Grabbed this to wear over a tee with jeans and converse. Easily upscaled my casual look. It's meant to fit a little oversized and I love the way it lays. Fabric makes it easy to put with casual wear, cut makes it possible to wear with business attire or over a dress.

Fits in the arms, but the shoulder pads in this make it look very boxy. It's very big everywhere else and isn't a good look

I wore this so many times! To a conference, to several speaking engagements, to work. Loved the color (a cool slate blue), texture of the linen, and cut. The shoulder pads do make it a bit boxy - an edgier look than some of my more typical blazers. It is cropped in the back, and lining is white - cuffing looked great. Lightweight, which made it ideal for summertime. A fresh but professional look when paired with a blouse and slim pant.

I wore this for work. It is a versatile color, like a light denim but in a great thick lined linen. It has a somewhat boxier fit and sleeves are very long if you are petite.

I enjoyed wearing this. It does run a bit big (normally I size up in blazers because I have a large bust, but went with a 10 here and it was roomy), but that's the nature of the style. Sleeve are long but look nice rolled up. Lovely fabric and lining, and the shoulder pads create a more streamlined effect than the blazer would otherwise have. Obviously a cropped, boxy blazer is a very specific look, so if you're looked for a more traditional business suit style jacket, it's not this one. A fun, versatile piece.

Great blazer! Perfect for the office, and the cropped cut and strong shoulders make it a standout piece. Would have loved to keep it!

I loved it so much but it was just a bit baggy on me.

I usually rent a 4, which was gigantic, so I rented the 2 hoping for a better fit, but it wasn't enough. Even tough I have larger arms, the sleeves were loose (this part was fine) however the shoulders were still an inch too broad on each side and the sleeves were about 2" too long.

This jacket is a beautiful color, but it runs large. I probably should have just sent it back. I usually need to size up with blazers to fit my chest, but this was boxy in the shoulders and too long in the arms, which is very unusual for me. Otherwise it is a beautiful jacket, clean cut, with a nice shape, and very comfortable. The shoulder pads were just too prominent for me; it might have been better going down a size.

I'm very petite but have long arms. I drowned in this jacket. Nice material and functional for what I needed it for. I had to roll the sleeves. It also has shoulder pads, which aren't my favorite. Pretty blue color.

Unfortunately, the arms in this piece were too long for me. It's a quality piece and looked good except in the arms which I didn't like rolled up. (Never wore)

Loved the jacket but it was way too big and it since it's a structured jacket I unfortunately had to return it after trying it on

The jacket was big even after sizing down. I'd say to size down two sizes. The shoulder pads were very noticeable, so if you're not into that, I would choose something else. Pretty color and well constructed!

sleeves and shoulders very big

Sadly I couldn't wear as both the arms and shoulders were comically big. Nice, lightweight fabric with good structure. Oh well!

Usually wear either 4 or 6. Size 4 in this was enormous. Shoulders wide sleeves long and body sloppy loose

Sleeves and body too big for me

I wanted to love this jacket but it was way too boxy for my petite frame. The shoulder pads were way too big.

Jacket is huge - normally wear an 8, ordered a 6 and the sleeves end at knuckles.
