Really considered purchasing this one. By far the most compliments of anything I've rented so far. Really comfortable to wear all day. I paired with navy slacks and nude wedges with a front tuck. Loved this! Will definitely be renting again.

Great fit and light material so you can wear during semi-warm weather.

Loved the neck tie detail. Gorgeous. Does tend to wrinkle towards the end of the long day, but c'est la vie.

I wore this shirt to work and must say that when the bow is tied well, it looks fantastic!the bow detail is pretty and the tails on the bow add some extra umph. I wore this with a short leather skirt (unfortunately it was a rental and I didn't realize there was a hole in it), and then wore it with a knee-length chiffon pencil-ish/A line-ish skirt. It's a bit of an oversized fit, and goes well with high-waisted pants or a high waist skirt.

Liked this top a lot! It looked great tucked into work pants. I'm not really sure what kind of material it is - sort of has a denim look but it retains water stains. Really comfortable and breathable! Fits true to size but the button in the back is a little hard to fasten.

I love this trendy top by Tibi! Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back up. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and fitted at the hips. It works for all cup sizes (comfortable room at bust). You are able to wear a standard bra with this top. The design of this top is so chic and I love the bow at the back; adds flare.

Love this top. I had to iron it a tad when I got it but didn't find it wrinkled much throughout the day. Perfect top for work on a hot summer day. Will likely keep this one for the season.

This top is exquisite. Unfortunately, I felt a little like a linebacker in it. The shape would be great on most people, but I'm self conscious about my broad shoulders and large chest, so it wasn't particularly flattering.

This shirt is really cute - perfect for work and cocktails! I'm a huge fan of TIBI and this shirt did not disappoint a fit true to size - a bit oversized. Nice detail on the back with the bow and slight opening at the nape of the neck. Would definitely rent again and potentially buy.

It's a loose fit but the lines of the top fall beautifully and create shape and depth. I received numerous compliments on this top. Good transition from day to night.

It fits like a shift shirt should, boxy. It is not supposed to be form-fitting, and it looks very elegant on, especially if you have a long neck.

I returned this shirt without wearing it because it just didn't do anything for me. I thought that it was a bit short and tight around the waist such that it didn't lay properly. I loved the color, however. This would look nice tucked into a pencil shirt, but untucked with jeans looked just average.

The fit is great--it's loose without being too baggy.

This is a great shirt to hide a few extra pounds on your mid section without making you look baggy.

Wore this a few times. It does wrinkle a little as others mentioned, but with a blazer it's great. Very polished looking.

Fits true to size, I sized up because I wasn't sure about the bust however the large is very roomy and next time I would rent a medium, my usual size. Wrinkles very easily which makes the shirt lose its "look", especially in the back where the ties are the focal point. I still like this top and would rent again for work.

Wore this top to work. It was a quality fabric & beautiful blue color. Was loose fitting, would rent again in small for a more tapered fit.

Love this top, it fits perfectly and is a fun top to wear every day or at work. I knocked off a star because even though the quality is great, the shirt is SO wrinkle prone it's crazy! Literally any movement makes it wrinkle. Was super embarrassing by the end of the work day.

This top runs a bit boxy, so be prepared with a more slim pant or skirt to wear with it. It does tie in the back, however if you don't have short hair or want to put your hair up, you can tie it in the front and it still works.

I hope the waist is more defined. Besides, The ties are super wrinkled upon arrival making it impossible to have DIY style other than following the pic.
