This dress fit a little on the big side which I liked because I didn't want to feel too constricted. Wore the dress to 2 charity events. Nice conservative look.

I typically wear a 16 and the 16 was comfortable but a 14 would have been fine too. If you are between sizes go with the smaller

This was not my original choice, and last minute I had to pick some backups! Glad this one worked out, the dress fit perfectly & actually ran a bit bigger than expected. Length was appreciated, a lot of dresses are mid thigh on me. Thanks RTR!

I love the design of this dress! I usually wear a 12 or 14 and the 14 was huge. I wore a cardigan over top to hide the poor fit. The colors are great and the full skirt is so elegant. I would try to rent the 12 next time!

I rented this dress for an afternoon wedding, loved the length and the fact that the bottom part does not wrinkle. However the top part of the dress is different fabric and if you are trying to make the belly area look good, You might have to wear tight undergarment to make it work. The size 22 was more forgiving in the belly area but was way to big in the chest area so I did wear the size 20 with an tight whole body undergarment . I got several compliments on my look. And the dress itself. I paired the dress with dark red shoes and dark red jewelry which provided a nice contrast. I am looking forward renting again!

The 14w was a little big. It did not fit to the body. I suggest one size smaller. Perfect for a dinner with your client or a work to evening dress.

The fabric was heavy and hid imperfections in the tummy area.

The dress is long (beyond knee length) and very straight through the torso, it doesn't hug my body at all the right places and the spot of waist line is not ideal for a pair shaped woman. But the lace in this dress is BEAUTIFUL so I really wanted to wear it anyway. I chose to throw on a high waisted belt and wear the dress, but I wouldn't rent it again.

The fit was nice, not too tight but hugged the body. I wore this for my daughter's baptism. It hid all my post-baby curves. I was very comfortable and was able to wear the dress for many hours afterwards during the after party. I also received compliments from strangers who were attending the baptism of other babies! I would rent this again.

This dress wasn't my first pick. I called RTR in a panic as my first pick did not fit well. This was one of the dresses offered and I'm soooo glad I chose this one as a backup. It is a very comfortable dress that looks great. I am between sizes (20 & 22) and chose the 18 and 20 as other reviews said it runs large. The 20 was a tad big in some areas but really no one noticed except me. The 18 would have worked fine but I could tell it would get uncomfortable as the night went on. If you're in between sizes definitely choose a size smaller than you. I wish I could have kept this dress! So comfortable and perfect for the wedding!

As others noted, this dress runs large. You should size down 1, possibly 2 sizes. I'm 5'6" and it was a little long on me as well. The interior fabric is super soft and comfy, no camisole needed. Plenty of butt/hip room, very good for curves! Just add necklace and stockings and go!

A great dress

I received this as an alternate since my original wasn't available. Thankfully, my original backup size was available and I wore that. This dress is gorgeous. It has give in the fabric to make it easy to move and even the tighter of the two dresses fit well. I can't stress enough how beautiful this dress is. That being said, it did not work for my apple figure. I should have known better with the dropped waist, but I didn't take my time and think it through. If I had a better figure I'd wear this is a heartbeat.

My only gripe is that the dress runs large, size-wise. I ordered one size up (22) as a back-up, because normally I err on the side of caution, but I definitely could have worn an 18 and it probably would have fit better than the 20. Even so, I'd say this dress was a success for me.
