Size 2 fit me like a glove and I didn’t even have to wear a bra. I’m 5’4” and it hit right at my knees which isn’t my favorite length but it was fine for a one-time affair. Very flattering, still easy to dance in.

love this dress, had just enough sex appeal but still modest. I will definitely be renting this again. My hubby told me to buy it but I said let's hold off. I LOVED it!

This dress is such a classic. The 6 fit perfectly. The top is slightly tight but it's a plus bc you don't have to wear a bra. It hits right below the knee. I found no issues with the dress. Beautiful dress.

Overall, I loved this dress and would definitely recommend it! The size ran a bit small - I'm usually a size 4 but wore a size 6 and it fit perfect. The color is more of a dark navy blue vs. the purplish color it looks in the picture. The length hits right at the knee which makes it more of a formal look than a mid-thigh length. The top was fitted enough that I didn't need to wear a bra which made it more comfortable and the back is beautiful. The material is fitted - when I first tried it on I thought it'd be too restricting to be comfortable dancing but I was wrong, it stretched enough to be comfortable all night. The lace irritated my shoulders a bit, but I only noticed this at the end of the night.

This dress was elegant for a wedding and the mesh areas on the front were not too revealing. The silk band around the rib cage was a little snug but not a problem. The material is thick enough in the bust area that a bra/inserts are not needed. I loved wearing it and would rent again!

I normally wear a size 4, but it was hard to zip up through the ribbon, so I went with the 6. It was an amazingly comfortable dress, which was great for spending 8 hours at the wedding of my step-son. I got so many compliments on this dress, and the evil eye from my husband's ex-wife, so I think it was a win win! The bottom of the dress is knit, and wanted to ride up so I used some fashion tape to keep it in place. I absolutely love this dress!

I am 5'0ft 105 lbs and thankful I ordered sizes 0 and 2. The 2 fit perfect, 0 was too tight. I got so many compliments and felt beautiful. Highly reccomend this dress. Was sad to send it back!

This dress is gorgeous on! I'm short so it was a little longer than I wanted (hit below my knees) but no one else thought so. I wore this to a Valentines dinner and received so many compliments. The waist area is really tight and the zipper was hard to pull up past the satin strip, but once it's on get ready for jaws to drop! I'm normally a 2 so I'm glad I ordered a 4 as well, as it was more of a comfortable fit. If you are looking for classy and sexy, this is the dress for you!

Great dress. This was my backup dress from RTR but I was very pleased. I didn't wear a bra with it. It was a good length and comfortable.

Wore to a wedding and it was perfect. Just the right amount of cleavage and a revealing back. Fit was perfect for me but it is small. I am usually a 00 petite and this dress fit didn’t have any extra room particularly at the top of the waist band. I am a 32C, and measure 28” under my bust and 24.5” at the waist. I think that the actual bust was slightly more forgiving but if your measurement under your bust is much bigger (e.g., if you are a 34 bra band) zipping may be a challenge.

Wow - I loved this dress! I wore it for Valentine’s dinner & it was perfect. The length is modest (I am 5’0 & it hit just below the knees). But, the neckline is gorgeous - revealing but your skin is covered with the lace and mesh material. I am a 32B and wore a black push up bra underneath. You couldn’t see the bra at all, and it did my bust well. Lol. I highly recommend this dress!

Loved this one and wore to a fall wedding. Super comfortable and classic. I am small in the chest and didn’t really need any undergarments with this one. It would require special undergarments if you did need them. Paired with a silver wedge because wedding ceremony was on grassy area. Would rent again. Dress has zero stretch so as usually a tiny bit tight in the arms for me but this is hard for me to get around with many dresses.

I wore this to our niece's wedding. I loved the front low cut with mesh. I did not wear a bra. I am either a six or a four and six was snug in a good way but definitely d couldn't have done smaller. Comfortable and didn't need to accessorize much.

The fabric was thick enough and had enough support that I felt great without a bra (and I danced!). The back of this dress is just as pretty as the front. The size 2 was just a little small to be comfortable because I like some room to move in, but would have worked.

I totally fell in love with this dress! Perfect for a more formal wedding. I received several compliments and felt comfortable in it the whole night. I would rent again and/or buy the dress in a heartbeat!

Beautiful dress!! I was concerned about it being too sexy but it definitely wasn't. Perfect balance of sexy and elegant. Lots of compliments and I think it pairs better with black heels versus tan. Most of you say size up which I did and then I had to have a size 2 overnighted. Which rent the runway did a great job getting me the right size dress in time for the event.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this dress or if it would look matronly on me. I was pleasantly surprised and loved it! I rented the 2 and 4. I could have worn either size, but the 4 was more comfortable so I went with that. I got a ton of compliments! I didn't need a bra, and it's comfortable to dance in and sit down in. If you're on the fence about this one, go for it!

Perfect elevated cocktail dress look. I ended up needing a longer hem line but I loved this dress and well rent it in the future for another event. Probably would want to wear a NuBra so that you have some coverage and don't show any straps. This would look killer with amazing shoes. I was planning to pair it with a leather jacket which worked surprisingly well.

The fit was perfect! Their wasn’t a backup size available so I was a little stressed about that but the dress was perfect.

Fit true to size. I'm not used to getting complimented on my clothing but I got a ton for this dress. No bra needed for me which was a plus. High waisted Spanx likely won't work with the low back (I didn't wear them due up this). The appliques were coming up a bit but I used body tape to fix this. Was a bit tight walking up the steps but was able to dance the night away.

Fit true to size the only problem was I had to wear the stick on bra cups. Other than that the dress was gorgeous. Perfect for a formal wedding

I was worried about the fit after reading reviews that the waist didn't have a lot of give, mainly for the size 8 as the 10 wasn't available. I ate as clean as I could that week, and the 8 did fit... although am 5-10lbs over my RTR profile weight. A tish tight but not bad. It definitely defines your waist! I did not wear a bra, which was fine, but my boobs were a little tired by the end of the night. It did have some structure in the chest area, so not terrible. Overall, I loved this dress and got many compliments (especially when I changed my FB profile pic to this same pic). I'd easily rent it again. Color is navy but some parts can pull in black. I wore nude shoes.

This was one of three dresses I rented for a fall wedding. I was torn between this and a black one shoulder dress. I ended up going with the other just based on the fact I was going to be getting ready by myself and couldn't zip it myself. It fit very true to size. I'm 5'11, 38C and 165lbs. The 10 fit perfect where the 12 was very boxy on me, I'm normally an 8/10 size.

This dress fits amazingly! I received so many compliments! I had to deliver a maid of honor toast and felt 100% confident standing in front of 200+ wedding guests!

The dress that arrived was different than the one shown on the model. However, it is the same dress other women have worn in their review pictures. The sheer mesh didn't go all the way to the waist as shown in the model picture but is sheer down through the bust area. Also, the back lace/mesh pattern is different too, but not in a bad way. Overall the dress I received was gorgeous and I wished I owned it to wear several more times.

I am more of a 6 than 8, so I tried the 6 because the 8 was unavailable. It was too tight around my arm pits though. The dress looks black to everyone else but you can see it's a dark dark navy. It is beautiful- just size up!

Nice dress I loved the look. I am super small in the bust so inherit some extra room, where the waist was snug post dinner, and the bottom was tight. If your busty or wider in the waist than hips size up!
