Hi! I wore a size 4 but probably could have worn a 6 (wasn’t available and 8 was too large). I’m 5’4” so I had to wear fairly tall heels for length to work. Size 8 was much longer. The dress was flattering and I was able to wear a racer back bra instead of strapless which made me feel secure dancing.

This dress was very comfortable and made elegance easy! For those of you who might also be postpartum, I was able to wear with a pumping bra and it was well concealed.

I rented a different dress and neither size worked, so RTR sent me two different dresses in time for the wedding with THE best customer experience I have ever had. This one worked and I immediately loved it.

I loved how this dress hugged my curves. The shape of flare at the bottom was very flattering.

I tried on the 6R in store and it fit like a glove. Decided to rent the 6 & 8R. The 8R is the size I wore to the event to ensure I was comfortable eating and dancing the night away. It was a little loose but I preferred it that way. I am 5'3", 130lbs, 34D chest. I wore 3 inch heels and you can tell it was just a little too long but it worked. And I can't say enough about how gorgeous the color is. Love this dress!!

This dress fit me like a glove, which usually isn't the case due to my small frame. It gave an illusion of a curvy silhouette which made me stand out during my sister's wedding.

I tried on the dress at the Georgetown store and the 4R fit great. I ordered the dress shipped to my house with a 4P as a backup because I wasn't sure which shoes I wanted to wear. I decided on 4inch heels and it was perfect with the 4R. I'm 5'2", 34C, and 140 lbs with an athletic build. I loved that I could wear a strapless bra with this dress. The fabric is thick & has a decent amount of stretch. It was very comfortable. I felt like the dress was made just for me! It complimented my husband's dress blues very well. I got tons of compliments all night. I can't recommend this dress enough!

Great fit, quality material and beautiful color will definitely stand out at a formal event. The dress was a little long even with 4” heels and I’m 5’3”. Material is great for dancing and movement but also holds you in. The fit and flare style is very flattering without being too dramatic

The dress was super classy. I wore 4 1/2 in heels to fit length. Material was very comfortable. I definitely would rent again but size down because I like fitted dresses.

Wore for military ball at 34ish weeks pregnant (measuring on track) and wore the 8R. I was praying it would fit and it did! It was a little snug for my expanded everything haha, so when I sat down I just scooted it up until I hit the mermaid flare which was a life saver!! If I didn’t do that it would have been a little uncomfortable so I’m glad I had that option and took advantage of it. If I did it again I would probably just do the same thing because it was such a perfect fit other than being a little snug while sitting down haha!! Also no bra which is a huge win for me, I just wore nipple covers and called it a day.

The dress was perfect for a formal wedding. The material is thick without being hot. The wedding was in NM and it was 85 degrees. Comfortable for dancing all night. I got the 6L and 4R. I wore the 4R and it was a perfect fit. The 6 had extra fabric around my hips even though I preferred the length of the L. The R skimmed the floor without shoes. I wore 3” heels for the ceremony and flats for the reception. I’m 5’7”, 34B, 145lbs, athletic build.

Wore this for a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect! I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments. If I had an excuse to rent this again I absolutely would.

Loved this dress. Very figure flattering with enough give to not be too tight. It was a little long, even with heels so I had to use double sided tape to shorten the length just a little bit.

I loved this dress- so flattering and really comfortable as well! I would definitely rent it again. I have a pretty athletic build but the cut gave a lot of definition to the waist/hips which I loved. I'm usually a 2 or a 4 depending on the brand but I went for a 0, so I'd recommend sizing down a size (but I prefer a tighter fit)!

This was a backup dress that was sent to me when my original dress wasn't available but I think I was happier with this than I would've been with my original choice. I originally tried the size 2 and it was looser up top so I tried the 0 and it fit like a glove. Hugged all my curves perfectly and made my butt look great! I have a flatter chest (34A) so might be pretty tight for those with a larger chest in that size. Wish I could buy it and wear it everyday!

I felt amazing in this dress - it was super flattering and the color was vivid without being flashy. No shapewear or bra needed even with a large chest and hips! I'm 5'6ish and the length was perfect with 3-4 inch heels. This was my favorite rental ever, it felt like it was made for me.

This dress fit like a glove, true to size; not too tight not too loose. Room enough for a large bust - could probably wear the right kind of bra but I went without it. If you are short or petite plan on high heels because they didn't offer a short... I did well with some four inch platform wedges. The color! The vibrant cobalt blue made me stand out without stealing any attention from the beautiful bride. Very comfortable- the fabric isn't light, but I never felt weighed down. This was a backup dress that I didn't wear (felt it was a little too formal for the wedding I was attending). Beautiful dress that I'd consider again for a formal event, like a Gala. Fit me like a glove, except I'd love to try the regular length. The 6L was just a smidge long with my 3" heels at 5'8". Larger chested gals would fill this one out better than I did- the seams landed in an unusual spot making me look pointy. Gorgeous color!

I rented this as a back up for a gala. My first choice worked out better. This dress is very plain but flattering. Very nice thick material wouldn't have needed to wear a bra. I rented an 8p

This dress was waayyyyyyyy too long. I'm 5'4" and with short heels a "regular" dress works well. This dress seemed extra long which made me have to carry the dress skirt all night long. However, it was beautiful so at least the pics turned out nice.

I'm usually a 4 but wore a 6 in this dress so I'd definitely say it's cut a bit on the smaller side! I got a long and regular length but honestly they seemed to be about the same length as if someone had maybe hemmed the longer one so it was a bit shorter than I would have liked (I'm 5'8 for reference). Other than that I loved this dress, it hugged all the right places and was actually incredibly comfortable!

This was my first time renting a dress for my friend's Oscar Party. When the dress arrived, the wrong size was sent. I started to panic and frantically emailed Customer Service. They responded promptly, offered a new dress which arrived before 10 AM the next day. The blue dress fit like a glove and accented my curves. It was absolutely stunning. The return process was just as easy. I would recommend RTR to anyone and I personally will be renting next year for the party! Thank-you RTR!

Rent this gown! Bold cobalt blue was gorgeous and popped in a sea of black dresses. The fit was perfect-tight but not at all uncomfortable. Material was thick and forgiving-didn't need spanx! I also didn't wear a bra and it was v neck but conservative. I'm 5'8 and got the long length-it's very long! I wore 4 inch heels and the dress still dragged a tad. Would definitely rent this again-maybe next time in the pink!

Even through this was a last minute change, I couldn't be happier!

Stunning dress with heavy fabric that has stretch, allowing a perfect fit even on a body like mine where my hip measurement is about 2 sizes bigger than my waist and bust measurements. Fit perfectly and was so comfortable all night long. Regular length is not very long - I'm 5'6" and could only wear a short 2 inch block heel for it to be about the right length.

Gorgeous, simple, classic dress. Not too much cleavage so great for a work event. The fabric was thick and forgiving. Would highly recommend!

I love this classy dress - I wore the pink version of it a few years ago and I love this blue one too. I hate wearing black to weddings. It hits the curves perfectly. I rented the regular (versus long) - I'm 5'7" ~180lbs and it was nice with 2 inch heels. Will rent again.

We'll see how it photographs but I think it's a solid fit and flair with stretch in a very flattering color.

The sheath style was definitely out of my comfort zone, but I felt amazing.

I wore this dress to one of my senior proms and it fit super well. I never thought that I would like a mermaid style body con dress but I loved it. I felt confident and got compliments all night. The only issue for me is I'm kinda short and even with 3 inch heels, the dress was a little too long. I just had to be careful not to fall!

This dress was great. Figure flattering; stretchy material that you can dance/move in; you can wear a normal bra underneath. Paired well with the army uniform.

Fit beautifully. Didn't have to wear spanx, but a shaper did make for a nice smooth silhouette. Didn't need a strapless bra, just make sure you have a skin tone one that is racerback or convertible to racerback. The blue color is gorgeous in person and a total eye grabber. Trumpet shape skirt is dressy yet easy to walk and dance.

I enjoyed this piece! It ran a little big in my opinion. I usually wear a 4 but, I was able to fit a 2 . It was very elegant and I felt pretty. Good choice !
