I wore this to an Old Hollywood themed party. While the silhouette is definitely classic, the fun color and print give it a more "updated" feel. I have a feeling this dress would be flattering on almost any figure. I loved wearing it.

I wanted something more colorful than I would normally wear since there would be many gorgeous saris at this wedding. This dress was so perfect. It was definitely more bright and poufy than any I have ever worn, and it took a few moments to get used to, then I felt glamorous and elegant. The fabric is opulent and has a subtle shimmer. I included a closeup of the fabric since it is difficult to see in photos. As others have stated, the zipper was impossible to get up by myself but I did not have a problem with the sleeves. I loved this dress!

The rosy fuchsia color was so rich and really complimented my skin tone. It would look great on anyone I believe, especially dark skin tones or even a fair skinned person with dark hair. The tulle underneath really made the skirt of the dress stand out beautifully. With the fitted bodice and slight fullness of the skirt, this fit would compliment any figure. My #stelladot necklace and bracelets finished the look (and the borrowed bridesmaid bouquet !) I wore sparkly ivanka trump Maggie 2 heels as well. The fit of this dress is very true to size. It was very comfortable and looked very rich. My shoulders are narrow, so it was a little big, but nothing anyone noticed while they were complimenting the dress. The best part was no spanx necessary, which was great in August in Texas. The color was a rose/coral blend. I wore simple gold and crystal jewelry, as to not take away from the dress. I also wore some pretty fabulous shoes that worked great with the length of this dress. Can't wait to order my holiday dress!!!

Aside from the bride, I got the most amount of compliments at the wedding! Strangers were coming up to me to tell me how beautiful my dress was. I was at first concerned it would run small, but I am a size 4 and the size 4 fit perfectly. I have a small bust (A cup), so that is important to note. However, I do have a big behind and wide hips, and it still fit well. Love the off the shoulder!

This dress has a beautiful pattern, with a bit of shimmer to it, and the fabric is very forgiving. It is fitted at the waist so make sure you get the right size for your upper body. I am an hourglass shape and my shoulders and ribcage can be bigger than a 12 depending on the designer. They didn't have a 12 available so I went for the 14 and it was just right. I had to get help to zip it on because the zipper goes all the way up past your bra strap and the zipper was kind of hard. But it was perfect! The pockets made this dress so easy and comfortable. And the off the shoulder style was very feminine. The only things that kind of bugged me were the straps to hang the dress. They kept popping out so tie them or tape them or something before putting it on because your arms will be restricted once the dress is zipped on and every time you move the will slip out and you'll have pictures showing them coming down your arms or your armpits. Awesome dress! Would wear it again but it's so memorable that I won't be able to repeat this one to another wedding for a while.

We went to a formal dinner at a fancy restaurant called The Herbfarm in Woodinville, WA. This dress fit like a glove! It was a bit difficult to zip up and I couldn't raise my arms all the way. However, I am super short at 4'10" and the length of the dress wasn't a problem. This dress made me feel so very pretty.

The dress fit like a glove. I have a small waist and a big bust. I ordered a 6 and a 4. I would have worn the 4 but it was too snug on top so I wore the 6 even though it was a little looser on my waist. The skirt is really full and gives you a nice shape. The sleeves are really cap sleeve, in the picture they seem more on the short sleeve spectrum but in my opinion it falls between cap and sleeveless. The material is beautiful and thick, not the mention the color contrast of the red and fuchsia. I wish I could purchase the dress- I am looking forward to my next event... maybe I will rent it again.

This was my backup dress for a wedding and thank goodness the stylist recommended it because it saved the day! I am less than two months postpartum and I still have a bit of a tummy that I am working off. This dress had a high enough waist that it covered the belly without being an empire that made me look pregnant all over again! I felt pretty, fancy & stylish... loved this dress! The color and material is very rich and vibrant in person and the shoulders hit at a flattering spot so they didn't make my upper arms look fat. Love, love, love this dress!! The Badgley Mischka Crystal Cluster earrings that were my "stylist surprise" were the perfect compliment... not too big and not too small... awesome rental!

This was my first RTR experience, and I loved it! I got constant compliments all night and loved knowing that I didn't have to feel bad about how much I spent to wear something one time. I ordered the dress in an 8 and a 10, I actually ended up wearing the 8. The 8 was just a tad big but the 6 probably would have been too tight. The dress was made of a lovely thick fabric which looked very rich, and it was fully lined in a pink fabric. I also did not have to wear a bra, which, let's face it, is awesome. Next time I will definitely look up the company sizing before assuming a size to order.

I wore this dress to a January beach wedding, and it was perfect! I received so many compliments. The only problem is I was traveling without my husband and my friend had a VERY hard time getting the dress zipped over the seam. The zipper was touching, so it wasn't a fit issue, it is just a VERY tiny zipper. If you're not gonna have several people there to help you get dressed, don't rent this one. Otherwise, it was perfect once on! I would definitely think about renting this dress again!

Wore this to a lovely country wedding. The color and fabric were particularly nice. Fabric had a nice body to it.....great having pockets. Shirring on the bodice might not work for a full figured gal.

This dress was a stand out, no question about it. Complimemts left and right, and even though it was a bit loose on certain areas, you cant really tell because it is just stunning . The color, the style, the fit. I was in love!

This dress was sent to me as a back-up dress. I had originally selected a Badgley Mishka, which RTR told me was damaged by the previous renter and couldn't be shipped on time. This one was pretty. It fits true to size. The fit and flare style is flattering on any shape. The color of the dress is beautiful it's a rich bright red with a dis chia swirl pattern on it. Overall, i liked it.

I am size 6 and got size 6- fits perfect. I liked the dress, and the girls thought is gorgeous ! The fabric is very beautiful and rich. I usually wear size 6 and it fit me perfect. I have a bit of a belly but the dress snuggles the top part of the body. It does give fullness at the skirt part. The only thing is that I couldn't move a lot and I was planning to dance a lot at the wedding.It is a great dress for a cocktail or party if you don't plan to dance, otherwise pick another dress-you won't be able to lift your arms up. I had to change later to another dress for the dancing part. Over all I did enjoy the dress and I had wonderful l experience with Rent t he runway.

The silhouette is pretty universally flattering. The waist cinches in and the skirt kicks out, giving you an hourglass figure. The red shade happened to match a streak I had in my hair, a happy happenstance. Be aware, the dress is an equal mix of hot pink and red. That's a little hard to read in the picture.

Wore it to my moms summer wedding and the dress was beautiful! The color and fabric was amazing. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is the sleeves were a little uncomfortable, but manageable, also it was much to warm for a summer wedding. Although it's tea length and cap sleeves, the fabric was so heavy and thick I felt too warm. Beautiful color though.

Rented this dress for a business school formal. Received complements all night about how classy I looked. As I am studying marketing many said it reminded them of the show Mad Men. The dress fit wonderfully and is VERY thick and supportive. I had no need to wear a bra with this dress (which was shocking)! Only negative is how puffy the skirt is. As you can see in my pictures, it looks nothing like the model's picture in real life.

This was a great dress for a wedding. Very fun AND it has pockets!! I have a big derriere and this definitely made it stand out a bit. :-) This material and color and neckline were so worth it though. The material is thick like curtain drapes and can be molded to be more or less poofy (although still poofy no matter what). The salmon color pink definitely stands out in a crowd so be prepared for that. No need to wear your hair up, put on jewlery, or wear bright shoes - it will take away from greatness of the outfit. Nude colored high heels are great. Note: It ran a bit big for me on top because I am a size larger at the bottom. I am usually a 16 on top but for this dress, the 14 was the appropriate snugness needed to keep the shoulders on the side where they belong. Definitely a great dress to feel fun, pretty, and stand out!

I ordered this dress for an outdoor wedding. It arrived on time with the earrings I ordered to go with and it looks incredible in person. It's very bright and in person looks more pink/magenta than just red. But the dress is a little tight in the chest so I was unable to wear it! Stupid ribcage! My sister could wear my backup size perfectly though, where it normally would have been a size too big. She said that the fabric wasn't too heavy, and the pleating in the skirt looked great. Plus she found pockets! A nice surprise! It's truly a beautiful dress, it's a shame I couldn't end up wearing it!

The dress is very pretty and worked well for a wedding. Accessories: pale pink wrap, cream clutch, pears and a garnet necklace. This was my first RTR rental. Very impressed with business model. I discovered I don't care much for jacquard material. It is somewhat heavy and stiff so if it pouffs out, it retains its shape and stays pouffed out. (A big deal for someone who is already pouffy). I wore Spanx and needed to thread the straps through the sleeves to keep the sleeves from flopping down. The top back also gapped: I just think that was due to my shape and how the dress fit me.

The fit was a bit interesting. Would probably be better for the larger busted girls and it does flare out quite a lot at the bottom. Overall though, really beautiful.

I rented a 2 without a backup size, and unfortunately it was a tad large and not very flattering when I first put it on, but I gathered it at the sides and sewed it to make the bodice fit better. After that, it fit great. Occasionally the straps to hang it showed, but I tried to keep them tucked in. Other than those minor issues, I adored wearing the dress and felt really beautiful in it. Keep in mind, the skirt is a lot fuller than it looks in the RTR photo.

I enjoyed this dress. It seemed to run a little small but I loved the fabric..pretty thick material. I liked the way it flared and of course I loved the pockets. It was a mardi gras themed party and it seemed to go well with the decor.

It was my rehearsal for my wedding and I took a risk in hoping that this dress would fit and work for the special night. I read the reviews, but really need to stress that the top (shoulders) are too big, especially when compared to the fit of the waist. Yes, the shoulders are supposed to be "off the shoulder" but they were practically baggy - and I would say that I have pretty large shoulders. The waist seemed a little tight compared to other dresses in the same size I have rented. Luckily I had two friends who helped push, pull, and zip me up! Overall, everything worked out - the dress was beautiful, and the color looked great in person and in photos.

Eh. I love RTR and have had amazing experiences with customer service and the dresses. The dress for this event, though (a daytime wedding), wasn't great. There is a ton of material, so combine that with the tulle and I was definitely feeling like a wad of bubble gum. The fabric had a pretty print, but all in all I felt like I was Alice having tea with the Mad Hatter. and the March Hare.

I love the off the shoulder look! Also the combination of pink and red worked really well and gave the dress a beautiful color when seen from a distance. Felt like a princess for a birthday party and got compliments all night.

I truly liked this dress, it was elegant and comfortable. I'm also glad this was my first experience with RTR. I normally wear size 12 dresses but the 10 fit for my body type. Now I'd never worn a dress with cap sleeves so it seemed constricting at first but I got used to them. Unfortunately, I found out the dress was a bit too formal for the wedding I was attending and opted in wearing a more casual dress. The return process was really easy and makes me excited to try renting this or another dress again!

The fit is perfect and true to size. The fabric is a bit stretchy, so that helps with comfort.

Well I put the 4 on and it was snug around the ribcage but that's usual for me. I wore it to a very fancy dinner out. I put the 6 on the next day for comparison and realized I would have been more comfy in it, however it came two inches longer on me, which means covers my knee completely. So, if you want sexier size down but if conservative get your usual size. I had no problems with the sleeves, so if you have straight and broad shoulders this dress is perfect because it emphasizes a sexy neck line and you'll keep it up fine. If narrow shoulders, it's gonna slip down. I suspect that large upper arms could push the collar up off the shoulders. Order for your ribcage and shoulders. There was plenty room for boobs, but I'm not busty..lol. The bottom of the fitted portion hit me at bottom of my ribcage, so if trouble spots are below that, you're gonna be fine. I wore red strappy, stiletto sandles for a sultry look (which I let him pick the shoes) however I did try the dress with pretty rose/nude and metallic sandles and it looked very elegant. The size 6 with black sandles was conservative due only to the length. My boyfriend said they both looked great but admittedly, my posture was better in the snugger size 4. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

I wore this dress for a Valentine's Day wedding and got tons of compliments. The fit was great for my small torso and big hips. The only drawback was that the fabric is a bit stiff so you have to smooth is out every so often.

The skirt is FULL compared to the picture. I got this dress as a backup when my original backup size wasn't available. It was fun to wear and fit very well, but it was just a little too formal for my event. I felt like a dressed-up version of June Cleaver, in a fun and modern way.

I just had my first baby 1 month before my sister's wedding so I had no idea what size I would be or what size would fit. I got the 8 (which I usually am) and the 10 (one size up.) It wasn't my belly that wouldn't fit in to the 8, but my boobs (I'm breastfeeding.) As it is the 10 worked well. I always have trouble with finding dresses that fit me up top without billowing everywhere else, and this dress really fit my needs. I read that you could wear normal undergarments, but my nursing bra definitely wasn't went working (mostly because you could see so much of it in the arm holes) so I went braless. I was initially nervous about that but it actually worked. Another customer commented on the zipper being hard to do, that was definitely true and my husband needed to zip me in. I loved that there were the pockets, the ruching on the bodice, and the cut on the top (which was flattering for my enormous boobs.) The color was good and this was totally appropriate for a wedding, without making me look too ridiculously juvenile. All and all a good dress!

Beautiful fabric shiny pinks swirls / flowers on a red background. I wore it to a play and then dinner. I honestly felt overdressed for both, but then noone here in St. Petersburg, Fl dresses for anything anymore. I liked the dress, but perhaps made be look a bit heavy? I'm 5'5" 123 lbs in the pic so judge for yourself. The size 4 fit perfectly--not to snug or too loose.

I made the error of ordering the 14 and the 12 for back up (I should have done the 16). It was just too tight. BUT I called and they overnighted me a new dress that fit like a glove...and I ended up liking it more. The jewelry added on (for a great price) was beyond spectacular!

I've never gone wrong with this dress. It always fits well and gets tons of compliments. The rouching hides any imperfections around the waistline. And it's got pockets!! I generally hide the bra straps under the straps or inside the dress so they don't show.

I felt great in this dress however it does run large. I love the neckline and felt like 1 million in this. It looked so good my sister even rented it after me. :)

The fit was excellent - I have a smaller waist and broader hips and this dress was very comfortable. I wore it with a standard bra and just kept and eye out for strap encroachment. Many compliments on this dress!
