Great fit - nice thick material - perfect for a petite woman with larger chest

One of my favorite rentals, and one of the only dresses I've looked for multiple times to wear. It's a pretty navy, and the length was great for me (I'm 5'5"). The ties on the sleeves made it unique without being to "over the top" like some dresses. I almost bought it, and I might the next time I rent it, because I will definitely rent this one again! :)

I wore this dress for a Kentucky derby themed party. I had to order it before I had my hat, so I wanted something neutral. I wore it with gold jack Rogers sandals and a strand of pearls, but it could have been dressed up really nicely with a statement necklace and a pair of heels. The material is sturdy and flattering. The ties at the sleeves are interesting and flattering. I would love to have this as a staple in my closet.

This dress fit like a glove! It was super comfortable and I received a ton of compliments. Although others noted they had issues with tying the sleeves, I had no problem with the ties being bulky or them coming untied,whatsoever. I would definitely rent this dress again and may even buy it. Ps -I wore it with the Kate Spade coated confetti necklace which was a perfect match and I did buy that!

I wore this dress for a house party. I feel it was true to size. Wore it with nude, open toe heels and rented the beautiful Kendra Scott rose gold pieces to go with it.

Loved this dress. Everything about it: the length, fit, fabric, style, color. It fit my body perfect enough that it wasn't too tight, and I could move around comfortably. It would probably run up if you sat down, but not obnoxiously so. I would DEFINITELY rent again!

Snug in the bust. Smaller size still fit but liked the fact that I didn't need spanx in the 12. So went with the 12

I probably could have gone down a size but the dress still fit just fine. Simple but classy. Sleeves did come undone a few times but I just kept tightening them back up. I'm 5'3 and the dress was a bit longer on me than it looks on the model. Loved it.

I rented this for my company's holiday party and it was perfect. The material is thick and nice quality, which was awesome for a colder December day. The fit is a bit loose....I think if I went down a size it would have been a bit more of a structured fit. The ties on the arms added a bit "extra" to the dress. I ended up tying them a bit tighter than they were likely designed so they ended up staying put the whole day. I had so many compliments on the dress! It was the perfect "blank canvas" dress to play up with a statement necklace and booties. I will definitely be renting this again!

I wore this for a fashion show I helped produce. Lots of compliments. It was tight in the bust so I wasn't able to wear a bra, which ended up being ok.

SO much cuter in person! Conservative in color, cut, and coverage up top, but the mid-thigh length and sleeve ties give a hint of fun and sexy. Got many compliments on this. I love the "cross" seaming detail down the front; so much so I decided not to swear a necklace with it as originally planned. Looks great with strappy sandals or stilettos (navy plaid in my case - perfect!). The fabric is substantial but not stiff - however it does NOT stretch. I found this true to size; a tad tight in the shoulders and bust, but I have large chest so I expect this. Otherwise skimmed the body without being boxy. Note on the sleeves: you need to double knot for them to stay put, but this will keep the tails out of your food and away from your keyboard :)

Loved wearing this to work, it's all about the sleeves! the ties elevate this navy shift to something a little more special. Fit true to size, will rent again soon.

Fits perfectly, rented for a night dinner cruise in Paris knowing it would be chilly. It was exactly what I wanted. Loved the color and length. Paired it with a pair of comfy Cole Hahn funky heels.

Fits perfect. I loved the length and the sleeves. TONS of compliments all day. I wore it to a work happy hour with my colleagues, Exces, etc. and then put on HIGH nude heels and statement necklace for night time. It was FAB.

The pictures really don't do justice to the details that make this dress so much fun. Endless compliments all day. I said true to size but wore (and bought ) one size up for a little more room in the bust. This is one of those super versatile pieces that could work for lots of occasions depending on how it is styled. Was so glad I had the opportunity to buy it - and I jumped at it.

I ordered this as part of my unlimited membership. I'd seriously consider purchasing, if I didn't already own a navy 3/4 length sleeve dress. Length was good on me, wore it with nude sandals. Nice material that hangs well, and I double knotted the sleeves and didn't have any issues. Very fashionable and pulled together look!

I wore this dress to my rehearsal dinner in the Fall. It was perfect fabric for a breezy evening and a perfect length to make it fun and girly. My favorite detail is the sleeve ties which accessorize it without trying to hard. I wore with nudge wedges and gold accessories to compliment our navy wedding theme! Rent for work, nightlife, etc.!

I rented both the 10 and 12 in this dress and opted for the 12. The 10 actually fit perfectly but since I was wearing it to church I decided on the one that was a tad looser. It was a beautiful heavy material that hid every imperfection and didn't require spanx! (A major plus!!) The short length with the more conservative top and sleeves keep it fun and flirty while still being classy. Would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Very well made, comfortable dress. Wore it to dinner and drinks with my friends. Perfect shift and can be dressed up or down. Length and fit was perfect as well. Runs just a tad big. Sleeves were super cute touch. Loved it!

This is an ok dress for work. The fabric is heavy and suitable for winter and cooler climates. It's gray with lines of blue and red. It has absolutely no stretch. The arms and neck were a touch on the small side, and the length felt like it was just about at the too short for work line. Overall, it was a fine dress for work, but not my favorite unlimited RTR so far.

I wore this for my own wedding rehearsal. I knew I would be in lots of pictures with other people but didn't want to wear white. It was perfect to dress down for rehearsal and up for the rehearsal dinner. Would recommend. Just know this is a thick dress! Loved the sleeves. Necklace was also RTR.

This dress was good for work, nice material. However, without the sleeve detail this dress would have been really boring and a typical sheath dress. Good thing it had the sleeve ties to give it a little character!

I've rented a few tibi pieces and love the luxe fabrics and modern look. The hem of this one hung a little funny in front but overall was great choice for work.

Once again, RTR did not disappoint. I am pear shaped and have big hips so it was a little tight in the hips and then loose in my stomach area, but it got better as the night went on. It was modest enough to wear to a work function that I had, but still felt fun and stylish. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely simple navy shift, with a twist in the sleeve. At first I thought the ties would be annoying, but I got used to them. Received many compliments, wore with metallic flats and it felt dressy but effortless. Fabric nice quality, thick, great for an evening with a bit of chill in the air.

Fits well & can be dressed up or down. Wore it to work & then to my kids holiday concert at school.

I could have worn size 8 but wanted to be comfortable because of going to a delicious restaurant and planned to eat a lot! I really enjoyed the dress but the ties on the sleeves didn't stay and I was constantly having to tighten them or retie which was annoying while trying to eat dinner.

Me: 5'3 140 lbs. Apple/busty shape, short waisted, 36dd, bet 8 and 10 These straight/shift-type dresses generally make me look a bit pregnant/heavy because of my body shape but I keep trying them! This one is better than many but would still probably look best on someone who is pear shaped or a little smaller busted. From the side it looks a little cuter but straight on the dress is definitely boxy. That said, it is super comfortable with nice, heavy fabric that helps the dress hang better than it may otherwise, and it's lined. The neckline is very high and I wore a necklace to make it seem less like i was trying to bind my chest. I don't love the arm ties as they are difficult to keep tied, but when tied with a knot they are enormous. Dress is a good length for my height for work. May be a bit short for tall people though the fit is so loose taller people could probably get away with it. I think this dress runs true to size since it's the kind of dress that should be a little loose but it borders on running large.

Love this dress. I usually wear a 4 but 6 available so was slightly big. It's not a form fitting style and is slightly boxy but so chic. Material lovely, dark blue color great (I wore with black tights and heels but could also see with nude or gold strappy heels and bare legs)

This dress is one of my go tos for client meetings, dinners and business events. It isn't too baggy or to tight which makes it the perfect versatile dress for all seasons. I'm very long-legged so it can look a little on the short side in tall heels, but I don't feel it is too short for an office.
