely would have been more flattering in a size down. It's a lovely pale pink color and the fabric is thick and drapes nicely (but it has a bit of texture, so it's not quite smooth or flowy). The tie neck makes it more interesting than a basic blouse, but I had a hard time figuring out how to tie it and get it to stay put.

I loved this top! The style and material made it perfect for the office. I was very comfortable with the looser fit from the front, but the arm holes were slightly problematic. I'm 5'8", I wear a size 10 pants, and a 36D bra and you can see from my pic how loose this is. Next time I'd order the 8 so my bra doesn't peek out.

This top went with everything. I wore it to work under a blazer, with a shirt and pants, shorts for dressed up casual look. Great top!

Got so many compliments while wearing this. I thought it would be more rigid, but it was very comfortable. The tie "train" bit is both a nice add and annoying if you have to bend over very often (filing cabinets or whatever), but the styling of the shoulder is perfect to make this top stand out without being too flashy. Fit well and recommend!

Loved this too!!! I wore it multiple times for various occasions. I'm normally a size 4 or 6 but based on the reviews, I ordered a size 2 and it fit great.

The blouse was a nice, thick material and the color was nice for spring. However, it does run big. I could have sized down to a 4. There was just too much material to the blouse, it was both wide and long.

Well made, great material. I was a little lost on how to style the long tapered piece but otherwise I really enjoyed wearing it.

It was a nice neutral colored shirt for work. I liked the wrap around the neck. I wish there had been more shape to the shirt overall because it's kind of boxy.

Fit is square and boxy. Fabric is thin but stiff. Could have been really cute, but the built in scarf thing was difficult to style. I wasn't sure what to do with it.

Loved this top for work and going out after. Was cool without being too much. It definitely ran large though but I enjoyed the loose fit. 100% could have gone down a size or maybe even two. it was roomy in the arm holes.

I really liked this top for work. The neckline was a fun detail and the high neck made it really easy to wear. It’s definitely boxy, so skinny bottoms are a must with this top. I typically wear a 4/S in tops and I sized down to a 2 and it fit perfectly.

Great material that feels great even if the room is hot or cold. The tie reference with the drape is interesting and doesn't get in the way like some ruffles or additions do. This is the second time I've rented this top. LOVE IT!
