I got tons of compliments wearing this gown to a ball. It’s very pretty and fits pretty well! The back part of the dress was a bit large for me, but I am not very busty and usually fit in between sizes 0 and 2. The dress is overall very comfortable, towards the end of the night the sequins got a bit scratchy under the arms.

Sleek, fitted, and comfortable. This gown fit like a glove, but had enough stretch to move in. Love the sparkle sequins! Next time I'd get a 6L so I can wear taller heels.

I was the maid of honor and needed a true gold dress. All the dresses I could find were either rose gold or looked like cheap yellow gold sequins. This was the perfect shade and it was so elegant. It was so comfy and I got compliments all night on it. The only thing was that it scratched a little in the underarm area due to the sequins but that was expected. I am 5'3" and 132lbs and wore the 4R, it was a little long so if you're short go with the petite. Overall, loved it!

Wore this for a Mardi Gras Ball and it fit like a glove! I wear a 4 or 6 depending on the dress and it has a bit of stretch to it so I went with the 4R. It was a perfect fit! Very comfortable and the sequins were a beautiful shade of light gold. Perfect for the ball! I felt like a princess!

I saw this dress and fell in love. It fit perfect for my 5' 1" frame in 2 inch heels it skimmed the floor. I wore it to a gala and felt perfect. It zips up the back, so you can wear a regular bra. It hugs but not too much, so regular underwear or shapewear will compliment find. I danced in it with no discomfort. Perfect purchase.

This was the perfect getup for my cousin's winter formal wedding. Tons of compliments. It was actually comfortable, with a little stretch and give. It snags other fabrics, so be careful for the bride's tule. I wore just simple shorts underneath, no extreme Spanx needed, even after 2 kids. I got the 6R and the 4L, and decided the 4 was more flattering.

It really fit perfect. I am 118 and 5 feet tall. With 2.5 inch heels it the length was great in the petite size

LOVED! This dress! Fit perfectly, I especially loved the stretchy fabric because I could dance, walk and sit down very comfortably. I studied the reviews to find the nearest body type that was similar to mine. I usually wear a size 8 but reviews talked me into a size 6L for a tighter fit. I wore 3-inch heels, and the dress barely brushed the ground. I received many compliments. I hope this review helps others.

I’m 5’4 and wore a 12P. Length was good with 2”-3” heels. Larger busted women this is FOR YOU! Material has some stretch so if you’re on the fence I’d size down because it did stretch as night went on. I could’ve probably worn a 10R. Made for curvy bodies too!! Got SO many complements on my dress!! Sequins under arms can feel a tad itchy but it didn’t bother me.

Wore this for a black tie wedding when I was 38 weeks pregnant and it fit perfectly. With my bump, it was short enough to wear flat sandals. Though I would normally be a 6R pre pregnancy, this dress clearly runs large, as I am up approximately 30 lbs right now.

The dress fit very comfortably. My arms hated the sequins as they itched throughout the night but the dress was very flattering, fit true to size, and wasn’t sucking the life out of me. It felt like I could breathe the whole time and still drink/socialize.

I'm 5'3 and most gowns are traditionally long even with heels. I rented the petite version and this is a perfect fit/length even with heels. In this photo I do not have the heels or shapewear. The sequins and material held up very well even while dancing and its comfortable to walk in. Sequins can be a tad itchy so prepare for that.

I felt like a billion dollars in this dress. Perfect classy gold color that stood out in a non-gawdy way. Cap sleeves and neckline cut makes the style edgy but still very much appropriate. Perfectly his tummy issues while still providing shape. My husband suggested we should just straight up buy it to keep, I was so sad giving it back. But now you all can wear it too! No matter where you wear it you'll be the belle of the ball.

Dress fit great. I ordered a 6 and an 8P, and wore the 6. I think dress runs a little big/generous in size. I wear a small in Old Navy tops and dresses, to give you an idea. Gorgeous silhouette in it. Went to party and female bartender said, "I can't stop looking at your dress. I love it!" Definitely scratchy under the arms, as others have said. Wore the 6 (not petite cut) and length was perfect for my 5'3" frame. Others have said it's short but perhaps because I am short, I disagree.

Worked great for a Last minute New Years dress. Definitely long but that was the only 2 available. I would say it runs slightly large, I probably could have worn a zero, and I'm usually a 2-4. But overall completely satisfied!

Very comfortable, except for sequins chafing under the arms after 5 or 6 hours. Get the right undergarments - it’s slinkier than you think! Sequined garments are always a little heavy, but no wrinkles to worry about! At 5’1” and in medium heels, it still hit the floor, but I was sitting for the event.

LISTEN, if I could live in this stunning gown, I would!! Gorgeous gold sequins were a total standout in a room full of dark colors, and I received tons of compliments all night long. The 8L was the perfect length--whether barefoot or in 4" heels--and hugged all my curves without being suffocating. Dress was forgiving and comfortable; no special undies or Spanx needed. Sequins were a little irritating under the arms but not enough to ruin the experience. I did order the 10L as backup and another dress just in case, but after putting on this one, I fell instantly in love and didn't try on either of the others. Oh, and the dresses arrived a day earlier than expected! SUPER THRILLED with my first RTR experience and can't wait for an excuse to rent here again!

At 5' I am definitely petite, this dress was about the longest I could possibly wear. I wore 2' heels and it brushed the ground. However, It was also a bit "long" around the shoulders- It was quite low cut and when I lifted the shoulders up just a smidge it was a better fit. This dress is fully lined, so was a nice option for cooler weather. As others mentioned, the sequins are a bit scratchy in the underarms, but I did not find it unbearable. I was not able to wear a standard bra with this, as it was so low cut that the top of the cups showed, however I was able to wear a stick on one.

I am 2 months postpartum and was worried about how any dress would fit. This dress had enough stretch to accommodate any new curves. I got kids of compliments ☺️ The sequins do irritate under the arms, but it was a minor annoyance.

It was a pricy dress on sale and I couldn't pass it up as I had been looking for a sequin dress for the holiday. It was too large in the waist and made me look a tad less curvy which I don't like because my waist to bust ratio makes being at my current weight bearable. A belt may fix that issue though. It is a beautiful dress despite missing a tiny spot of sequins on the side. I'm 5'5 and only the 12P was available. I couldn't wear heels but it fits with flats. Pretty dress!

Fit to size -

I wore this with 3" heels and it was the perfect length. Other pluses about this dress are you can wear your regular undergarments with the thickness of the material and the width of the straps.

Rented for a Gatsby themed gala. I needed a push up bra to fill out the top (it was a bit bigger than expected) and struggled with my bra straps showing all night. Definitely needed spanx over the tummy area (the fabric is unforgiving). While I didn't notice it at the time, I had BIG scrapes under my arms and the skin had been rubbed raw from the sequins. Not sure how it could be prevented

I rented 4 dresses for an upcoming work event. Out of the four this one of Two that somewhat fit. Although, it's beautiful on, it was rubbing my inside arms for the short time I tried it on. I couldn't imagine wearing it for an entire evening, as the sequins would rub my arms raw.

As mentioned by previous reviewers, sequins can be a bit scratchy and my long hair did catch on the sequins. The cute black faux fur coat I rented with the dress helped immensely with those issues. All in all very worth the beauty of this dress.

The only con I had is it is a light gold. But it fit well and was in good condition. I’m glad their is a petite option. It also arrived on time.

Many people complimented me on this beautiful dress!! The dress fit well for my body, I highly recommend renting this dress, just gorgeous!! I am 5'6" and about 138 lbs. Hoursglass figure. about 36c. I say about because I am a mommy of 19 month twin girls who went full term, so I still fluctuate. If you have any questions regarding the dress You can find us on IG @Lifewith_twins. The only thing I personally did not like was that it was too tight for me under the arm. The fabric would rub a little.

This was a 4th option and it did not disappoint! It fit well and was mostly comfortable. The sequin under the arms was extremely irritating so I'd recommend wearing a nice cover to protect your underarms.
