Perfect dress for Kentucky Derby day!
Gorgeous fabric with heavy weight that still feels light and airy. Hits at mid-calf--on the long side but not too formal with casual accessories. Fit true to size in waist but bust was very large and baggy. Wrapped sash around middle twice to fill it out a bit.

Stylist Review!
This is a great style with a flattering belt detail. The bust area had ample room for larger bust, so if you have a smaller bust I recommend sizing down. I love that this is great for day or night. Also, if you are petite, keep in mind the length of this style may hit lower on your frame!

Fun skirt, weird bust
This dress fit weirdly large and saggy in the bust. I had to wear a sweater over the top because it gave me weird droopy uniboobs. I'm about a 34A. The fabric had no stretch, so it needs to fit precisely on top. I still loved the pretty full skirt.

Lovely dress! The material is lightweight and perfect for a summer wedding or party.
Fits true to size, plenty of room in the bust if you have a smaller waist/bigger chest. Definitely needs a strapless bra, there is no support in the chest area. Can't wait to wear it!

First RTR experience! Comfortable and light! Perfect for dancing.
I rented this as a last minute dress to wear to a "gala" (I use this term loosely, as I could have gotten away with wearing anything). I knew I didn't want anything tight or uncomfortable because of eating/drinking/dancing, and this was a great choice! I am 5'5 and this was long on me, but I didn't mind, but's a little more billowing on shorter gals like myself, so I would possibly try a different style next time -- there's a lot of fabric! I agree with other reviewers, there is ample room in the bust, so this would look really baggy on those with a smaller chest. For shorter girls too there is height in the torso-- If I owned this dress I would need to have it altered. One thing to note: I steamed this dress for more than an HOUR trying to get it to look as crisp as in the photo. It's poplin, so it never happened, but it wasn't terrible in the long run.

Great Color
This dress was sent to me as a backup dress when the dress I ordered became unavailable. The dress was brand new and beautiful! The fit is mostly true to size, could be considered a little on the running large side. Being from Texas, I would say that this dress is a spring/fall dress. the material is not so much heavy as there is a lot of it. I am 5'10" and the dress was mid calf length. I like this dress and felt that if my event had been a little more formal I could have worn this. I chose not to wear it as I felt it would make me appear more like a bridesmaid than a guest.

a subtle, statement dress.
Everyone LOVED this dress. The fit was so flattering. I am typically a 4 - so ordered the 4 with a 2 backup. The 2 fit like a glove. I styled the sash as a short knot versus how some have styled as a long tie or a bow...seemed to make the dress look more fitted. For shoppers with larger chests, I'd recommend sizing up. Overall, would totally purchase this dress. I can see this as a timeless style and the fabric is definitely a breathable, heavy cotton that works even in the heat of summer.
