I rented this for a "Great Gatsby" themed party. I consistently wear a 22, but this was still tight across the tummy and initially showed off some rolls. I made a quick dash for a Target for a last-minute Spanx purchase. Spanx smoothed out the rolls and popped the booty, resulting in a gorgeous fitting and feeling dress. It was a a tad long for my 5'3'' figure, but that didn't stop the compliments from pouring in all night. It was seriously the hit dress of the night because it was classier than the standard flapper looks seen by most, but still on theme. One could easily wear this dress for a non-themed party. It's lovely.

I loved this dress, got many compliments. Wore a tan bra so the straps would blend in, and spanx. The dress was very form fitting, but not too tight to sit or dance.

The smaller size looked better but required Spanx. After dinner was served, I changed to the larger size without the Spanx for comfort. I don't think anyone noticed. But, I did. The larger size was longer and just a straight dress with no curves. By the way, I wear a size 14/16, but had to rent a 20/22. The royal blue accessories really accented the dress. So many compliments!

The dress was exquisite. It blended well with my skin tone as well as with my blonde highlights. It was very comfortable while dancing. I received many compliments. Someone even asked if it was handmade. I wore the 14W and would rent this dress again. The only downfall is when you wear it will hosiery, it will destroy your hosiery. The lace rubs and gets caught on the back of my leg; thus, it beaded up the hosiery. However, no one knew but me. :)

I wore this dress to a Fraternity Blue & White event and I stood out in a room full of blue, I felt absolutely Beautiful and was complimented all night. Love it!

I am very happy I ordered the 18W as a backup (I am typically a 20, and ordered that for my first one). This dress fit big, and was roomy especially in the back and around my stomach. Although I looked lovely, I was surprised at how it wasn't snug to my body. The color was lovely and all the details made me feel like a million bucks. It's a little scratchy, but the nude (light-skinned) cloth underneath made sure it didn't scratch too much. Even being 5'2", this dress was not too long at all and looked lovely. I wore black tights underneath for a formal New England Fall wedding and felt stunning. My one complaint is that this dress is extremely hard to style due to the high neck. Otherwise, it's amazing!

I am normally a size 16 in jeans if it has some stretch. Sometimes I wear 1x or 2x shirts. I decided to get 16w and the free 18w just in case. The 16w was perfect. I'm 5 feet 3, so the length stopped by my knee. I received so many compliments.... and no one thought of wearing gold so I stood out from the crowd!

The dress fitted nicely, it could've been a bit more fitted for me, but overall I LOVED IT. I got so many compliments this dress is perfect for weddings or formal events. If you have bigger busts or wide shoulders, I would suggest wearing your size or a size up just so the dress could sit comfortably.

I would definitely recommend using this site. The piece came in on time.. It was true to size and I opted to get the 2nd size just in case but it was a perfect fit! I absolutely loved this dress and received many compliments. I'm typically a 16 in dresses since I'm busty. The 16W was a little loose so I could have probably done a 14W for a more fitted look. I liked having a short sleeve (not a cap sleeve) and the arm hole was plenty spacious and didn't restrict me from raising my arms. The length was a few inches above the knee (I'm 5'7") and the fabric was not scratchy at all which I've experienced with some lace dresses. The gold color was so beautiful. Great dress for a wedding!

The back of the dress on the very top part (where the zipper stops) the fabric does not sit flat. It kept popping upward and it was a nuisance as my hair is short in the back and longer in the front (a-line bob cut). If you plan on having an updo hairstyle or short hair above the shoulders keep note of this detail. Otherwise, the dress was a hit!

This was my first rental, and overall was a good experience. The 22W arrived damaged (I think the hanger broke in transit, causing a tear in the lace overlay), but it was a bit baggy anyways so I went with the 20W and it was a perfect fit. In the stock photo, the dress looks to be muted gold and knee length. In actuality, the gold is vibrant and the cut came to my lower thigh. I got tons of compliments and felt great. Spanx were a necessity and sitting wasn't the most comfortable, but I was able to dance all night freely. The dress is beautiful-I definitely recommend it!

This dress is definitely beautiful, but I feel like the gold color washed me out a bit, so I ended up returning it. Also it was a bit tight in the stomach area and I did not have spanx. If you have an hourglass figure this is definitely a nice dress that accentuates the body. The design is beautiful and it definitely looks as expensive in real life as the real price tag. It was comfortable and I could move around in it. The material was thick as well so it would be great to wear in the fall. I like how it covered my thighs but was not below the knee. It is the perfect length.

The fit was beautiful and the detail was gorgeous, but the embroidery fell in such a way that it looked like a life size diagram of a uterus was right over my lower abdomen. After my husband noticed it, I couldn't unsee it. Too bad!

The lining fit snug

I wanted a special dress to go out with my husband to celebrate the 4th anniversary of when he proposed to me. Finding love late in life is extra, extra special! I was 57 when Paul proposed and he was 64. My first dress that arrived wad HUGE, even with having used the sized charts!!! The wonderful ladies at the Georgetown shop in DC found several options for me, but we knew this dress was THE ONE! I felt regal in this dress! It fit by 5'8" frame nicely!

I usually wear a 14, but they only had a 16 available. It was slightly big, but I have no complaints. This dress was perfect for my company holiday party - I definitely stood out in a sea of LBDs. Love love love!

I received this as a backup at the last minute for New Years Eve. This dress is gorgeous. The metallic cording on it is meticulous and the details are stunning. It was much more vibrant in person than in the pictures. The length was great (I'm 5'9 and it came just above my knee) and sizing seemed to be good - I am normally a size 16 and the 18 was a bit big. Nude lining underneath came to perfect level at bust to not reveal too much. I think this dress would be excellent for a wedding or a fun mother of the bride! Sorry no pictures - I ended up going with another option from RTR!

This dress has some stretch to it and also fits a little big. I could have worn a 14 I think and looked a little sexier, but for the occasion it was great. Really comfortable, hem is just above the knee so no worries about sitting. I liked that the neckline was high while the cutout design reveals a little skin, perfect for girls with big boobs who get tired of always showing cleavage.
