Beautiful dress, loved the material and the pockets. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the straps were a bit long for my petite frame (5'3", 115 lbs). My backup size was a 0 but that wouldn't zip. So I went with the 2 but I couldn't wear a normal or strapless bra because the back hung too low on me. It also made the front pretty low cut, but I wore a sticky bra and pinned the front a bit and it worked out wonderfully. Would still recommend it.

A little roomy on top. As others have said, backup size down. Overall, I loved it. I got a lot is compliments and I would totally wear it again. And the price is right!

I rented this dress for my sister's Vegas wedding. The 8 fit perfectly! It was tight around my middle, but was very forgiving to my hips and thighs. It was comfortable to wear, sit, dance, walk, etc. And, the color is beautiful - the pictures definitely don't do it justice. I got lots of compliments on this dress and would definitely rent it again.

Loved everything about this dress. The color stood out from everyone else in black. Full skirt is super comfy and you don't have to worry about wearing Spanx. Theia uses beautiful and high quality fabrics. Ended up wearing the 8 because I could wear a bra with it but could have gotten away with the 6 it was just a little tighter in the torso.

Since this was my first rental with RTR, it was also my first time wearing an expensive, high-quality dress. What a wonderful experience! I wore this to an opera and got some really nice comments from a stranger as I found my seat. The fabric looked stiff and structured in the photo, but it's actually very SOFT and structured with some really beautiful classy shimmer going on. Nice for an evening event. The way the fabric wraps around the waist area is very well done. This was a very comfortable dress to wear and the length made it very easy. I paired the dress with the Kate Spade Bridal Pearl Necklace.

I ordered the 2 and the 4. Both fit but the 2 was more flattering. There is a layer of tulle under the skirt that makes it a little puffy but it's fun. I was able to wear a regular bra with the dress but the back strap did peek out a bit. I could have prevented that by pinning it or some double sided tape. It was comfortable and really pretty, I received lots of compliments. I would definitely rent this dress again.

I LOVED everything about this dress. The pockets made it easy to have my phone handy for pics, the corset-like cut accentuated my waist but left me enough room for eating dinner. The cocktail length and the dark but shiny navy color were classy enough for a night wedding reception (not black tie). I would buy this dress for sure!! Just a heads up, the fabric has no give, so if you have a wider rib cage, you might want to go up a size. It is also very low cut (I have no boobs, so I used it with no bra and secured it with double sided tape). Perfect for curvier girls.

This dress fit me like it had been made especially for me. I felt great dancing away the night in it! Loved the fact it had pockets and I could wear a bra underneath.

This is a great dress, nice good quality material. Love the pockets! I ordered a 10 and a 12 just in case it ran small. I ended up wearing the 10, which is my regular size. I would have loved to own this dress!

This dress is definitely better in person than in photos. I'm a solid size 14, but occasionally can wear a big 12. I wore the 14, and was comfortable, but had to tape the boobs in after tucking them in around my arms(so I wasn't ALL cleavage)! The smaller size had more coverage, and while tight in the ribcage, it might be better if you don't have good tape. There is a TON of room in the bottom, so this would be a perfect dress for pear shapes. The "waist" is high, so it even gives plenty of room for tummies. It is a beautiful color, very elegant, really comfortable. I wore my lowest cut bra, which isn't even one of those super-low bras, and it was just barely covered. So with the right bra, and keeping the cleavage down, this is an elegant and beautiful dress to wear. The necklace was rented from this site to, and I LOVED it! So many compliments over all!

The pictures do not do the dress justice. It's so pretty in person and fit great. I think it may be a little tricky for a bigger busy size, but it fit me perfectly all around. It's also great for dancing and was perfect for a fall wedding.

This dress was perfect for a cocktail attire wedding. I was not in the wedding party, but participated in the ceremony, so I wanted a dress that would be classy and somewhat formal without being over the top - and I couldn't have picked a better dress. The fit on top was great, and the full skirt with pockets made the dress feel fancy and fun. The dress is a beautiful color and the pattern is very subtle (it looks brighter than it was in the picture because of the window lighting). I usually wear a size 6, but the 4 fit like a glove on top and hit just above the knee. The only slight problem was that it was very low cut in the front - I never felt like I was falling out, but it may not be appropriate for all occasions. Highly recommend this dress to others.

This dress was my backup but it looked better and fit better than my other dress. It was very comfortable. The fabric was beautiful. The pockets were a nice surprise also.

Great dress! Runs small though. It's also very low cut. I'm a 36D. It was a little more cleavage than I wanted to show but I went with it. It's very flattering and hid my problem areas. Plus it had pockets!!! Lots of complements all night. I would definitely recommend this dress. Also, dress arrived one day early which was great! No muss no fuss.

Definitely low cut! I'm a 36DDD and while you can definitely easily wear a bra with it, they were on full display. Overall very comfortable, I never felt like I was going to fall out of it. Length is perfect, hits just below knee. Its very forgiving in the waist area as well. It was a hot and humid day and I still felt comfortable.

This dress fits really well, especially for chesty women. I did have to safety pin the dress so that it showed less cleavage. PS it has pockets!

I wore this as a backup for my boyfriends brothers wedding. The original dress I ordered was way too big so the amazing customer service reps overnighted me this beauty. It was elegant and absolutely perfect for a wedding! it fit me true to size.. although if you are a little chestier you could run into a little more cleavage that you want, I felt like at times I was popping out a little more than I had wanted to.. but overall this dress was a total success! I will deff be renting again from RTRW.

It fits really well. It's right around the bust. I didn't even wear a bra with it but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all in it. It has pockets!!! It's gorgeous and the fabric is really nice.

I absolutely love this dress, I would consider buying it. I received compliments all night. I did have to size up to accommodate the girls, but the size up still fit great everywhere else. Also gotta love the pockets =)

The bodice is very fitted....so if you are larger on top, size up. I loved the pockets and ease of wearing this dress. The color is beautiful and would look good on almost any skin tone. Dancing was a breeze and the skirt flares out a little with help from the crinoline. I had several people stop and ask where I found this dress at the ball I attended. Would recommend this dress for a fun evening out!

I rented this for a destination wedding in D.C. I wanted something that would be comfortable but travel well in a carry on. Since my boyfriend was in the wedding it needed to look good with a tux as well! I was hesitant at first because this isn't a style I usually wear. It turned out to be a dream! You can wear a regular bra with it which is a huge plus. I was able to roll it and pack it in my carry on and it didn't wrinkle, another plus. My favorite part though? The pockets! I loved them and they came in handy to keep my camera available during the ceremony. The fabric on this dress is gorgeous, its more of a blue-green in person, but it looks very expensive and has a heavier feel to it. Despite the good quality and weight of the fabric it was not a "hot" dress. I wore it on a 90 degree day and it was fine. In terms of fit this dress did run a bit tight in the rib cage area. I ended up going with my back up size, which fit perfectly. I definitely recommend sizing up for this dress! I'm fairly tall and I was concerned about the length because its always hard to tell from photographs, but the length ended up being great as well. It was long enough to be appropriate for a wedding but short enough to still be fun (and cool in the humidity). Overall I would definitely recommend this dress it was comfortable and still very chic. I danced all night and was sad to send it back the next day. Even the bride complimented my dress- that's when you know its a good one! The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that I felt it ran small, but sizing up solved that problem. I would also recommend some fashion tape as the V-neck while not being inappropriate is a little deep, so you may want to tape your bra in place. I will definitely be renting this dress again!

Loved the pockets but was short for what I wanted to wear and I needed. The front was fun and not too revealing. Next time I would have a spray tan.

I felt pretty good in this dress, but it was really, REALLY low cut. Luckily my hair is long so I was able to cover my boobs from falling out most of the evening. For some reason, I wasn't sent the back-up size, and it was a little snug. The zipper on this one was a little overused or something, because it was hard to zip up past my mid back. Very flattering though, it hid my trouble areas! And I loved the pockets!

This dress was pretty, but not too flashy or sexy. I got compliments on how I looked, but didn't feel like I was too risqué for a family wedding or like I was stealing attention. I think it's especially nice for taller women because the cut comes low (near or past the knee on me). My only complaint was that it was a little tight and a little warm for my taste.

Dress looked really great, but do not wear a bra if you are bigger in the chest! My strapless kept showing - ultimately had to take it off. Besides that, great dress. Looks better than the picture.

Loved this dress! After 2 other attempts that did not fit (giving in that I'm now an 8, not the 6 I have been for years) RTR sent me this beautiful dress! The fabric is so nice and there is some real shimmer among the blue. And has pockets! Only issue is that I have a fairly wide ribcage and couldn't quite get the zipper for the 8 which otherwise fit better, the straps on the 10 felt a little big when seated. But really a beautiful dress and I think it's turned most of my family on to RTR.

Fit well, only issue was low neck and back. Had to pin my bra in place and still had to readjust during event. Discovered the pockets halfway through the party!

This is a great dress. The color is beautiful and the fabric is heavy without being weighty. It hides problem tummies and it has pockets! I got compliments all night long. I took off a star because the bust is very roomy despite being very low cut, so it is hard to wear any type of bra to hold you in place. I wear a 34D and still had way too much room. However, it was nothing that a well placed (and thanks to the construction, well concealed) safety pin couldn't fix.

I rented this as a back up dress for my company's anniversary party. The dress is very well made but there is a lot of fabric onto is dress and it is heavy fabric that doesn't have a lot of flow to it. There is a lot of fabric in the skirt as well and being a short person it consumed me.

Great cinched waist, flattering V-neckline and subtle blue-metallic streaks in the light. Wore a regular bra and was super comfortable all night long. Dressed it up with some sparkly accessories for a black-tie optional wedding and fit the occasion!

I really loved this dress, it was so flattering on my body type, and the color was gorgeous (this picture doesn't do it justice, it's a shimmery teal). My only complaint is the waist is very very tight, when I first put it on I could barely breathe but it got better throughout the night. I would recommend sizing up for your back up size, if a 10 was available that might have been better than my normal size 8.

The dress fit beautifully with a regular bra (had to tuck straps in, but otherwise not noticeable). I have a wider rib cage (closer to 36.5" small B cup) so it was snug around the ribs and I definitely needed my padded bra. I think on a typical 36B would have been fine.

As a nursing mother with a toddler, I have a lot of specific needs when it comes to a nice dress and little hope of finding one the meets them and is reasonably priced so I'm lucky I discovered RTR, because they helped me look stunning for a formal wedding! The dress was just a little snug around my ribs, but otherwise fit perfectly- and I was able to nurse relatively comfortably. It was also long enough to run after and pick up my two year old while still looking sexy enough for the hubs to show me off.

Loved everything about this dress - great fit, super flattering, and pockets! I rented this to attend a wedding as a guest and wanted to keep it forever. The dress was thick and luxurious fabric but still super comfortable for a summer wedding. Five stars!

This dress was great. I alternate between sizes 6 and 8 depending on the style of the dress, and the size 8 of this dress fit great. I got tons of compliments on the dress, and the colors were perfect for a late March wedding. It was also easy to match with shoes and accessories that I already had. Very happy!

Great fit for my pear shaped body. Top is low cut but didn't bother me. The description states you can wear a normal bra but that wasn't the case. The back of the band was a few inches higher than the top of the back of the dress:/ oh well. Not an issue for me though;) Loved this dress! Felt like a million bucks.

This dress was perfect for the cocktail-attire wedding I attended in January. I ordered the 8, with the 6 as a backup, but I ended up wearing the 6. The V is low and sexy, but the skirt is longer and full, so I felt plenty covered. The only issue I had was that the zipper was hard to pull over the ruching at the waist, but this would be the case for any dress with ruching. I received so many compliments and I felt beautiful and confident all evening long. I paired the dress with the Kenneth Jay Lane Gold Shadow Bib necklace.

The color and pattern of this dress was so much more rich and luxurious than I had expected. I wore this to my brother's October wedding in New England and got so many compliments. The style of the dress was exactly what I was looking for, fitted in the waist with volume in the skirt. The top has a deep v-neck, fine for small cup sizes. Larger cup sizes would show a lot more cleavage. In my opinion, this dress ran on the smaller side through the rib cage and mid-section mainly because the material has no stretch. I wore the size 2 and suffered through the tightness because the size 4 was too loose in the chest/straps so I would have been adjusting them all night. I highly recommend this rental especially for the price!
