This dress was very beautiful on. I would say it’s more of a silver color. It fit true to size. I am 4’11” so it was a little long on me.

I could have gone down in size but it still looks amazing! It fit loose but the fabric is textured so it has a lot of stretch.

The fit was comfortable and just right, it didn’t fit tight, nor was it lose. I used to be a size zero, and I estimated a size 2 would be good. I ordered a 4 as back up, but the 2 fit. The dress is pretty ageless, elegant, but not too elegant. It’s fantastic for a formal event without being too overdressed with a gown. Classy, beautiful dress. I received many compliments, and lots of stares from everyone ;)

Fabric was very comfortable. Not too thick or thin. Has a crepe-like texture and the lightest shimmer. I would definitely recommend this.

Seriously all these people saying it's true to size. I wear an 8/10 and the 10 was SO TIGHT - love the dress but I felt like a sausage in it lol. Size up if you're a little thicker on the bottom half. Don't listen to all the people saying it runs true to size. :-p

I wore this to my casual elopement ceremony outside. It fit great (not that the best picture, it looks tight on me but it wasn't) and is fully lined which was nice in CA mild winter afternoon outside. The lining was good enough that I wore a black strapless bra and there was no peak-through of color. What others say about not raising arms is true, but I was prepared. Bust: 37 Waste: 31 Hips: 41

I will say this dress is so much more beautiful in person than in the photos, because of that I didn't end up wearing it because it would have been for my bridal shower. but the dress material was great and heavy, made me feel pretty

I had to safety pin the Frau out of this dress. I'm a size 16 and wear XL in other clothing sizes. It's a beautiful dress. The material is very thin though, almost paper like. Probably won't rent again

I wore this to my courthouse wedding and I am so so happy that I chose this dress. Fit like a glove . I felt like a beautiful bride in this and received so many compliments. I would HIGHLY recommend this dress for your wedding or wedding related event (bridal shower, engagement dinner, etc.)

Works great for pale girls who can't always pull off white - though I'm sure anyone would feel like a snow queen (Elsa!) in this dress. The folded top was slightly creased when it arrived, but I mostly smoothed it out with a straightener. Would wear it again in a heartbeat.

Dress was great for our surprise wedding. I got a lot of compliments. It really does fit your curves. I have a baby pooch and it showed but I'm completely comfortable with that. If you have a similar body type and aren't comfortable with showing your belly/curves, maybe go a size up or wear really tight spanks. I only wore stockings with a control top, no spanks because I didn't want to spend my wedding day feeling restrained.

I wore this dress for my civil wedding and it was perfect! Just the right combo of classy and sexy. The dress wasn't structured at all, in fact the material is pretty lightweight. This can be either a pro or a con depending on what you like. Be aware that, because of the lightweight fabric, you'll want Spanx or nylons or something similar underneath. The detailing is beautiful up close and the fit is true to size. I didn't have a problem with the sleeves/neckline being scratchy or difficult to fold, but I suppose that if you go with your smaller size then both of these could become an issue (or if you have wide shoulders).

Wore this to my rehearsal for my December wedding. Felt like a princess! Great for curvy gals. So flattering. Didn't need to wear a bra. Absolutely stunning and so festive!

Wore this dress and got a ton of compliments. Fit is flattering but I'd recommend for someone on the taller side (I'm 5'7" and it hit me mid shin). The fabric is stretchy except for the shoulder already. Really stunning detail up close!

For perfect. A little stretch to the fabric. Was worried the sleeves would keep popping up but stayed right in place. Perfect dress for our rehearsal and more formal rehearsal dinner. Only regret was I couldn't keep it!

I rented this as a second option for our engagement photos and I'm so happy I did! This dress was everything I wanted it to be- elegant, form fitting without being showy, and bridal. Our photos turned out incredible and both my fiancé and photographer were obsessed with this dress!

This was my backup dress for my small intimate wedding and I ended it up wearing it to the dinner. The fabric is light and stretches but substantial enough to not look cheap. It is true to size. The only issue was in getting the too to fold evenly, otherwise I highly recommend this dress!

This dress is perfection! Stood out from all the others. Compliments galore! Just be mindful that it hits below knee. If you are 5'5 or taller, it will look especially good on you. Fabric is beautiful, and just sparkly enough.

I wore this to a charity gala and it was not my first choice. I exchanged my original choice at one of Rent the Runway's store fronts. They were very helpful and, although I may not have picked this dress online, I was so happy I ended up with it. The length and the cut was sophisticated, but the silver threads made it sparkle and really stand out ... I ended up getting pulled on stage to dance with the event's musical performer.

Dress hit right at the calfs, I am 5'1 was just the right length and fit overall.

I rented this dress for my wedding, which took place on a boat in Newport Harbor. This dress is gorgeous and super comfortable. The fabric has a slight stretch to it. It did not wrinkle when I sat. The silver threading is gorgeous (which you can really see in the pictures). I have received dozens of inquiries as to where I got the dress. It was the perfect dress for my special day!

This is one of my favorite dresses from RTR - out of the last 15 I've gotten. I recently gained a lot of weight and did not think a form fitting dress could look pretty on me, but these photos are taken WITHOUT Spanx on, and I think I did pretty well!! I highly recommend this dress to all sizes and shapes. It fits your body nicely - slightly tight around the bust (I could not wear a padded, strapless bra with the size 12, so size up if you want to strap on your favorite bra!)

The dress was perfect! High quality, thick material, stunning fabric. It was a touch big around the mid section, but overall, it was stunning.

Wore this for my November engagement party and it was a hit! The off-white (almost champagne) hue with touches of silver helped keep the look more seasonal compared to a pure white. I am in between a 6 and an 8 but ended up wearing the 8 because my shoulders are on the broad side. The 6 would have been too tight across the shoulders. I am short so the dress ended up hitting me a little closer to the shins (instead of under the knee), but it was very flattering and comfortable. Received compliments all night!

Beautiful quality dress. I did not wear this option only because of my skin tone. My backup dress was an olive green which complimented my fair skin color vs the white and silver. Would love to rent again if the appropriate event pops up again.

Rented this for a formal affair and took a guess on the size. Probably should have ordered one size smaller but this dress was stunning even a little too big! I felt great wearing it and got complements all night long. We forgot photos at the beginning of the evening and this one with my bestie was snapped just moments before the last dance. I loved how it looked even seven hours later (and some of them overheated since it was an outdoor event and was 87 degrees when we started). I'm already thinking about when I might be able to wear this dress again!

I rented this dress for my engagement pictures after my original rental didn't fit. This dress was very elegant and photographed well. The dress had a little give to it, which my pear shape always appreciates, however this meant the top was a little more spacious then I would have liked. Overall, I loved this dress and would rent it again.

I'm between a 12-14 and I rented this in a size 14. I found it to run a little bit big, because I'm also 6 1/2 months pregnant. Unfortunately, they didn't have a size 12 for the date that I need it, so I made the 14 work, but it was a bit baggy when standing. I would definitely size down for your back up!

there were a few loose strings, but nothing that was noticeable. super comfortable and easy to wear. I usually wear a size 6 in regular clothes, but a size 8 in couture.

The fit hugged in all the right places. It did run a bit large, so I should have gone down in my second size instead of up. The fabric was much lighter than I expected which was perfect for Charleston heat in summer for my rehearsal dinner. Went beautifully with white/silver stillettos.
