My first experience: I ordered these with my dress (the Nepal Sunset Gown by Halston Heritage) and I was so excited to open the box. To my surprise one of the earrings was broken so I immediately called Customer Service. They were so nice and overnighted the same pair. They are breathtaking. They aren't too heavy but I kept checking throughout the night just in case. We wouldn't want to lose them would we. I was so happy with my experience!
