Very comfy, good for work, looks classy. Only thing is I️ wouldn't wear it without tights (it was freezing anyways so that was my original plan). But it raised up quite a bit when I'd raise my arms

I liked this dress - the fit was very cute, definitely needed to dress it up a little bit, works well with a statement necklace.

Love this dress. Might end up renting again to buy it. Perfect black dress. Also wore with converse. Note: Tibi styles are oversized. Little too oversized for me, so I go for a size smaller always.

Great fit. True to size. Required a great deal of pressing /ironing prior to wear. The fabric is gorgeous and drapes beautifully. I got to wear it two nights in a row for two different events. So worth it.

Beautiful dress! The material hangs beautifully and the sleeves have great movement. It's a bit short if you are taller, but I pulled it off for work with tights and conservative shoes. Also dressed it up for a date night. I got lots of compliments and felt very chic. I highly recommend, and will rent again!

Loving the sleeves on this style! It's super comfy and fun! Typical shifty fitting dress and was a comfortable fit in the bust area. It was rather short on myself but I'm sure it's due to my height. I am 5'8" and I did have on 4 inch heels with this style so be sure that if you are on the taller side like myself, make sure you wear shorts underneath :)

I thought this dress was cute on the model, but I don't think it worked in real life. Cut was very boxy... loose through the waist but a little clingy in the hips. Also the material wrinkled easily, and I found the sleeves a little annoying

The flowy , split sleeves and the short flowy length make this a fun and very comfortable dress. This looks great with black opaque patterned tights and black booties. I accessorized (for a holiday party) with large red beaded drop hoops and a drop pendant necklace. The size 2 was a tad large, though, a smaller size may have possibly been too tight in the hips.

This is super flattering and comfortable. I wore it to work and HH. It was flirty and fun and received lots of compliments.

A simple black dress with fun details. The 8 fit just fine with room to move but a 6 would have worked too. Cute with booties and tights!

i'm typically a 4, but always a 2 in tibi. this dress was no diff. fit my broad shoulders with plenty of room everywhere else. if you have smaller shoulders you can size down even more. the sleeve were awesome and made it easy to work in. i looked v sleek, loved this w high heels. hem hit a few inches above the knee, so tall girls beware. highly highly recommend as a day to night dress!

Great fabric and sleeves but definitely too short for work. Would be great for a cocktail or girls night but it was a good 4-5 inches above the knee.

It's too short to wear by itself, but it looked great with leggings and ballet flats. I really like split sleeves. They were warm in the cold office yet didn't impede movement or get in the way. I also thought the drop waist was fun, unusual, and a modern take on the 20's style dress.

Didn't fit, but it would be a very versatile dress. Well made.

Super cute, could wear as a tunic w leggings , skinny jeans. Should of ordered a 6 or 8- too fitted in the chest .

Fantastic for going to work then out. It runs large so I got a 4 instead of a 6. Also don't raise your arms above your head because it is short! Super flattering for any body type!

This dress is adorable and a perfect lbd- they did not have a 10 So I got an 8 in hopes it was swingy enough. But it has a liner that is a bit smaller than the outer dress that pulled on my rump so I couldn't wear it. The next time a 10 is available (or I lose weight) I'll get it again!

Got a 10 with my Unlimited subscription, didn't wear it, looked baggy. Perhaps a size 8 would have worked. Lightweight silky fabric.

for some reason i thought this dress would be velvet. the sleeves are awesome but the rest of the dress is rather shapeless and boring. the lining/slip kept riding up and making the top layer look unflattering. fine for one time wear but would not recommend.

I was hoping I could use this as a go to LBD that would be comfortable as opposed to a tight fitting sheath. But it was too baggy on my athletic, petite frame. Would be great for girls with a bit more bust and hips. Fabric was lovely and the sleeves were super cute. But just not a good fit for me.

I thought the dress might be cute with over the knee boots. I was wrong. On my body it was just baggy. I have a small waist and an bit of an hourglass shape, this dress was absolutely not for me. I did not wear it. The fabric was gorgeous and it could've been cute but not on me.

Dress looked better in photos. Too loose and didn't like the fabric.
