This dress is appropriate for work yet cute and chic! I got a ton of compliments on it at my evening reception at a conference. Super comfy too, but also flattering.

Flattering fit for a curvy figure.

I really liked this dress but could see why others have had trouble with the fit. On the front there are several seems in the layers over the stomach which can add a little bulk.

I loved this dress! I rented it for my pharmacy school white coat ceremony and it worked out perfectly! It's perfect for end of summer, early fall! I got so many compliments on it! Size down for sure because it does run big! Im glad I read the reviews or I would have been swimming in it. The only issue I had was at some points the v cut on the dress didn't lay quite right against my chest. I don't feel like it looked bad but it was bothering me while I say thru our ceremony.

Fit is perfect, and even if it's too big, tying it will make it fit perfect in your waist. The only thing is, don't wear this on a gusty day, otherwise you will flash your hoo-ha to everyone. This dress is great for work, or date night! I wore this on a comfortable summer day. Wearing it when it's too hot is a no no due to the fabric.

I would have bought this if the hem wasn't coming out a tad. So super flattering on my hour glass figure, hides what needs to be hidden but made my waist look tiny. Size down! Got tons of compliments, radiant blue color. I tied it in the front, which I recommend. Wore to a work event in the evening. Loved this and would still consider buying/renting again!

Even though the sleeves are wide, there's a panel underneath so no side boob/bra can peek out. Since the skirt is like a wrap, a mild breeze did blow open the skirt so I wouldn't suggest wearing this on a windy day. Would look cute with tights! Very comfortable and not too snug anywhere.

I sized down per the suggestions and it fit great! Collar kept flipping inside out. Safety pins can help.

I liked this look but tied it in the front, not the back. Tying it in the front there was too much fabric bellowing out. Jewel tone blue is very pretty, and dress is comfy to wear, like a robe.

I rented this for work as I knew the weather was going to be hot! It's cute - I like the fact it has tie up waste so you can make it as tight or as loose as you want. The collar sat a little funny - but I imagine that's because it's well used at this point. Length is just within acceptable for work but I'm tall so should be good for most. Will rent again.

I'd give this a 7.5/10. The tie back is awesome and makes the tightness around the middle totally customizeable. The shoulders and sleeves balance out the skirt and I think this dress would make almost anyone look like they had an hourglass figure. On me the hips were cut a little wide so the skirt stuck out at an angle that went past my body a little, making my hips look wider than they really are. I liked it enough to wear but it wasn't my absolute favorite - I wore it with stacked heel mary janes for brunch and then changed into booties and added a long cardigan later because I got cold.

Not a show-stopper but a worthy work dress. Great material: heavy and wrinkle-free. Flattering fit, with flexibility on the waist line due to tie-back feature. Color pops, I recommend this dress for all my red-headed friends out there :)

I'm usually a size 6-8, but the size 4 definitely looked better on me, so as other reviews encouraged me to do, be sure to get a size smaller than normal. I liked the style over all - The slouchy top is off set by the short length keeping it cute and sexy but modest at the same time. I wasn't in love with the material - it just seemed kind of cheap. But the overall look was cute.

Rented this dress to wear to a work summer cocktail party. Short in back. Fabric was heavier than I expected so was grateful for cooler weather! Definitely runs big - I wore a 2, normally would be a 4 or 6. I ended up tying it in front - was a bit more flattering - and had to cinch it quite a bit so there was some puckering. Still a bit big in the hips but helped accentuate an hour glass figure. Might have been better for fall or winter with tights. Size down one or two sizes. Overall happy with rental.

This dress runs huge. The 2 was big on me: I usually wear a 4 in J Crew and a 6 in DVF and Tory Burch. The color was a beautiful rich blue, and the cut was interesting, but the dress is shorter in back than I realized. Too short to be totally appropriate for work, though I wore it anyway with black tights.

Loved the color but big on the hips so size down. It's a wrap dress that ties in the back.

The wrap on the dress made it perfect to adjusting it to whatever shape you need it to. Great length for the office, nice silhouette, and pretty color. It wasn't a showstopper so wouldn't recommend to someone who's looking to make a statement at an event, but for everyday/work it was a great option to add.

This dress looks cute but runs HUGE. If I turned to the side, you'd notice the massive knot I had to tie to remotely cinch the dress and show my figure. Super unflattering at this size. Would try again 2 sizes down

Fit was kind of baggy even for my larger hips. I'm small on top and curvy on bottom which usually this dress works perfect for but I should have ordered size zero. Color is great, belt tie thing was awkward. Ended up tying in front with no knot.

I read this ran big so I ordered a 10 (as most RTR dresses I've ordered I've needed a 12 due to my bust size). This ran extremely large and I could've ordered an 8. It's pretty boxy by nature, the seams are in some odd places and the waist tie was a little awkward (too short to tie in a bow, too bulky for a knot). It was fine to wear once to work, since I had it, but I wouldn't wear it again and certainly wouldn't buy it.

I think the overall cut is large but with the tie it seemed true to size. Size down if you're unsure. It was comfy and flattering. The color is rich and the fabric fairly thick. For the cold weather I paired with tights and booties but it is versatile enough for pumps or even tall boots.

Fantastic dress. I wore it for my Fall rehearsal dinner. The fabric is thick enough to make it a more wearable piece for Fall. Runs very big. I normally wear a 10 in dresses and the 8 fit fine and was even a little big. Definitely size down!

This dress is great for work - it's comfortable, fits in the right places, and is the right combination of professional, stylish, and fun. I am typically a size 6 in Tibi, but opted for a size 4, which fit well (but I could have gotten away with a size 2). I would recommend ordering at least 1 size down. The interesting hemline in the front and the tie in the back make this dress unique, while still remaining conservative enough for work. I wore a few times and received countless compliments. Will definitely rent again!

The fabric is thick yet it has enough elasticity. It covers a postpartum body well (arm, chest, belly...) yet made me feel sexy. I would consider buying this one for everyday easy dress.

Wore for a bridal shower, loved the style and cut. I am very long legged and the length was perfect for a bridal shower- not too short. Thick material however, would be perfect for a cooler day. Runs LARGE, I am a 2 or a 4 and had room in the 0.

Like many of the other reviews, I should of sized down but never know because of my hips. I did stick with the eight but had plenty of room. Very comfortable and fun to dress up with jewels.

This dress runs large but was a plus for my shape! I am a 10 waist up with a larger bottom half (12/14) so I was pleasantly surprised this dress fit (hung not snug) making it perfect for the office. With my shape dresses can easily go from nice to scandalous due to the tight fit my larger bottom half can create but this dress was not the case-it was professional looking. Was a big hit at work and can't wait to rent again!

I love everything about this dress - the cut, the color, the way it flows... love love! Unlike the model and others, I actually tied it to the front which I thought looked better for me.

It was a little tight around the shoulders and bust for me, but the fabric had some great give. The tie in the back allows you to define your waist as much as you want, and the fabric is nice and thick. I wore this for work and I will definitely be renting it again.
