Ok so I wore this dress for work on a Friday and then again on Saturday. Yes, it's that amazing!! Even my boss complimented it at work. It is very comfortable and made from shirt fabric, so it is basically an elevated version of the shirt dress. It wrinkles a lot though!

The fit it was true to size and because I'm Short the length was appropriate for work.

Would rent again. Could also work for a casual work day.

Obsessed with this dress. I'm tall so I wore it with jeggings. The Fit was tts and the fabric nice and light.

Wasn't wild about this when I took it out of the bag, but it ended up being much cuter on. I was surprised at how form fitting it was.

Light weight shirting fabric easily wrinkled. Short- ok for a date or with flat sandals on vacation.

Very versatile. Very short on me, I'm 5'7". I wore skinny jeans underneath.

Great buttons, the asymmetrical hem line is super flattering. The dress in general feel great and looks great on. I personally because I’m busty needed the next size up.

The bust and hip ran a little small- I think this dress would work best on a straight figure. Also the material wrinkles easily.

I wore this to work and to a block party after. It was very comfortable. Not tight fitting. I really didn't love the sleeves on me but i got compliments. Great tibi dress!

Sleeves were puffier than appeared in photo and I was self conscious about it so I kept my coat on during my meeting. Dress is also a bit shorter than I expected. Probably ok for some work places but if you are in a more conservative profession like I am, it's a bit too short at the sides. Definitely needed stockings which detracted from the look. Overall I can't recommend this.

Sleeves give it a little extra. Wore it for everyday but would have been too short for work.

This is a flattering dress and has unique touches like all of the different-sized buttons and asymmetrical hemline. Just different enough to keep it from being a boring day dress. It fit pretty well. I paired it with light brown booties in early fall in warm weather, but it would look great with sneakers and sandals too.

Adorable very unique dress, runs small in hips so size up if you tend to be more curvy there. I normally wear a 6 or 8, rented an 8, and it was perfect fit except snug on hips. I still would have worn however if not for stains. RTR making it right.

I did need to wear a slip, as the material is slightly transparent *there was a rip near one of the middle buttons, but it wasn't noticeable

Looked like a hospital gown on but was very comfy and flattering and loved the pockets.

Would have been a great dress however it had too much use and the buttons were falling off.

This dress fits well. The sleeves make it a little more look than my normcore self generally goes for.

The slimming but relaxed fit (I ordered the 12 even though I usually wear a size 10) was so flattering and I love the special buttons. It's super-lightweight, so perfect for hot summers. I love the volume in the sleeves, too.

This is in my TOP 5 favorite RTR! This is the perfect summer dress with just the right amount of detail to enhance a classic shirt dress without looking frumpy like some shirt dresses. Note that the dress is actually a wrap dress - the buttons are holding the material together, so you may want to size up if your hips are a bit larger to avoid any button gaps. Don't be fooled by the sleeves - they are perfectly proportioned, and not once did I feel like I was wearing poofy sleeves. The small details - the tailored sleeves, the tortoise buttons, the slight V neckline attribute to the perfect go-to summer dress where you can expect tons of compliments.

LOVED! Sleeves added the perfect amount of drama. Crossbody placement of buttons was super flattering as it drew your eye to the most flattering parts of your body. No gaping of buttons on chest which is unheard of for someone with a 36DD chest.

This dress is pretty true to size. I am normally a size 4 in Tibi but sized up to get the look I wanted. I will definitely be renting this dress again.

Its very unique. I got a lot of compliments on it when I wore it to work. Fits pretty loose, which was great for work, but if I was wearing it elsewhere, I might opt for a size down.
