This was such a versatile rental. I wore it to meet with friends and it also served as an edgy jacket over a formal gown when I was short a coat. Works well for work, casual hangs, and even formal events if you're going for an Alexander McQueen/mix and match moment. Not too loose or too tight. Would definitely rent again.

The tie and cut of the fabric give this work jacket a stylish lift. Paired it with the matching pants which were ill fitting because of the cut, but the jacket covered it. Blazer is a bit oversized but liked it. I am between a 4 and 6 and 4 was great.

I didn’t want to return this blazer! It’s so different but still functional and appropriate for a work function without being a basic blazer. I’m between size 10 and 12, I rented the 10 and was a little snug in the arms but not uncomfortable, probably should have gone up to a 12. Has a large pocket in the front, and there is a button also to hold the blazer in place in addition to the tie detail! Can be worn with either black pants or navy pants!

I have long arms and the sleeves on this fit perfectly.

Very comfy, a little loose. The sleeves are a bit long but I turned back the ends to make a cuff, looked great. Will definitely rent again.

The tie to one side was interesting

I wore this three times. The asymmetric tie detail was flattering and interesting. It ran slightly big in the waist and sleeves were very long (I'm tall so I loved it but I believe they are meant to be worn pushed up). Overall this felt super powerful but surprisingly versatile, I just kept throwing it on over things and it completed every outfit!

Loved this blazer for work! I felt sophisticated and on trend. Runs large like other reviews have said (I always need a 6 in jackets for my shoulders and this fit fine in a size 4), the sleeves are long and the shoulder pads are bulky, but I loved the oversized fit! Would rent again :)

The fabric and tie waist make this blazer extra special. I loved the colors in it, too. I wore it with black wool dress pants as well as black joggers and it would look great with jeans. Would love to own this one.

The sleeves are very long and the overall shape is a bit boxy, but the shoulders are a bit snug. It's a nice thick material, but the pattern isn't my favorite. Love the style and tie side!

I wore this with black slacks and heels to a meeting at the White House. It was perfect and even the men I was with for the meeting complimented me. The sleeves are long but I turned them up and they were perfect.

Felt like such a boss in this jacket! Stunning and luxurious! Has an oversized fit but ties at the waist so still gives shape but I'd recommend pairing with something fitted. Will rent again probably with matching pants for the whole suit look.

Seemed huge at first but I rolled up the sleeves four times and cinched the waist tight and it was just different enough and well fitting enough that I really liked it.

Saw this in the Nordies spring catalog and was obsessed! Couldn't believe it when I got to rent it from RTR! #bestdayever :). This outfit screams Power Suit! Felt like a boss...a superhero....a seriously stylish woman! Highly recommend! The jacket runs big so order down.

This blazer was so fun. Not too complicated, but just enough of a fashion pop to get attention. The only negative was that the sleeves were a bit long.

It's a nice design, but order a size down. The arm length was abnormally long too.

Go for a smaller size and maybe even two sizes down. I am an 8/10 and wore the 8. It was a little loose but I could make it a bit tighter with the built in tie. I wore it with slim cut pants to balance the longer length.

I love a good blazer, this one has gorgeous plaid detailing. Looks great with any pants. I wore with a white turtleneck sweater underneath! Tons of compliments!

Can't go wrong with this for work (but size down). Seems huge when you put it on, but the tie brings it all together. I'm usually 8 (34B) and wore a 6 -- if anything it still had room. Agree with others the sleeves are long - I'm 5'6" and have long arms and these were still a tad long. Love the one large pocket. Comfortable. Will rent again.

Rented for a post - pandemic work meeting and maybe it was the joy of seeing colleagues in person but I think it was the jacket that created a happy buzz! So many compliments! Cut, drape and fabric are beautiful. Size down for sure if you're between sizes-- other comments about sleeve length being very long are true (and I have long arms). Looks best with nothing underneath ( the cut is not too low but make sure to pin as it will open up when you're seated.

Love the concept but found the fit a little off. Tighten the front to enhance the waist and it looked bunch in the back. Would like if the pattern had a little more pop to it.

This my second try with this jacket; first rented in an 8 and it was giant, tried again in a 4 and still too big. The sleeves are to my knuckles and it's roomy everywhere. Too bad-I love the tie waist and the plaid.

This jacket is cut strangely. It is large across the chest and belly, yet small across the shoulders and upper back. I never wore it because it was uncomfortable.

I put this on (size 8) and it looked like I was wearing my dad's clothes. The sleeves were too long and i couldn't make it fitted across the waist. I didn't wear it and felt it was a complete waste of $

The blazer seemed to fit well, almost large because of the material and way it wraps. The openings in the shoulder for my arms were ridiculously small. I've never had an issue with arm size before, but this was so tight it hurt. There was no way I could even keep my arms forward to type on a keyboard during the work day. I didn't wear it.
